AI 기반 멀티 클라우드 관리 플랫폼 전문 기업 옵스나우(OpsNow)가 AI·빅데이터 기반 IT 모니터링 및 정보보안 전문 기업 티사이언티픽과 클라우드·AI 기반 IT 운영·보안 솔루션 공동 개발 및 사업화를 위한 전략적 업무 협약을 체결했다고 9일 밝혔다.
이번 업무 협약 체결을 계기로 양사는 각자의 핵심 기술 역량을 결합해 기업의 더욱 효율적인 IT 운영과 보안 관리를 지원할 계획이다. 이를 위해 티사이언티픽의 설치형 기반 모니터링·보안 기술과 옵스나우의 SaaS 및 AI 자동화 기술을 결합해 차세대 IT 운영·보안 솔루션의 공동 개발과 사업화를 추진한다. 아울러 공동 사업 모델을 구체화하고 실질적인 협력을 이어가기 위해 후속 협력 및 기술 개발을 지속할 예정이다.
옵스나우는 티사이언티픽의 설치형 제품을 클라우드 기반으로 전환할 수 있도록 기술 지원을 제공한다. 더불어 티사이언티픽의 보안 모니터링 기술과 옵스나우의 IT 모니터링 관리 자동화 솔루션인 ‘얼럿나우(AlertNow)’를 접목해 보안 위협 자동 탐지 및 대응 체계 강화에 주력한다. 이와 함께 양사는 티사이언티픽의 설치형 제품을 모듈화하여 클라우드 보안 플랫폼 ‘옵스나우 시큐리티(OpsNow Security)’에 적용하고, 화이트 레이블(White Label) 사업 추진을 위해 협력한다는 방침이다.

OpsNow Signs Business Agreement with T-Scientific
