중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)는 지난 15일(화, 현지시각) 미국을 방문하여 주샌프란시스코 대한민국 총영사관에서 ‘글로벌펀드 결성식’과 ‘한인창업자연합(이하 UKF)-한국벤처투자 MOU 체결식’, ‘북가주 중소벤처기업 지원협의회’ 회의를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
행사에는 오영주 장관, 임정택 총영사, 한국과 미국의 벤처캐피털, 한국 유관기관, 행사관계자 등 40여 명이 참석했다.
주요 행사 내용은 다음과 같다.
◆ 글로벌펀드 결성식
글로벌펀드 결성식은 오영주 장관 임석하에 2024년 글로벌펀드 운용사로 선정된 미국 벤처캐피털 3개사 대표와 모태펀드 운용기관인 한국벤처투자 신상한 부대표가 펀드결성문서에 서명하며 진행했다.
오늘 결성된 3개 펀드의 규모는 총 2억 달러(2,926억원) 규모로 이중 최소 3천만 달러 이상 한국기업에 의무적으로 투자를 할 예정이다. 이번에 조성된 글로벌펀드는 양국 스타트업에 대한 투자뿐만 아니라 양국의 벤처투자 생태계 간의 교류와 협력에도 큰 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
결성식에 참여한 미국 벤처캐피털은 Patron Management, Third Prime Capital 및 ACVC Partners다. AI, 로봇 등 딥테크산업에 중점적으로 투자하는 미국 중견 투자사로 한국 스타트업 투자에도 큰 관심을 가지고 있다.
펀드결성식 후 Patron Management의 브라이언 조 대표는 “한국 스타트업은 첨단산업을 중심으로 우수한 기술력과 대외 경쟁력이 있어, 투자가치가 높은 매력적인 스타트업들이 많다”며 한국 스타트업에 대한 투자의욕을 밝혔다.
중기부는 지난해 글로벌펀드 운용사로 전세계 15개 벤처캐피털을 선정하고 한국벤처투자에서 1,500억원을 출자하였으며, 작년부터 싱가포르, 일본에 이어 이번에 미국에서 글로벌펀드 결성식과 관련행사를 개최했다.
글로벌펀드는 현재까지(‘25.2월 기준) 총 73개 펀드, 약 12조원 이상 조성하여 642개 한국기업에 1.3조원이상 투자하는 등 한국 벤처·스타트업의 투자유치와 글로벌 진출에 크게 기여하고 있다.
◆ UKF-한국벤처투자 MOU 체결식
글로벌펀드 결성식 이후 UKF와 한국벤처투자는 한국 벤처·스타트업의 미국진출 지원을 위한 협력 MOU를 체결하였다.
UKF는 2024년 8월에 재미 한국계 투자자, 스타트업이 자발적으로 결성한 투자자, 스타트업 단체로, 약 1,500명의 회원으로 구성되어 있다. 작년부터 매년 상반기 실리콘밸리, 하반기 뉴욕에서 ‘UKF 82 스타트업 서밋’을 개최하며 한국기업과 현지 한국계 투자자, 기업인간 가교역할을 하고 있다.
MOU는 UKF 김광록 이사와 한국벤처투자 신상한 부대표가 서명하며 체결하였으며, 주요내용은 양 기관이 한국 벤처·스타트업의 미국 진출 지원을 위해 서로 협력하며, 양국 기업과 투자자의 상호 교류와 협력을 위해 적극 지원한다는 등의 내용을 담고 있다.
이번 MOU를 통해 한국 벤처·스타트업은 미국 진출시 미국내 한국계 네트워크의 도움을 받아 투자유치, 미국 기업과 기술협력, 현지진출 등에 큰 도움을 받을 것으로 기대된다.
중기부는 올해부터 ‘UKF 82 스타트업 서밋’에 중기부의 K-Global Star 프로그램 등과 연계하여 한국 벤처·스타트업의 미국 진출을 위한 무대로 활용하고, 한국 투자자들도 서밋에 참석하여 현지 투자자, 기업인과 교류와 협력을 할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.
