위메이드플레이(대표 우상준)는 한국인터넷진흥원(원장 이상중, 이하 KISA)으로부터 정보관리체계(Information Security Management System, 이하 ISMS) 인증을 취득했다고 15일 밝혔다.
모바일게임 운영과 서비스 전반을 인증 범위로 2016년부터 ISMS 인증을 이어가고 있는 위메이드플레이의 이번 인증은 정책과 암호화 관리, 개인정보 보호 등 80개 항목을 심사 대상으로 진행됐다. 올해로 9년째를 맞은 이번 인증은 다운로드 1억 건 돌파를 비롯해 국내 출시 게임의 두 배수 증가 등 기업 성장에 걸맞는 정보보호 체계를 육성한 방증이라는 게 회사측의 설명이다. 보안인프라팀 이형주 팀장은 “팀 구성 때부터 고객 최우선 정책을 유지해왔기에 이용자와 서비스가 확대된 지난 9년 동안 정보보호 역량도 자연스럽게 성장해왔다”라고 설명했다.
또한 위메이드플레이는 구성 10년 차를 맞은 전담 부서의 역할을 확대하며 상시 정보보호 활동을 강화키로 했다. 국내는 물론 글로벌 게임, IT 시장의 정보보호 수요에 맞춘 이번 정책은 전담 인력 자격증 취득 등 글로벌 기준의 환경 구축을 비롯해 사내 정보 보호 교육, 현장 안내 등이 주요 내용이다.
위메이드플레이 이창명 CISO는 “글로벌 기준에 맞춘 운용 및 전담 부서의 역량을 강화하고 임직원 인식 제고에 주력할 계획”이라며 “하루 100만 명에 달하는 고객들과 구성원, 협력사의 안전한 서비스, 협업을 위해 노력하겠다”라고 말했다.
ISMS 인증을 마친 위메이드플레이는 4분기 중 국제표준화기구의 ISO 인증으로 국내에 이어 글로벌 시장에서의 신뢰와 기업 가치 제고에 나설 예정이다.

Wemade Play Receives 'Information Protection Management System' Certification for 9 Consecutive Years
Wemade Play (CEO Sangjun Woo) announced on the 15th that it had received Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (President Sangjung Lee, hereinafter KISA) .
Wemade Play, which has been receiving ISMS certification since 2016 with the scope of certification for mobile game operation and overall service, was evaluated on 80 items including policy, encryption management, and personal information protection. The company explains that this certification, which is in its 9th year, is evidence that it has fostered an information protection system suitable for the company’s growth, including surpassing 100 million downloads and doubling the number of games released domestically. Lee Hyeong-ju, team leader of the security infrastructure team, explained, “Since the formation of the team, we have maintained a customer-first policy, so our information protection capabilities have naturally grown over the past 9 years as users and services have expanded.”
In addition, Wemade Play decided to expand the role of the dedicated department that is celebrating its 10th anniversary and strengthen its regular information protection activities. This policy, which is tailored to the information protection needs of the domestic as well as global game and IT markets, mainly includes the establishment of a global standard environment such as obtaining qualifications for dedicated personnel, as well as in-house information protection education and on-site guidance.
Wemade Play CISO Lee Chang-myeong said, “We plan to focus on strengthening the capabilities of operations and dedicated departments that meet global standards and raising employee awareness,” adding, “We will work to ensure safe services and collaboration for our 1 million daily customers, members, and partners.”
Wemade Play, which has completed ISMS certification, plans to increase trust and corporate value in the global market following the domestic market by obtaining ISO certification from the International Organization for Standardization in the fourth quarter.

また、ウィメイドプレイは構成10年目を迎えた専担部署の役割を拡大し、常時情報保護活動を強化することにした。国内はもちろん、グローバルゲーム、IT市場の情報保護需要に合わせた今回の政策は、専担人材資格証取得などグローバル基準の環境構築をはじめ、社内情報保護教育、現場案内などが主な内容だ。
ウィメイドプレイ李昌明（イ・チャンミョン）ＣＩＳＯは「グローバル基準に合わせた運用及び専担部署の力量を強化し、従業員認識の向上に注力する計画」とし「一日１００万人に達する顧客と構成員、協力会社の安全なサービス、コラボレーションのために努力する」と話した。
ISMS認証を終えたウィメイドプレイは第4四半期中に国際標準化機構のISO認証で国内に続きグローバル市場での信頼と企業価値の向上に乗り出す予定だ。

Wemade Play (PDG Sangjun Woo) a annoncé le 15 avoir reçu la certification du système de gestion de la sécurité de l'information (ISMS) de l'Agence coréenne de sécurité et d'Internet (président Sangjung Lee, ci-après KISA) .
Wemade Play, qui reçoit la certification ISMS depuis 2016 avec un champ de certification couvrant tous les aspects du fonctionnement et du service des jeux mobiles, a été évalué sur 80 éléments, notamment la politique, la gestion du cryptage et la protection des informations personnelles. L'entreprise explique que cette certification, qui en est maintenant à sa 9e année, est la preuve qu'elle a favorisé un système de protection des informations adapté à la croissance de l'entreprise, notamment en dépassant les 100 millions de téléchargements et en doublant le nombre de jeux sortis au niveau national.
