구글코리아는 대외협력정책(Government Affairs & Public Policy) 총괄로 황성혜 부사장을 임명했다고 22일 밝혔다. 신임 황성혜 부사장은 앞으로 구글코리아의 대외협력 및 정책 관련 업무 전반을 총괄하게 된다.
황 부사장은 언론사와 글로벌 기업에서 30년간 대외정책 및 커뮤니케이션 업무를 수행해 온 전문가로, 주요 기업에서 다양한 대외 협력 전략을 주도한 경력을 보유하고 있다.
황성혜 부사장은 글로벌 헬스케어 기업인 한국존슨앤드존슨에서 메디칼·제약·비젼 및 컨슈머헬스 사업 부문의 대정부 보건의료 정책 관련 업무를 이끈 바 있다. 그 이전에는 한국화이자제약에서 대외협력부 및 약가보험 부서를 이끌며 정부, 언론, 환자단체, 협회 등과의 협력을 통해 혁신 의약품에 대한 환자 접근성 강화와 환자의 삶 향상에 기여했다.
구글코리아는 “폭넓은 대외협력 전문성과 업계에 대한 깊은 이해를 갖춘 황성혜 부사장의 합류를 진심으로 환영하며, 앞으로 구글의 대외협력 및 정책 분야에서 정부 및 관련 업계와의 지속적인 소통을 통해 상호 협력 관계를 이끌어 내는데 큰 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
황성혜 부사장도 “전 세계 구글 서비스 이용자와 파트너, 그리고 지역 사회와 함께 지속 가능한 성장을 도모하고 있는 구글의 여정에 동참하게 되어 기쁘게 생각한다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 이해관계자들과의 소통을 강화하는 한편, 구글의 기술이 한국 사회 전반에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 포부를 밝혔다.
황 부사장은 연세대학교 신문방송학과를 졸업하고, 서강대 경제학 석사와 프랑스 NEOMA 비즈니스스쿨 경영학 석사(MBA) 학위를 취득했으며, 중앙대학교에서 신문방송학 박사 과정을 수료했다.

Google Korea appoints Hwang Seong-hye as new vice president of external cooperation policy
Google Korea announced on the 22nd that it has appointed Vice President Sunghye Hwang as Head of Government Affairs & Public Policy. The new Vice President Sunghye Hwang will be in charge of all of Google Korea’s government affairs and policy-related work.
Vice President Hwang is an expert who has worked in foreign policy and communications for 30 years in media companies and global corporations, and has experience leading various foreign cooperation strategies at major companies.
Vice President Hwang Sung-hye led government health care policy-related work in the medical, pharmaceutical, vision, and consumer health business divisions of Johnson & Johnson Korea, a global healthcare company. Prior to that, she led the External Cooperation Department and Pharmaceutical Insurance Department at Pfizer Korea, contributing to strengthening patient access to innovative medicines and improving patients’ lives through cooperation with the government, media, patient groups, and associations.
Google Korea said, “We sincerely welcome the joining of Vice President Hwang Sung-hye, who has extensive expertise in external cooperation and a deep understanding of the industry, and we expect that she will play a large role in leading mutually cooperative relationships through continuous communication with the government and related industries in the areas of Google’s external cooperation and policies.”
Vice President Hwang Sung-hye also said, “I am delighted to join Google’s journey to achieve sustainable growth together with Google service users, partners, and local communities around the world,” adding, “We will continue to strengthen communication with various stakeholders and do our best to ensure that Google’s technology can have a positive impact on Korean society as a whole.”
Vice President Hwang graduated from Yonsei University's Department of Journalism and Broadcasting, received a master's degree in economics from Sogang University, a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from NEOMA Business School in France, and completed a doctoral program in journalism and broadcasting at Chung-Ang University.

黄副社長はメディアとグローバル企業で30年間対外政策およびコミュニケーション業務を遂行してきた専門家であり、主要企業で多様な対外協力戦略を主導したキャリアを保有している。
ファン・ソンヘ副社長は、グローバルヘルスケア企業である韓国・ジョンソン・アンド・ジョンソンでメディカル・製薬・ビジョン及びコンシューマーヘルス事業部門の対政府保健医療政策関連業務を導いた。それ以前は韓国ファイヤー製薬で対外協力部及び薬価保険部門を率いて政府、メディア、患者団体、協会などとの協力を通じてイノベーション医薬品に対する患者のアクセシビリティの強化と患者の生活の向上に寄与した。
グーグルコリアは「幅広い対外協力の専門性と業界に対する深い理解を備えたファン・ソンヘ副社長の合流を心から歓迎し、今後グーグルの対外協力及び政策分野で政府及び関連業界との継続的なコミュニケーションを通じて相互協力関係を引き出すのに大きな役割を果たすと期待する」と明らかにした。
ファン・ソンヘ副社長も「全世界グーグルサービス利用者とパートナー、そして地域社会とともに持続可能な成長を図っているグーグルの旅程に参加することになって喜んでいる」とし「今後も多様な利害関係者たちとのコミュニケーションを強化する一方、グーグルの技術が韓国社会全般に肯定的な影響を及ぼすように最善を尽くした」。
黄副社長は延世大学新聞放送学科を卒業し、西江大学経済学修士とフランスNEOMAビジネススクール経営学修士（MBA）の学位を取得し、中央大学で新聞放送学博士課程を修了した。

黄副校长毕业于延世大学新闻广播系，获得西江大学经济学硕士学位，法国诺欧玛商学院工商管理硕士学位（MBA），并在中央大学完成了新闻广播博士学位课程。

Google Corée nomme Hwang Seong-hye au poste de vice-président de la politique de coopération extérieure
Google Corée a annoncé le 22 avoir nommé Hwang Sung-hye au poste de vice-président en charge des affaires gouvernementales et des politiques publiques. Le nouveau vice-président Hwang Seong-hye sera en charge de toute la coopération externe et des travaux liés aux politiques chez Google Corée.
Le vice-président Hwang est un expert qui a travaillé pendant 30 ans dans les domaines de la politique étrangère et de la communication au sein d'entreprises de médias et de sociétés internationales. Il possède également une expérience dans la conduite de diverses stratégies de coopération étrangère au sein de grandes entreprises.
Le vice-président Hwang Seong-hye a dirigé les travaux liés à la politique gouvernementale en matière de santé et de médecine dans les divisions médicales, pharmaceutiques, ophtalmologiques et de santé grand public de Johnson & Johnson Korea, une société mondiale de soins de santé. Avant cela, il a dirigé le département de coopération externe et le département d’assurance pharmaceutique de Korea Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, contribuant à améliorer l’accès des patients aux médicaments innovants et à améliorer la vie des patients grâce à la coopération avec le gouvernement, les médias, les groupes de patients et les associations.
Google Corée a déclaré : « Nous saluons sincèrement l'arrivée de la vice-présidente Hwang Sung-hye, qui possède une vaste expertise en matière de coopération externe et une compréhension approfondie du secteur, et nous espérons qu'elle jouera un rôle important dans la conduite de relations de coopération mutuelle grâce à une communication continue avec le gouvernement et les industries concernées dans les domaines de la coopération externe et des politiques de Google. »

Le vice-président Hwang est diplômé du département de journalisme et de radiodiffusion de l'université Yonsei, a obtenu une maîtrise en économie de l'université Sogang, une maîtrise en administration des affaires (MBA) de la NEOMA Business School en France et a terminé un programme de doctorat en journalisme et radiodiffusion à l'université Chung-Ang.
