부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 부산지방기상청(청장 이은정), 부산대학교 산학협력단(단장 강정은), 동의대학교 RISE사업단(단장 이임건)과 공동으로 4월 23일부터 6월 5일까지 ‘제8회 기상·기후테크 창업 아이디어 공모전’을 개최한다고 밝혔다. 본 공모전은 한국기상산업기술원, 한국농업기술진흥원, 한국해양과학기술원, 부산지식재산센터, 국제신문의 협력으로 진행된다.
부산지방기상청은 기상과 기후와 연관된 다양하고 우수한 아이디어를 보유한 예비창업자 및 초기 창업기업을 발굴하고 이를 통해 관련 일자리 창출에 기여하기 위해 2018년부터 공모전을 개최해 왔다.
이번 공모전은 변화하는 기후에 적응하거나 위험기상에 대응할 수 있는 아이디어, 온실가스 감축에 도움이 되는 제품이나 서비스, 기상·기후 정보를 활용한 생활편의 서비스 등 모든 분야의 아이디어를 제안할 수 있으며, ‘예비창업자’와 창업 7년 미만의 ‘창업기업’으로 나누어 진행한다.
접수 기간은 5월 12일부터 6월 5일까지이며, 참가 신청은 공모전 통합관리시스템, 부산지방기상청 등 각 주관기관 누리집 공지사항을 통해 신청서를 받아 작성 후 전자우편(changup@deu.ac.kr)을 통해 접수할 수 있다.
수상팀은 1차(서류) 및 2차(발표) 평가를 통해 부문별 최우수상(1팀), 우수상(3팀)으로 총 8개 팀을 최종 선정할 계획이며, 기상청장상, 부산창경 대표이사상 등과 함께 총 1,600만원 규모의 상금이 8월 초에 수여될 예정이다. 수상작은 전문가 멘토링 등 창업 기획, 특허 출원 및 시제품 제작 지원 등 다양한 혜택이 제공된다. 또한 우수 수상기업에게는 유관기관·산업계 관계자·시민 대상으로 홍보 기회도 제공할 계획이다.
이은정 부산지방기상청장은 “지역 창업시장이 위축되고 있는 가운데, 이번 ‘기상·기후테크 창업 아이디어 공모전’을 통해 성장 가능성이 높은 지역 기상·기후 관련 창업기업에 도약의 기회가 되기를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
부산창경 김용우 대표이사는 “센터는 지난 2020년도 참여를 시작으로 공모전을 통한 지역 스타트업 발굴·육성에 힘써왔다”며, “올해에도 창업생태계 활성화를 위한 공공액셀러레이터 역할 수행에 적극 노력하겠다”고 전했다.

Busan Changgyeong, '8th Weather and Climate Tech Startup Idea Contest' held
The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Changgyeong) announced that it will hold the '8th Meteorological and Climate Tech Startup Idea Contest' from April 23 to June 5 in cooperation with the Busan Regional Meteorological Administration (Director Eunjung Lee), Pusan National University Industry-Academia Cooperation Group (Director Jeongeun Kang), and Dong-eui University RISE Business Group (Director Imgeon Lee). This contest is held in cooperation with the Korea Meteorological Administration, Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency, Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology, Busan Intellectual Property Center, and Kookje Newspaper.
The Busan Regional Meteorological Administration has been holding a contest since 2018 to discover aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage startups with diverse and excellent ideas related to weather and climate, and to contribute to the creation of related jobs.
This contest is open to proposals from all fields, including ideas for adapting to a changing climate or responding to hazardous weather, products or services that help reduce greenhouse gases, and lifestyle convenience services that utilize weather and climate information. It will be divided into ‘prospective entrepreneurs’ and ‘start-ups’ that have been in business for less than 7 years.
The application period is from May 12 to June 5. Applications can be received through the notice boards on the websites of each hosting organization, including the contest integrated management system and the Busan Regional Meteorological Administration, and then filled out and submitted via e-mail (changup@deu.ac.kr).
The winning team will be selected as the grand prize (1 team) and excellence prize (3 teams) in each category through the first (document) and second (presentation) evaluations, and a total of 8 teams will be awarded prize money of 16 million won along with the Korea Meteorological Administration Director Award and Busan Changgyeong CEO Award in early August. The winning works will be provided with various benefits such as expert mentoring, support for startup planning, patent application, and prototype production. In addition, excellent winning companies will be provided with promotional opportunities for related organizations, industry officials, and citizens.
Eun-Jeong Lee, head of the Busan Regional Meteorological Administration, said, “As the local startup market is shrinking, I hope that this ‘Weather and Climate Tech Startup Idea Contest’ will provide an opportunity for local weather and climate-related startups with high growth potential to make a leap forward.”
Busan Changgyeong CEO Yongwoo Kim said, “The center has been working hard to discover and foster local startups through competitions since its participation in 2020,” and added, “This year, we will actively strive to fulfill our role as a public accelerator to revitalize the startup ecosystem.”