오영주 장관은 축사를 통해 “한국 기업은 올해 CES에서 총 151개사가 208개의 혁신상을 수상하는 등 전 세계적으로 기술력과 창의성을 인정을 받고 있다”면서 “중기부는 우리 벤처·스타트업이 글로벌시장에 성공적으로 진출할 수 있도록 글로벌펀드를 매년 1조원 이상 조성하여 글로벌 투자유치를 적극 지원하고, UKF 등 해외 네트워크에 우리기업들을 적극적으로 연결해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
◆ 북가주 중소벤처기업 지원협의회
우리 기업의 미국 진출을 지원하기 위한 ‘북가주 중소벤처기업 지원협의회’도 주샌프란시스코 대한민국 총영사관에서 연달아 개최되었다.
중소벤처기업 지원협의회는 중기부와 외교부가 작년 4월 체결한 업무협약을 토대로 우리 중소벤처기업의 해외 진출거점 확보와 현지 애로해소를 지원하기 위해 우리기업 진출이 활발한 25개 지역의 재외공관에 설치되어 운영하고 있다.
주샌프란시스코 총영사관도 작년 4월 첫 회의를 시작한 이후 분기마다 회의를 개최하고 현지 진출기업 및 공공기관과 수시로 소통하며 14건의 애로를 해소하고 49건의 정보를 제공하는 등 샌프란시스코에 진출한 기업들의 애로 해결뿐 아니라 현지 네트워킹 지원을 이어오고 있다.
이번 회의에서는 그간의 지원협의회 성과를 점검하고 향후 계획을 논의하는 한편, 실제 협의체로부터 도움을 받고있는 현지 스타트업도 참여하여 샌프란시스코 진출 전략과 애로사항 등을 자유롭게 의견을 나누는 시간을 가졌다.
오영주 장관은 “세계 스타트업의 중심인 샌프란시스코는 한국 스타트업도 진출을 희망하는 지역으로, 앞으로도 북가주 중소벤처기업 지원협의회가 우리 기업의 진출과 현지 기업 지원에 핵심적인 역할 해주기를 기대한다”고 말하며, “기업인 여러분께서도 애로사항이 생기면 언제든지 협의체를 찾아 주시기를 바란다”고 당부했다.
한편 오 장관은 15일(화, 현지시각) 오전 샌프란시스코에 도착한 후 첫 일정으로 작년 10월 발표한 ‘선진벤처투자 시장 도약방안’에 따라 올해 하반기 개소 예정인 중기부 실리콘밸리 통합거점을 방문하여 진행상황을 점검했다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups to Fully Support Korean Startups Entering the US Market “Establishing a Global Fund of $200 Million”
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) announced that on the 15th (Tuesday, local time), it visited the United States and held the ‘Global Fund Formation Ceremony,’ the ‘Korean Entrepreneurs’ Federation (UKF)-Korea Venture Investment MOU Signing Ceremony,’ and the ‘Northern California SME Support Council’ meeting at the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in San Francisco.

The main event contents are as follows.
◆ Global Fund Formation Ceremony
The global fund establishment ceremony was held under the attendance of Minister Oh Young-joo, with the representatives of the three US venture capital firms selected as global fund management companies in 2024 and Shin Sang-han, Vice President of Korea Venture Investment, the mother fund management organization, signing the fund establishment document.
The three funds established today total a total of 200 million dollars (292.6 billion won), of which at least 30 million dollars will be invested in Korean companies. The global fund established this time is expected to play a major role not only in investing in startups from both countries, but also in exchanges and cooperation between the venture investment ecosystems of both countries.
The US venture capitals that participated in the inauguration ceremony are Patron Management, Third Prime Capital, and ACVC Partners. They are mid-sized US investment firms that focus on investing in deep tech industries such as AI and robots, and are also very interested in investing in Korean startups.
