IT 서비스 기업 에이치엔아이엑스(HNIX)는 10일 SI 전문기업 아토스(ATOS)와 전략적 투자 및 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약의 핵심은 양사가 전략적 투자를 통해 단순한 협력 관계를 넘어서, 상호 동반 성장을 위한 기반을 강화하는 것이다. HNIX와 아토스는 이번 협약을 통해 협력 구조를 공고히 하며, 소프트웨어 개발, 시스템 운영, IT 아웃소싱(ITO) 등 핵심 분야에서 공동 성과를 창출할 계획이다.
특히, 양사는 제조업 분야의 MES(제조실행시스템) 및 스마트 팩토리 등 SI 사업에서 협력을 확대한다는 방침이다. 이를 위해 전략적 투자와 자원 공유를 통해 기술력을 강화하고, 솔루션 판매 증진과 신규 사업 기회 창출, 혁신적인 솔루션 발굴 등을 공동으로 추진할 예정이다.
또한, 에이치엔아이엑스는 자사의 ITO 프로젝트에 아토스의 우수 인력을 투입해 프로젝트 성과를 극대화할 방침이다. 이를 통해 ITO와 SI 인력 시장에서 양사의 경쟁력이 한층 강화될 것으로 기대된다.

HNIEX Signs Business Agreement with Atos
IT service company HNIX announced on the 10th that it signed a strategic investment and business agreement (MOU) with SI specialist ATOS.
The core of this agreement is that the two companies will go beyond a simple partnership through strategic investment and strengthen the foundation for mutual growth. Through this agreement, HNIX and Atos will solidify their cooperation structure and create joint achievements in key areas such as software development, system operation, and IT outsourcing (ITO).
In particular, the two companies plan to expand cooperation in SI businesses such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and smart factories in the manufacturing industry. To this end, they plan to strengthen their technological capabilities through strategic investment and resource sharing, and jointly promote solution sales, new business opportunities, and innovative solution discovery.
In addition, HNIEX plans to maximize project performance by deploying Atos’ excellent human resources in its ITO projects. This is expected to further strengthen the competitiveness of both companies in the ITO and SI human resources markets.

La société de services informatiques HNIX a annoncé le 10 avoir signé un accord d'investissement stratégique et commercial (MOU) avec le spécialiste SI ATOS.
Le cœur de cet accord est que les deux sociétés renforceront les bases d’une croissance mutuelle au-delà d’une simple relation de coopération grâce à un investissement stratégique.
