한국자활복지개발원(이하 개발원, 정해식 원장)은 오는 17일 강원대학교 춘천캠퍼스 60주년기념관에서 ‘2025 찾아가는 강원·제주지역 자활정책포럼’(이하 강원제주 자활정책포럼)을 개최한다.
이번 포럼은 2023년과 2024년에 이어 3년째 진행되는 ‘찾아가는 지역자활정책포럼’의 올해 첫 행사로, 개발원과 한국광역자활센터협의회, 한국지역자활센터협회가 공동 주최하고, 강원·제주광역자활센터와 한국지역자활센터협회 강원·제주지부가 공동 주관한다.
2025년 첫 포럼의 주제는 ‘농어촌 자활사업 활로 모색을 위한 인프라 고도화 방안’이다. 인구감소, 고령화, 일자리 감소 등 복합적 지역 문제에 대응하기 위한 자활사업의 역할을 재조명하고 농어촌 지역 자활사업의 정책적 대안과 활성화 방안을 모색하는 자리가 될 예정이다.
개발원 정해식 원장은 “이번 포럼은 자활사업이 농어촌 지역의 복지 인프라로 기능하기 위한 현실적 방안을 모색하는 자리”라며 “개발원은 현장의 목소리를 바탕으로 자활사업이 지역사회와 함께 성장할 수 있도록 정책 실현을 위한 지원체계를 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.
2025 찾아가는 강원·제주지역 자활정책포럼 참가 신청은 자활정보시스템 교육훈련 홈페이지를 통해 포럼 개최일인 오는 17일까지 접수한다.

Korea Self-Reliance Welfare Development Institute, '2025 Gangwon-Jeju Area Self-Reliance Policy Forum' held
The Korea Self-Reliance Welfare Development Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Development Institute, Director Hae-Sik Jeong) will hold the '2025 Gangwon-Jeju Region Self-Reliance Policy Forum' (hereinafter referred to as the Gangwon-Jeju Self-Reliance Policy Forum) at the 60th Anniversary Memorial Hall of Kangwon National University's Chuncheon Campus on the 17th.
This forum is the first event of the 'Mobile Local Self-Reliance Policy Forum', which will be held for the third year following 2023 and 2024, and is co-hosted by the Development Institute, the Korea Metropolitan Self-Reliance Center Council, and the Korea Regional Self-Reliance Center Association, and co-hosted by the Gangwon-Jeju Metropolitan Self-Reliance Center and the Gangwon-Jeju Branch of the Korea Regional Self-Reliance Center Association.
The theme of the first forum in 2025 is 'Infrastructure improvement measures for finding ways to promote self-reliance in rural areas.' It is expected to be a place to reexamine the role of self-reliance in responding to complex regional issues such as population decline, aging, and job loss, and to seek policy alternatives and revitalization measures for self-reliance in rural areas.
Development Institute Director Jeong Hae-sik said, “This forum is a place to seek realistic ways for self-reliance projects to function as welfare infrastructure in rural and fishing villages,” and “Based on voices from the field, the Development Institute will strengthen the support system for implementing policies so that self-reliance projects can grow together with local communities.”
Applications for participation in the 2025 Gangwon-Jeju Regional Self-Reliance Policy Forum are accepted through the Self-Reliance Information System Education and Training website until the 17th, the date of the forum.

韓国自活福祉開発院（以下、開発院、チョン・ヘシク院長）は来る17日、江原大学春川キャンパス60周年記念館で「2025訪れる江原・済州地域自活政策フォーラム」（以下、江原済州自活政策フォーラム）を開催する。
今回のフォーラムは2023年と2024年に続き3年目に行われる「訪れる地域自活政策フォーラム」の今年初行事で、開発員と韓国広域自活センター協議会、韓国地域自活センター協会が共同主催し、江原・済州広域自活センターと韓国地域自活センター。
2025年初のフォーラムのテーマは「農漁村の自活事業の活路模索のためのインフラ高度化案」だ。人口減少、高齢化、雇用減少など複合的地域問題に対応するための自活事業の役割を再照明し、農漁村地域の自活事業の政策的代替と活性化方案を模索する場となる予定だ。
開発員チョン・ヘシク院長は「今回のフォーラムは、自活事業が農漁村地域の福祉インフラとして機能するための現実的な方案を模索する場」とし「開発員は現場の声を元に自活事業が地域社会とともに成長できるように政策実現のための支援体系を強化する」と明らかにした。
2025年に訪れる江原・済州地域自活政策フォーラム参加申請は、自活情報システム教育訓練ホームページを通じてフォーラム開催日である17日まで受付する。