After the fund formation ceremony, Brian Cho, CEO of Patron Management, expressed his desire to invest in Korean startups, saying, “Korean startups have excellent technological prowess and external competitiveness, centered on cutting-edge industries, so there are many attractive startups with high investment value.”
Last year, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups selected 15 venture capitals from around the world as global fund management companies and invested 150 billion won from Korea Venture Investment. Following Singapore and Japan last year, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups held a global fund formation ceremony and related events in the United States.
As of February 25, the Global Fund has raised a total of 73 funds worth over 12 trillion won and invested over 1.3 trillion won in 642 Korean companies, contributing greatly to attracting investment and global expansion of Korean venture and startups.
◆ UKF-Korea Venture Investment MOU Signing Ceremony
After the Global Fund establishment ceremony, UKF and Korea Venture Investment signed an MOU for cooperation to support Korean ventures and startups entering the US market.
UKF is an investor and startup group formed voluntarily by Korean-American investors and startups in August 2024, and consists of about 1,500 members. Since last year, it has held the 'UKF 82 Startup Summit' in Silicon Valley in the first half of each year and in New York in the second half, acting as a bridge between Korean companies, local Korean investors, and businesspeople.
The MOU was signed by UKF Director Kim Gwang-rok and Korea Venture Investment Vice President Shin Sang-han, and its main contents include the two organizations cooperating to support Korean ventures and startups entering the U.S. market, and actively supporting mutual exchanges and cooperation between companies and investors from both countries.
Through this MOU, Korean ventures and startups are expected to receive great help in attracting investment, cooperating with American companies in technology, and advancing into the local market through the Korean network in the United States.
Starting this year, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups plans to use the UKF 82 Startup Summit as a stage for Korean venture and startups to advance into the U.S. market by linking it with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ K-Global Star program and other programs, and to support Korean investors to attend the summit and engage in exchanges and cooperation with local investors and businesspeople.
Minister Oh Young-joo said in his congratulatory remarks, “Korean companies are being recognized worldwide for their technological prowess and creativity, as evidenced by the 151 companies that won 208 innovation awards at this year’s CES.” He added, “The Ministry of SMEs and Startups will actively support global investment attraction by creating a global fund worth more than 1 trillion won every year to enable our ventures and startups to successfully advance into the global market, and will actively connect our companies to overseas networks such as UKF.”
◆ Northern California Small Business Support Council
The 'Northern California Small and Medium Venture Business Support Council', which supports our companies' advancement into the U.S. market, was also held in succession at the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in San Francisco.
The Small and Medium Venture Business Support Council is established and operated in 25 overseas diplomatic missions in regions where our companies are actively expanding into the market to support our small and medium venture businesses in securing overseas expansion bases and resolving local difficulties based on the business agreement signed between the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in April of last year.
The Consulate General in San Francisco has also been holding quarterly meetings since its first meeting in April of last year, communicating frequently with local companies and public institutions, resolving 14 issues and providing 49 pieces of information, and has continued to support not only resolving issues for companies advancing into San Francisco but also local networking.
In this meeting, the achievements of the support council were reviewed and future plans were discussed, and local startups that are actually receiving help from the council also participated and had time to freely exchange opinions on strategies for entering San Francisco and difficulties.
Minister Oh Young-joo said, “San Francisco, the center of global startups, is a region that Korean startups also hope to enter, and I hope that the Northern California Small Business Support Council will continue to play a key role in helping our companies advance into the region and supporting local companies,” and added, “I hope that businesspeople will also come to the council at any time if they encounter any difficulties.”
Meanwhile, Minister Oh arrived in San Francisco on the morning of the 15th (Tuesday, local time) and as his first schedule, he visited the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Silicon Valley integrated base scheduled to open in the second half of this year in accordance with the 'Advanced Venture Investment Market Leap Forward Plan' announced in October of last year to check the progress.