釜山昌慶、「第8回気象・気候テック創業アイデア公募展」開催
釜山創造経済革新センター（代表取締役キム・ヨンウ、以下釜山昌慶）は釜山地方気象庁（庁長イ・ウンジョン） 、釜山大学産学協力団（団長カン・ジョンウン） 、同意大学RISE事業団（団長イ・イムゴン）と共同で4月23日から6月5日まで公募展を開催すると明らかにした。本公募展は、韓国気象産業技術院、韓国農業技術振興院、韓国海洋科学技術院、釜山知識財産センター、国際新聞の協力で行われる。

受付期間は5月12日から6月5日までであり、参加申請は公募展統合管理システム、釜山地方気象庁など各主管機関のお姉さんのお知らせを通じて申請書を受けて作成後、電子メール(changup@deu.ac.kr)を通じて受付することができる。

釜山昌庆‘第八届气象气候科技创业创意大赛’举行
釜山创造经济革新中心（代表金龙宇，以下简称釜山创造经济）表示，将与釜山地方气象局（局长李恩静） 、釜山大学产学合作团（所长姜正恩）、东义大学RISE事业团（所长李任健）合作，于4月23日至6月5日举办‘第8届气象气候科技创业创意大赛’。本次大赛由韩国气象局、韩国农业科学技术研究院、韩国海洋科学技术研究院、釜山知识产权中心、国际新闻社共同举办。
釜山地方气象局自2018年起开始举办大赛，旨在发掘在天气和气候方面拥有多样化优秀想法的有抱负的企业家和早期初创企业，并为创造相关就业机会做出贡献。

通过初评（文献类）和复评（演示类）环节，评选出各类别特等奖（1支）、优秀奖（3支），共计8支队伍。奖金总额达1600万韩元，并将于8月初颁发韩国气象局局长奖和釜山昌庆CEO奖。获奖作品将获得专家指导、创业支持、专利申请、原型制作等多项福利。此外，我们还计划为优秀的获奖企业提供面向相关组织、业内人士、市民的宣传机会。

Busan Changgyeong : 8e concours d'idées de startups technologiques sur la météo et le climat
Le Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (PDG Yongwoo Kim, ci-après dénommé Busan Creative Economy) a annoncé qu'il organiserait le « 8e concours d'idées de startups technologiques météorologiques et climatiques » du 23 avril au 5 juin en coopération avec l'administration météorologique régionale de Busan (directrice Eunjung Lee) , le groupe de coopération industrie-académie de l'université nationale de Pusan (directeur Jeongeun Kang) et le groupe d'affaires RISE de l'université Dong-eui (directeur Imgeon Lee). Ce concours est organisé en coopération avec l'Administration météorologique coréenne, l'Institut coréen des sciences et technologies agricoles, l'Institut coréen des sciences et technologies océaniques, le Centre de propriété intellectuelle de Busan et le journal Kookje.
L'Administration météorologique régionale de Busan organise depuis 2018 un concours pour découvrir les entrepreneurs en herbe et les startups en phase de démarrage avec des idées diverses et excellentes liées à la météo et au climat, et pour contribuer à la création d'emplois connexes.
Ce concours est ouvert aux propositions de tous les domaines, y compris les idées d’adaptation à un climat changeant ou de réponse aux conditions météorologiques dangereuses, les produits ou services qui aident à réduire les gaz à effet de serre et les services de commodité de style de vie qui utilisent les informations météorologiques et climatiques. Il sera divisé en « entrepreneurs potentiels » et « start-ups » en activité depuis moins de 7 ans.
La période de candidature s'étend du 12 mai au 5 juin. Les candidatures peuvent être reçues via les panneaux d'affichage sur les sites Web de chaque organisation hôte, y compris le système de gestion intégré du concours et l'administration météorologique régionale de Busan, puis remplies et soumises par e-mail (changup@deu.ac.kr).
Les équipes gagnantes seront sélectionnées comme lauréates du grand prix (1 équipe) et lauréates d'excellence (3 équipes) dans chaque catégorie à travers les première (document) et deuxième (présentation) évaluations, et un total de 8 équipes seront sélectionnées. Un prix d'un montant total de 16 millions de wons, ainsi que le prix du directeur de l'administration météorologique coréenne et le prix du PDG de Busan Changgyeong, seront décernés début août. Les lauréats bénéficieront de divers avantages, notamment un mentorat d’experts, un soutien pour la création d’entreprise, une demande de brevet et la production de prototypes. De plus, nous prévoyons d’offrir aux excellentes entreprises primées des opportunités promotionnelles ciblant les organisations concernées, les professionnels de l’industrie et les citoyens.
Eun-Jeong Lee, directeur de l'administration météorologique régionale de Busan, a déclaré : « Alors que le marché local des startups se rétrécit, j'espère que ce « Concours d'idées de startups technologiques pour la météo et le climat » offrira une opportunité aux startups locales liées à la météo et au climat avec un fort potentiel de croissance de faire un bond en avant. »
Le PDG de Busan Changgyeong, Yongwoo Kim, a déclaré : « Le centre travaille dur pour découvrir et encourager les startups locales à travers des concours depuis sa participation en 2020 », et a ajouté : « Cette année, nous nous efforcerons activement de remplir notre rôle d'accélérateur public pour revitaliser l'écosystème des startups. »
