와이즈에이아이는 행사 기간 중 자체 부스를 운영하며 AI 덴탈케어 솔루션 ‘덴트온(DentOn)’을 집중 홍보했다. 특히, 병원 예약 및 상담 업무 자동화를 실시간으로 체험해볼 수 있는 ‘AI 상담콜 시연 이벤트’ 등 현장 체험 중심의 마케팅 활동을 적극 전개하며 AI 기반 병원 운영에 관심이 많은 치과계 관계자들의 이목을 집중시켰다.
행사 기간 동안 약 100건 이상의 AI 플랫폼 구축 관련 상담 문의가 접수되는 등 와이즈에이아이는 현장에서 뚜렷한 성과를 확인했다. 최근 치과 병·의원 의사 및 원장들 사이에서는 AI를 통한 병·의원 운영 효율성 강화 방안으로 ‘AI 직원’의 필요성에 대한 공감대가 형성되고 있으며, 이 같은 니즈가 자연스럽게 자사 솔루션 ‘덴트온’에 대한 높은 관심으로 이어졌다는 게 회사 측의 설명이다.

와이즈에이아이 관계자는 “이번 KDX를 통해 덴트온이 실제 병원 운영에 도움을 주는 솔루션으로 자리잡아가고 있음을 확인했다”며 “AI 직원의 필요성과 도입 효과에 대한 병·의원 관계자들의 인식이 확대되고 있다”고 말했다.