◆グローバルファンド結成式
グローバルファンド結成式は、オ・ヨンジュ長官イムソクの下、2024年にグローバルファンド運用会社に選ばれた米国ベンチャーキャピタル3社代表とモテファンド運用機関である韓国ベンチャー投資の不思議な副代表がファンド結成文書に署名して進行した。
今日結成された3つのファンドの規模は合計2億ドル(2,926億ウォン)規模で、このうち少なくとも3千万ドル以上韓国企業に義務的に投資をする予定だ。今回造成されたグローバルファンドは、両国のスタートアップへの投資だけでなく、両国のベンチャー投資生態系間の交流と協力にも大きな役割を果たすものと期待される。
結成式に参加した米国ベンチャーキャピタルは、Patron Management、Third Prime Capital、ACVC Partnersだ。 AI、ロボットなどディープテック産業に重点的に投資する米国中堅投資会社で、韓国スタートアップ投資にも大きな関心を持っている。
ファンド結成式後、Patron Managementのブライアン・ジョー代表は「韓国スタートアップは先端産業を中心に優れた技術力と対外競争力があり、投資価値の高い魅力的なスタートアップが多い」と韓国スタートアップに対する投資意欲を明らかにした。

UKFは2024年8月に楽しい韓国系投資家、スタートアップが自発的に結成した投資家、スタートアップ団体で、約1,500人の会員で構成されている。昨年から毎年上半期のシリコンバレー、下半期のニューヨークで「UKF 82スタートアップサミット」を開催し、韓国企業と現地の韓国系投資家、企業人間架橋の役割をしている。
MOUは、UKFキム・グァンロク理事と韓国ベンチャー投資の新しくなった副代表が署名して締結した。
今回のMOUを通じて韓国ベンチャー・スタートアップは米国進出時に米国内韓国系ネットワークの助けを借りて投資誘致、米国企業と技術協力、現地進出などに大きな助けを受けると期待される。
中期部は今年から「UKF 82スタートアップサミット」に中期部のK-Global Starプログラムなどと連携し、韓国ベンチャー・スタートアップの米国進出のための舞台を活用し、韓国投資家たちもサミットに参加し、現地投資家、企業人と交流と協力できるよう支援する計画だ。

◆北加州中小ベンチャー企業支援協議会
韓国企業の米国進出を支援するための「北加州中小ベンチャー企業支援協議会」も、ジュサンフランシスコ大韓民国総領事館で相次いで開催された。
中小ベンチャー企業支援協議会は、中期部と外交部が昨年4月に締結した業務協約に基づき、韓国中小ベンチャー企業の海外進出拠点確保と現地のアロー解消を支援するため、韓国企業進出が活発な25地域の在外公館に設置され運営している。
ジュサンフランシスコ総領事館も昨年4月に初回会議を開始した後、四半期ごとに会議を開催し、現地進出企業や公共機関と随時コミュニケーションをとり、14件のアローを解消し、49件の情報を提供するなど、サンフランシスコに進出した企業のアロ解決だけでなく、現地ネットワーキング。
今回の会議では、これまでの支援協議会の成果を点検し、今後の計画を議論する一方、実際の協議体から支援を受けている現地スタートアップも参加し、サンフランシスコ進出戦略やアロー事項などを自由に意見を交わす時間を持った。
オ・ヨンジュ長官は「世界スタートアップの中心であるサンフランシスコは韓国スタートアップも進出を希望する地域で、今後も北加州中小ベンチャー企業支援協議会が韓国企業の進出と現地企業支援に核心的な役割を果たすことを期待する」と述べ、願う」と要請した。
一方、オ長官は15日（火、現地時間）午前、サンフランシスコに到着した後、最初の日程で昨年10月に発表した「先進ベンチャー投資市場跳躍案」により、今年下半期に開設予定の中期部シリコンバレー統合拠点を訪問し、進行状況を点検した。

中小企业部全力支持韩国初创企业进军美国市场 “设立2亿美元全球基金”
中小企业风险投资部（部长吴英珠，以下简称中小企业风险投资部）表示，15日（当地时间周二）访问美国，在驻旧金山韩国总领事馆举行了‘全球基金成立仪式’、‘韩国企业联合会（UKF）-韩国风险投资MOU签署仪式’、‘北加州中小企业支援协议会’会议。
吴英珠部长、林正泽总领事、韩美风险投资家、韩国相关机构、活动相关人员等约40人出席了此次活动。
活动主要内容如下。
◆ 全球基金成立仪式
全球基金成立仪式在吴英珠部长的出席下举行，被选定为2024年全球基金管理公司的三家美国风险投资公司的代表与母基金管理机构韩国风险投资公司副总裁申相韩签署了基金成立文件。
