대구창조경제혁신센터는 중소벤처기업부, 창업진흥원과 함께 중견기업의 참여를 통해 스타트업의 오픈이노베이션 지원 생태계 확대하고자 ‘중견기업-스타트업 오픈이노베이션 챌린지’ 프로그램을 신설하고 참여 중견기업을 오는 24일까지 모집한다.
이번 프로그램은 오픈이노베이션 생태계 활성화를 위해 수요기업(대·중견·공기업)과 스타트업의 협업을 지원하는 ‘2025년 민관협력 오픈이노베이션 지원사업(이하 지원사업)’의 일환으로, 중견기업과 스타트업의 협업에 특화된 지원체계를 구축하기 위해 올해 처음 신설되었다.
최근 2년간 본 지원사업 참여한 중견기업은 전체 수요기업의 26%인 한편, 중견기업 중 24.7%가 신사업 추진 중이며, 93.1%가 디지털 전환 필요성을 인식하고 있어, 향후 중견기업의 오픈이노베이션 참여 수요가 지속 증가할 것으로 기대되고 있다.
이번 프로그램은 중견기업과 스타트업 간 오픈이노베이션을 촉진하고자 본 지원사업 내 별도 유형으로 특별히 마련되어, 스타트업과 협업을 희망하는 중견기업, 중소기업 졸업 유예기업을 대상으로 협업 수요과제를 공모하고 총 15개사 내외를 선정할 예정이다.
중견기업 선정 이후, 수요과제에 부합하는 기술이나 문제해결 역량을 보유한 스타트업을 모집하며, 모집 후 서류평가를 통과한 스타트업을 대상으로 중견기업과 1:1 밋업을 지원하여 수요과제에 대한 상호 이해 증진 및 고도화된 계획수립을 지원한다.
이후 발표평가를 통해 최종 10개 중견기업과 스타트업의 협업과제를 선정하여, 협업을 지원할 예정으로 스타트업에게 과제 당 최대 1.2억원의 실증 자금과, 협업 과정에 필요한 컨설팅, 전문교육, 네트워킹 등을 과제 맞춤형으로 지원한다.
이번 협업을 통해 중견기업은 내부의 자원을 스타트업에게 공유·지원하고, 스타트업은 이를 바탕으로 개발 및 사업화를 추진하는 과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 중견기업-스타트업 간 지속 가능한 협력체계를 구축하여 동반성장의 오픈이노베이션 생태계를 더욱 확대해 나갈 것으로 기대된다.
대구창조경제혁신센터 한인국 대표는 “중견기업은 경제의 뿌리로서 안정적인 성장과 고용의 기반을 책임지고, 스타트업은 그 기반 위에서 혁신을 피워낸다”며 “이 둘의 조화를 통해 상호 동반성장이 이루어지도록 오픈이노베이션 지원을 더욱 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Daegu Changgyeong Center, recruiting participants for 'Medium-sized companies-startup open innovation challenge'
The Daegu Creative Economy Innovation Center , together with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Startup Promotion Agency, has established the 'Medium-Sized Enterprise-Startup Open Innovation Challenge' program to expand the open innovation support ecosystem for startups through the participation of medium-sized enterprises, and is recruiting participating medium-sized enterprises until the 24th.
This program is part of the '2025 Public-Private Cooperation Open Innovation Support Project (hereinafter referred to as the Support Project)', which supports collaboration between demand companies (large, medium, and public enterprises) and startups to activate the open innovation ecosystem. It was newly established this year to establish a support system specialized in collaboration between medium-sized enterprises and startups.
The number of mid-sized companies that have participated in this support project over the past two years is 26% of all demand companies, while 24.7% of mid-sized companies are pursuing new businesses and 93.1% recognize the need for digital transformation. Therefore, the demand for mid-sized companies to participate in open innovation is expected to continue to increase in the future.
This program is a special type of support project designed to promote open innovation between mid-sized companies and startups. It will solicit collaboration demand projects from mid-sized companies and small and medium-sized companies that have graduated from the program and wish to collaborate with startups, and will select approximately 15 companies.
After selecting mid-sized companies, we recruit startups that possess technology or problem-solving capabilities that match the demand task. After recruitment, we support 1:1 meetups with mid-sized companies for startups that pass the document evaluation to promote mutual understanding of the demand task and to establish advanced plans.
Afterwards, through a presentation evaluation, the final 10 collaboration projects between mid-sized companies and startups will be selected and collaboration will be supported. Startups will be provided with up to 120 million won in verification funds per project, as well as consulting, professional training, and networking necessary for the collaboration process, tailored to the project.
Through this collaboration, mid-sized companies will share and support their internal resources with startups, and startups will then use this as a basis for development and commercialization. Ultimately, this will lead to the establishment of a sustainable cooperative system between mid-sized companies and startups, thereby further expanding the open innovation ecosystem for mutual growth.
Daegu Creative Economy Innovation Center Director Han In-guk said, “Medium-sized companies are the roots of the economy and are responsible for the foundation of stable growth and employment, and startups create innovation on that foundation.” He added, “We will further strengthen our support for open innovation so that the two can achieve mutual growth through harmony.”