韩国自主福利开发研究院(以下简称开发院，院长郑海植)将于17日在江原大学春川校区60周年纪念馆举办“2025江原济州地区自主政策论坛”(以下简称江原济州自主政策论坛)。
本次论坛是继2023年、2024年之后，连续第三年举办的“流动地区自主政策论坛”的首场活动，由开发研究院、韩国地方自主中心协议会、韩国地方自主中心协会共同主办，江原济州特别自治中心、韩国地方自主中心协会江原济州支部共同主办。
2025年首届论坛的主题是“为探索农村渔村自力更生途径而进行的基础设施改善措施”。论坛旨在重新审视自力更生事业在应对人口减少、老龄化、失业等复杂的地区问题中的作用，并寻求农村渔村自力更生事业的政策替代方案和振兴方案。
发展研究院院长郑海植表示，“本次论坛是为了探讨如何切实发挥自力更生事业作为农村渔村福利基础设施的功能”，“发展研究院将根据现场呼声，加强政策实施支持体制，使自力更生事业能够与地区共同成长”。
2025年江原道-济州道地区自主政策论坛的参加申请，可通过自主信息系统教育培训网站在论坛举办日前17日前进行受理。

Institut coréen de développement de l'autonomie sociale, « Forum politique sur l'autonomie de la région Gangwon-Jeju 2025 »
L'Institut coréen de développement de l'autonomie sociale (ci-après dénommé l'Institut de développement, directeur Hae-Sik Jeong) organisera le « Forum politique d'autonomie de la région Gangwon-Jeju 2025 » (ci-après dénommé le Forum politique d'autonomie de Gangwon-Jeju) au 60e anniversaire du campus de Chuncheon de l'Université nationale de Kangwon le 17.
Ce forum est le premier événement du « Forum sur les politiques d'autonomie locale mobile », qui se tiendra pour la troisième année après 2023 et 2024, et est co-organisé par l'Institut de développement, le Conseil du Centre d'autonomie métropolitain de Corée et l'Association du Centre d'autonomie régional de Corée, et co-organisé par le Centre d'autonomie métropolitain de Gangwon-Jeju et la branche Gangwon-Jeju de l'Association du Centre d'autonomie régional de Corée.
Le thème du premier forum de 2025 est « Mesures d’amélioration des infrastructures pour trouver des moyens de promouvoir l’autosuffisance dans les villages ruraux et de pêcheurs ». Ce sera l’occasion de réexaminer le rôle des projets d’autosuffisance pour répondre à des problèmes régionaux complexes tels que le déclin démographique, le vieillissement et la perte d’emplois, et de rechercher des alternatives politiques et des plans de revitalisation pour les projets d’autosuffisance dans les villages ruraux et de pêcheurs.
Le directeur de l'Institut de développement, Jeong Hae-sik, a déclaré : « Ce forum est un lieu pour rechercher des moyens réalistes pour que les projets d'autosuffisance fonctionnent comme des infrastructures de bien-être dans les villages ruraux et de pêcheurs », et « Sur la base des voix du terrain, l'Institut de développement renforcera le système de soutien à la mise en œuvre des politiques afin que les projets d'autosuffisance puissent se développer avec les communautés locales. »
Les candidatures pour participer au Forum régional sur les politiques d'autonomie de Gangwon-Jeju 2025 sont acceptées via le site Web d'éducation et de formation du système d'information sur l'autonomie jusqu'au 17, date du forum.