今天成立的三支基金总规模达2亿美元（2926亿韩元），其中至少3000万美元将投资于韩国企业。预计新成立的全球基金不仅将在两国初创企业的投资方面发挥重要作用，也将为两国风险投资生态系统的交流与合作发挥重要作用。
参加成立仪式的美国风险投资公司有Patron Management、Third Prime Capital、ACVC Partners。作为一家专注于投资人工智能和机器人等深度科技行业的美国中型投资公司，它也对投资韩国初创企业非常感兴趣。
基金成立仪式结束后，Patron Management代表Brian Cho表示，有意投资韩国初创企业，他表示，“韩国初创企业以尖端产业为中心，拥有出色的技术实力和外部竞争力，因此有很多具有很高投资价值且颇具吸引力的初创企业。”

◆ UKF-韩国风险投资MOU签约仪式
全球基金成立仪式结束后，UKF与韩国风险投资公司签署了合作谅解备忘录，以支持韩国企业和初创企业进入美国市场。
UKF 是由韩裔美国投资者和初创公司于 2024 年 8 月自愿成立的投资者和初创公司团体，拥有约 1,500 名成员。自去年以来，UKF 82 创业峰会每年上半年在硅谷、下半年在纽约举办，成为韩国企业、韩国当地投资者和企业家之间的桥梁。
该谅解备忘录由UKF理事金光禄与韩国风险投资副总裁申相韩签署，主要内容包括两家机构合作支持韩国风险投资公司和初创企业进入美国市场，并积极支持两国企业和投资者之间的相互交流与合作。
通过该谅解备忘录，韩国企业和初创企业有望在吸引投资、与美国企业进行技术合作以及通过美国韩国网络进军当地市场方面获得巨大帮助。
韩国中小企业部计划从今年开始，将UKF 82创业峰会与韩国中小企业部“K-Global Star”等项目结合起来，作为韩国风险投资和初创企业进军美国市场的舞台，并为韩国投资者参加峰会、与当地投资者和企业人士进行交流合作提供支持。
吴英珠部长在祝贺词中表示，“今年的CES展会上有151家企业荣获208项创新奖，这充分证明了韩国企业的技术实力和创造力得到了全世界的认可。”他补充道，“中小企业和风险投资部将通过设立每年规模超过1万亿韩元的全球基金，积极支持全球招商引资，使我国企业和风险投资公司能够成功进军全球市场，并将积极将我国企业与UKF等海外网络连接起来。”
◆ 北加州小企业支持委员会
支援我公司进军美国市场的‘北加州中小型风险企业支援协议会’也在旧金山韩国总领事馆相继召开。
中小企业支援协议会是根据去年4月中小企业部与外交部签署的业务协议，在我国企业积极拓展市场的地区的25个驻外使领馆设立并运营的，旨在支持我国中小企业确保海外拓展基地和解决当地困难。
驻旧金山总领事馆自去年4月召开第一次会议以来，每季度举行一次会议，与当地企业和公共机构密切沟通，解决了14个问题，提供了49条信息，不仅为进驻旧金山的企业解决问题，还为当地建立联系网提供了持续的支持。
本次会议回顾了支持协议会的成果，并讨论了今后的计划，实际上得到协议会帮助的当地初创企业也参加了会议，并就进入旧金山的策略和困难等自由交换了意见。
吴英珠部长表示，“旧金山是全球创业中心，也是韩国创业公司希望进入的地区，希望北加州中小企业支援协议会继续发挥核心作用，帮助韩国企业进军该地区，并为当地企业提供支持”，并表示，“希望企业主们遇到困难时，也能随时向协议会寻求帮助”。
另外，吴部长于15日（星期二，当地时间）上午抵达旧金山，作为第一项行程，他视察了根据去年10月公布的‘先进风险投资市场飞跃计划’计划于今年下半年开放的中小企业部硅谷综合基地，并确认了进展情况。

Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo, ci-après dénommé le ministère des PME et des startups) a annoncé que le 15 (mardi, heure locale), il s'est rendu aux États-Unis et a organisé la « cérémonie de création du fonds mondial », la « cérémonie de signature du protocole d'accord d'investissement en capital-risque entre la Fédération des entrepreneurs coréens (UKF) et la Corée » et la réunion du « Conseil de soutien aux PME de Californie du Nord » au consulat général de la République de Corée à San Francisco.
