코리아스타트업포럼(이하 코스포)은 한국엔젤투자협회와 기술창업 기업 지원 및 글로벌 진출 협력 강화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 18일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 스타트업과 투자자 간 연계를 강화하고, 민간 주도의 창업 생태계 활성화를 위한 정책 협력을 목적으로 추진됐다. 협약식은 지난 17일 서울 역삼동 팁스타운 GSC에서 열렸으며, 코스포 한상우 의장, 한국엔젤투자협회 조민식 회장을 비롯한 양 기관 주요 관계자들이 참석해 협력 선언문을 낭독했다.
협약에 따라 양 기관은 ▲기술 창업기업 지원 ▲글로벌 진출 협력(인바운드·아웃바운드)을 핵심 분야로 설정하고 전략적 협력을 추진할 예정이다. 구체적으로는 스타트업과 엔젤투자자 간 멘토링 및 네트워킹, 액셀러레이터 및 예비 창업가 프로그램 공동 운영, 정부 정책 공동 대응, 국내외 스타트업의 글로벌 진출 및 투자 유치 협력, 글로벌 스타트업 행사인 ‘컴업(COMEUP)’ 운영 협력 등이 포함된다.
양 기관은 이번 협력을 통해 스타트업 지원 체계 강화와 민간 투자 활성화에 기여하고, 창업 생태계 전반의 성장 기반 마련에 긍정적 효과를 기대하고 있다.
한편, 조민식 한국엔젤투자협회 회장은 “양 기관의 협력을 통해 기술 창업 및 글로벌 진출 지원이 보다 체계적으로 이뤄질 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔으며, 한상우 코스포 의장은 “이번 협약을 계기로 창업 생태계 내 유기적 협력 구조를 강화하고, 스타트업의 글로벌 경쟁력 확보에 필요한 기반을 함께 마련해 나갈 것”이라고 말했다.

COSPO signs business agreement with Korea Angel Investment Association
Korea Startup Forum (hereinafter referred to as KOSPO) announced on the 18th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Korea Angel Investment Association to strengthen cooperation in supporting technology startups and expanding into global markets.
This agreement was promoted with the aim of strengthening the connection between startups and investors and cooperating on policies to activate the private-led startup ecosystem. The agreement ceremony was held on the 17th at Tipstown GSC in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, and key officials from both organizations, including Chairman Han Sang-woo of KOSPO and Chairman Cho Min-sik of the Korea Angel Investment Association, attended and read the declaration of cooperation.
According to the agreement, the two organizations will pursue strategic cooperation by setting ▲support for technology startups and ▲cooperation for global expansion (inbound and outbound) as core areas. Specifically, this includes mentoring and networking between startups and angel investors, joint operation of accelerator and prospective entrepreneur programs, joint response to government policies, cooperation for global expansion and investment attraction of domestic and foreign startups, and cooperation in operating the global startup event 'COMEUP'.
Through this collaboration, both organizations expect to contribute to strengthening the startup support system and activating private investment, and to have a positive effect on laying the foundation for growth in the entire startup ecosystem.
Meanwhile, Cho Min-sik, chairman of the Korea Angel Investment Association, said, “We will work to ensure that support for technology startups and global expansion can be carried out more systematically through cooperation between the two organizations,” and Han Sang-woo, chairman of KOSPO, said, “Through this agreement, we will strengthen the organic cooperation structure within the startup ecosystem and work together to establish the foundation necessary to secure the global competitiveness of startups.”