大邱創経センター、「中堅企業 – スタートアップオープンイノベーションチャレンジ」参加募集
大邱創造経済革新センターは、中小ベンチャー企業部、創業振興院とともに中堅企業の参加を通じてスタートアップのオープンイノベーション支援生態系拡大しよう'中堅企業-スタートアップオープンイノベーションチャレンジ'プログラムを新設して参加中堅企業を来る24日まで募集する。

今回のプログラムは、中堅企業とスタートアップ間のオープンイノベーションを促進するため、本支援事業内の別のタイプで特別に設けられ、スタートアップと協業を希望する中堅企業、中小企業卒業猶予企業を対象に協業需要課題を公募し、計15社内外を選定する予定だ。
中堅企業選定以後、需要課題に合致する技術や問題解決能力を保有したスタートアップを募集し、募集後書類評価を通過したスタートアップを対象に中堅企業と1:1ミットアップを支援し、需要課題に対する相互理解増進及び高度化された計画樹立を支援する。
以後発表評価を通じて最終10の中堅企業とスタートアップのコラボレーション課題を選定し、コラボレーションを支援する予定でスタートアップに課題当たり最大1.2億ウォンの実証資金と、コラボレーション過程に必要なコンサルティング、専門教育、ネットワーキングなどを課題オーダーメイドで支援する。
今回のコラボレーションを通じて中堅企業は内部の資源をスタートアップに共有・支援し、スタートアップはこれをもとに開発及び事業化を推進する過程を経て最終的に中堅企業－スタートアップ間持続可能な協力体系を構築し、同伴成長のオープンイノベーションエコシステムをさらに拡大していくものと期待される。
大邱創造経済革新センターの韓国人代表は「中堅企業は経済の根として安定的な成長と雇用の基盤を担当し、スタートアップはその基盤の上で革新を吸う」とし「この二つの調和を通じて相互同伴成長が行われるようにオープンイノベーション支援をさらに強化していく」と明らかにした。

大邱昌庆中心，‘中小企业-初创企业开放式创新挑战赛’招募参赛者
大邱创造经济革新中心与中小企业部、创业振兴院共同设立了“中小企业-创业公司开放式创新挑战赛”项目，旨在通过中小企业的参与，扩大创业公司的开放式创新支援生态系统，并于24日前招募参与的中小企业。

Le Centre Changgyeong de Daegu recrute des participants pour le « Défi d'innovation ouverte des PME-PMI »
Le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Daegu , en collaboration avec le ministère des PME et des startups et l'Agence de promotion des startups, a mis en place le programme « Défi d'innovation ouverte pour les entreprises de taille moyenne et les startups » pour étendre l'écosystème de soutien à l'innovation ouverte pour les startups grâce à la participation des entreprises de taille moyenne, et recrute des entreprises de taille moyenne participantes jusqu'au 24.
Ce programme fait partie du « Projet de soutien à l'innovation ouverte de coopération public-privé 2025 (ci-après dénommé le Projet de soutien) », qui soutient la collaboration entre les entreprises en demande (grandes, moyennes et entreprises publiques) et les startups pour activer l'écosystème de l'innovation ouverte. Il a été créé cette année pour établir un système de soutien spécialisé dans la collaboration entre les entreprises de taille moyenne et les startups.
Le nombre d'entreprises de taille moyenne ayant participé à ce projet de soutien au cours des deux dernières années représente 26 % de toutes les entreprises en demande, tandis que 24,7 % des entreprises de taille moyenne poursuivent de nouvelles activités et 93,1 % reconnaissent la nécessité d'une transformation numérique. Par conséquent, la demande des entreprises de taille moyenne souhaitant participer à l’innovation ouverte devrait continuer à augmenter à l’avenir.
Ce programme est un type particulier de projet de soutien conçu pour promouvoir l’innovation ouverte entre les entreprises de taille moyenne et les startups. Il sollicitera des projets de demande de collaboration auprès d'entreprises de taille moyenne et de petites et moyennes entreprises diplômées du programme et souhaitant collaborer avec des startups, et sélectionnera environ 15 entreprises.
Après avoir sélectionné des entreprises de taille moyenne, nous recrutons des startups qui possèdent une technologie ou des capacités de résolution de problèmes correspondant à la tâche demandée. Après le recrutement, nous accompagnons les startups qui réussissent l'évaluation des documents lors de rencontres individuelles avec des entreprises de taille moyenne afin de favoriser la compréhension mutuelle de la tâche demandée et d'établir des plans avancés.
Ensuite, grâce à une évaluation de présentation, les 10 projets finaux de collaboration entre entreprises de taille moyenne et startups seront sélectionnés et la collaboration sera soutenue. Les startups recevront jusqu'à 120 millions de wons de fonds de vérification par projet, ainsi que des conseils, des formations professionnelles et des réseaux nécessaires au processus de collaboration, adaptés au projet.
Grâce à cette collaboration, les entreprises de taille moyenne partageront et soutiendront leurs ressources internes avec les startups, et les startups utiliseront ensuite cela comme base de développement et de commercialisation. À terme, cela conduira à la mise en place d’un système de coopération durable entre les entreprises de taille moyenne et les startups, élargissant ainsi davantage l’écosystème d’innovation ouverte pour une croissance mutuelle.
Le directeur du Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Daegu, Han In-guk, a déclaré : « Les entreprises de taille moyenne sont les racines de l'économie et sont responsables des bases d'une croissance stable et de l'emploi, et les startups créent de l'innovation sur cette base. » Il a ajouté : « Nous renforcerons encore notre soutien à l’innovation ouverte afin que les deux parties puissent parvenir à une croissance mutuelle grâce à l’harmonie. »