L'événement a réuni environ 40 personnes, dont le ministre Oh Young-joo, le consul général Lim Jeong-taek, des investisseurs en capital-risque coréens et américains, des organisations liées à la Corée et des responsables de l'événement.

La cérémonie de création du fonds mondial s'est tenue en présence du ministre Oh Young-joo, avec les représentants des trois sociétés de capital-risque américaines sélectionnées comme sociétés de gestion de fonds mondiaux en 2024 et Shin Sang-han, vice-président de Korea Venture Investment, l'organisation mère de gestion du fonds, signant le document de création du fonds.
Les trois fonds créés aujourd'hui ont une taille totale de 200 millions de dollars (292,6 milliards de wons), dont au moins 30 millions de dollars seront investis dans des entreprises coréennes. On s’attend à ce que le fonds mondial nouvellement créé joue un rôle majeur non seulement dans l’investissement dans les startups des deux pays, mais également dans les échanges et la coopération entre les écosystèmes d’investissement en capital-risque des deux pays.
Les sociétés de capital-risque américaines qui ont participé à la cérémonie de fondation étaient Patron Management, Third Prime Capital et ACVC Partners. En tant que société d'investissement américaine de taille moyenne qui se concentre sur l'investissement dans les industries de haute technologie telles que l'IA et les robots, elle est également très intéressée par l'investissement dans les startups coréennes.
Après la cérémonie de création du fonds, Brian Cho, PDG de Patron Management, a exprimé son désir d'investir dans les startups coréennes, déclarant : « Les startups coréennes ont d'excellentes prouesses technologiques et une compétitivité externe, centrées sur des industries de pointe, il existe donc de nombreuses startups attrayantes avec une valeur d'investissement élevée. »
L'année dernière, le ministère des PME et des startups a sélectionné 15 sociétés de capital-risque du monde entier comme sociétés de gestion de fonds mondiaux et a investi 150 milliards de wons de Korea Venture Investment. Après Singapour et le Japon l’année dernière, le ministère des PME et des startups a organisé une cérémonie de création de fonds mondiaux et des événements connexes aux États-Unis.
Au 25 février, le Fonds mondial avait levé un total de 73 fonds d'une valeur de plus de 12 000 milliards de wons et investi plus de 1 300 milliards de wons dans 642 entreprises coréennes, contribuant ainsi grandement à attirer les investissements et à l'expansion mondiale des entreprises et startups coréennes.
◆ Cérémonie de signature du protocole d'accord d'investissement en capital-risque UKF-Corée
Après la cérémonie de création du Fonds mondial, UKF et Korea Venture Investment ont signé un protocole d'accord de coopération pour soutenir les entreprises et les startups coréennes entrant sur le marché américain.
UKF est un groupe d'investisseurs et de startups formé volontairement par des investisseurs et des startups coréens-américains en août 2024 et se compose d'environ 1 500 membres. Depuis l'année dernière, le UKF 82 Startup Summit se tient dans la Silicon Valley au premier semestre de chaque année et à New York au second semestre, servant de pont entre les entreprises coréennes, les investisseurs coréens locaux et les hommes d'affaires.