コスポ、韓国エンジェル投資協会と業務協約締結
コリアスタートアップフォーラム（以下コスポ）は韓国エンジェル投資協会と技術創業企業支援及びグローバル進出協力強化のための業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと１８日明らかにした。
今回の条約はスタートアップと投資家間の連携を強化し、民間主導の創業生態系活性化のための政策協力を目的に推進された。協約式は去る17日ソウル駅三洞ティップスタウンGSCで開かれ、コスポハン・サンウ議長、韓国エンジェル投資協会チョ・ミンシク会長をはじめとする両機関主要関係者らが参加して協力宣言文を朗読した。
条約により、両機関は▲技術創業企業支援▲グローバル進出協力（インバウンド・アウトバウンド）を核心分野に設定し、戦略的協力を推進する予定だ。具体的には、スタートアップとエンジェル投資家間のメンタリングとネットワーキング、アクセラレータ及び予備創業者がプログラム共同運営、政府政策共同対応、国内外スタートアップのグローバル進出及び投資誘致協力、グローバルスタートアップイベントである「コムアップ（ＣＯＭＥＵＰ）」運営協力などが含まれる。
両機関は今回の協力を通じてスタートアップ支援体系の強化と民間投資の活性化に寄与し、創業生態系全般の成長基盤づくりにプラスの効果を期待している。
一方、チョ・ミンシク韓国エンジェル投資協会会長は「両機関の協力を通じて技術創業及びグローバル進出支援がより体系的に成し遂げられるように努力する」と明らかにし、ハン・サンウコスポ議長は「今回の協約を契機に創業生態系内の有機的協力構造を強化し、スタートアップのグローバル競争力確保にした。

COSPO与韩国天使投资协会签署业务协议
韩国创业论坛（以下简称KOSPO）18日宣布，与韩国天使投资协会签署了业务协议（MOU），以加强在支持科技初创企业和拓展全球市场方面的合作。
此次协议旨在加强初创企业与投资者之间的联系，促进政策合作，激活私营部门主导的初创企业生态系统。签约仪式于17日在首尔驿三洞Tipstown GSC举行，COSP会长韩尚宇、韩国天使投资协会会长赵岷植等双方主要负责人出席并宣读了合作宣言。
根据协议，双方将以▲科技创业公司支援及▲全球化扩张合作（入站及出站）为核心领域开展战略合作。具体来说，包括初创企业与天使投资者之间的指导和交流、加速器和潜在企业家项目的联合运营、政府政策的联合应对、国内外初创企业的全球扩张和招商合作、以及全球初创企业活动“COMEUP”的合作运营等。

COSPO signe un accord commercial avec la Korea Angel Investment Association
Le Korea Startup Forum (ci-après dénommé KOSPO) a annoncé le 18 avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec la Korea Angel Investment Association pour renforcer la coopération dans le soutien aux startups technologiques et l'expansion sur les marchés mondiaux.
Cet accord a été promu dans le but de renforcer les liens entre les startups et les investisseurs et de promouvoir la coopération politique pour activer l'écosystème des startups dirigé par le secteur privé. La cérémonie de signature a eu lieu le 17 au Tipstown GSC à Yeoksam-dong, Séoul, et les principaux responsables des deux organisations, dont le président Han Sang-woo du COSP et le président Cho Min-sik de la Korea Angel Investment Association, ont assisté et lu la déclaration de coopération.
Selon l'accord, les deux organisations poursuivront une coopération stratégique avec ▲le soutien aux startups technologiques et ▲la coopération pour l'expansion mondiale (entrante et sortante) comme domaines principaux. Cela comprend notamment le mentorat et le réseautage entre les startups et les investisseurs providentiels, l'exploitation conjointe de programmes d'accélération et d'entrepreneurs potentiels, la réponse conjointe aux politiques gouvernementales, la coopération dans l'expansion mondiale et l'attraction d'investissements pour les startups nationales et étrangères, et la coopération dans l'exploitation de l'événement mondial de startups « COMEUP ».
Grâce à cette collaboration, les deux organisations espèrent contribuer à renforcer le système de soutien aux startups et à activer l’investissement privé, et avoir un effet positif sur la pose des bases de la croissance dans l’ensemble de l’écosystème des startups.
Français Dans le même temps, Cho Min-sik, président de la Korea Angel Investment Association, a déclaré : « Nous travaillerons pour garantir que le soutien aux startups technologiques et à l'expansion mondiale puisse être réalisé de manière plus systématique grâce à la coopération entre les deux organisations », et Han Sang-woo, président de KOSPO, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, nous renforcerons la structure de coopération organique au sein de l'écosystème des startups et travaillerons ensemble pour établir les bases nécessaires pour garantir la compétitivité mondiale des startups. »
