프롭테크 솔루션기업 트러스테이(대표 이승오)가 건물종합관리 기업 KB아주(대표 김태인)과 스마트 주거 환경 구축을 위한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 14일 체결했다고 밝혔다.
협약에 따라 양사는 향후 혁신 기술 기반의 프롭테크 솔루션 ‘홈노크타운’과 ‘홈노크존’을 KB아주가 관리하는 전국 250여개 아파트 단지 및 주거, 상업용 공간에 접목해 입주민들에 안전한 주거 환경과 효율적인 운영 서비스를 제공할 계획이다.
홈노크타운은 전국 아파트 입주민과 구성원, 관리자 등 생활 편의를 위한 모바일 기반 통합 주거 플랫폼이다. 주거관리 통합 솔루션으로 주거 및 상업용 건물 관리를 위한 방문 주차부터 입주민 게시판, 입대의 투표 포함 20여가지 기능을 제공하며 전국 312개 아파트 단지 약 35만 명의 입주민이 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 단지 내 입주민들은 커뮤니티 시설관리 서비스 홈노크존을 통해 편리하게 시설을 예약하고 투명하게 커뮤니티 시설을 관리할 수 있다.
김태인 KB아주 대표는 “주거시설 관리자와 현장의 목소리가 반영되는 것이 주거관리 통합 솔루션의 핵심”이라며, “현장과 기술을 연결하며 입주민들의 안전하고 쾌적한 주거환경에 힘쓰겠다”고 덧붙였다.
이승오 트러스테이 대표는 “이번 협약을 통해 KB아주의 관리노하우와 트러스테이의 기술력으로 입주민들의 안전과 편의를 모두 고려한 프리미엄 주거환경 플랫폼으로 자리매김할 것”이라고 말했다.