Le protocole d'accord a été signé par le directeur de l'UKF, Kim Gwang-rok, et le vice-président de Korea Venture Investment, Shin Sang-han. Son contenu principal comprend la coopération des deux organisations pour soutenir les entreprises et les startups coréennes entrant sur le marché américain, et le soutien actif des échanges mutuels et de la coopération entre les entreprises et les investisseurs des deux pays.
Grâce à ce protocole d’accord, les entreprises et startups coréennes devraient recevoir une aide précieuse pour attirer les investissements, coopérer avec les entreprises américaines dans le domaine technologique et progresser sur le marché local grâce au réseau coréen aux États-Unis.
À partir de cette année, le ministère des PME et des startups prévoit d'utiliser le UKF 82 Startup Summit comme une étape pour les entreprises et les startups coréennes afin de progresser sur le marché américain en le reliant au programme K-Global Star du ministère des PME et des startups et à d'autres programmes, et pour aider les investisseurs coréens à assister au sommet et à s'engager dans des échanges et une coopération avec les investisseurs et les hommes d'affaires locaux.
Le ministre Oh Young-joo a déclaré dans son discours de félicitations : « Les entreprises coréennes sont reconnues dans le monde entier pour leurs prouesses technologiques et leur créativité, comme en témoignent les 151 entreprises qui ont remporté 208 prix d'innovation au CES de cette année. » Il a ajouté : « Le ministère des PME et des startups soutiendra activement l'attraction des investissements mondiaux en créant un fonds mondial d'une valeur de plus de 1 000 milliards de wons chaque année pour permettre à nos entreprises et startups de progresser avec succès sur le marché mondial, et connectera activement nos entreprises à des réseaux étrangers tels que UKF. »
◆ Conseil de soutien aux petites entreprises de Californie du Nord
Le « Northern California Small and Medium Venture Business Support Council », qui soutient l'avancement de nos entreprises sur le marché américain, s'est également tenu successivement au Consulat général de la République de Corée à San Francisco.
Le Conseil de soutien aux petites et moyennes entreprises est établi et fonctionne dans 25 missions diplomatiques à l'étranger dans les régions où nos entreprises se développent activement sur le marché pour aider nos petites et moyennes entreprises à sécuriser des bases d'expansion à l'étranger et à résoudre les difficultés locales sur la base de l'accord commercial signé entre le ministère des PME et des startups et le ministère des Affaires étrangères en avril de l'année dernière.
Le consulat général de San Francisco a également organisé des réunions trimestrielles depuis sa première réunion en avril de l'année dernière, communiquant fréquemment avec les entreprises locales et les institutions publiques, résolvant 14 problèmes et fournissant 49 informations, et a continué à soutenir non seulement la résolution des problèmes des entreprises qui s'installent à San Francisco, mais aussi le réseautage local.
Lors de cette réunion, les réalisations du conseil de soutien ont été passées en revue et les plans futurs ont été discutés, et les startups locales qui reçoivent actuellement l'aide du conseil ont également participé et ont eu le temps d'échanger librement leurs opinions sur les stratégies d'entrée à San Francisco et les difficultés.
Le ministre Oh Young-joo a déclaré : « San Francisco, le centre des startups mondiales, est une région dans laquelle les startups coréennes espèrent également entrer, et j'espère que le Northern California Small Business Support Council continuera à jouer un rôle clé pour aider nos entreprises à progresser dans la région et à soutenir les entreprises locales », et a ajouté : « J'espère que les hommes d'affaires s'adresseront également au conseil à tout moment s'ils rencontrent des difficultés. »
Entre-temps, le ministre Oh est arrivé à San Francisco le matin du 15 (mardi, heure locale) et, dans le cadre de son premier programme, il a visité la base intégrée de la Silicon Valley du ministère des PME et des startups, dont l'ouverture est prévue au second semestre de cette année, conformément au « Advanced Venture Investment Market Leap Forward Plan » annoncé en octobre de l'année dernière pour vérifier les progrès.
