기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’)은 국립경국대학교 산학협력단(단장 임우택, 이하 ‘경국대’)과 ‘기술이전·사업화 촉진을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 23일(수) 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양 기관이 협업 체계를 구축해 경국대가 보유한 우수기술의 이전 및 사업화를 가속화하고, 지역 내 중소·벤처기업에 대한 기술금융 지원을 강화하기 위한 산학협력의 일환으로 추진됐다.
협약에 따라 경국대는 보유 기술 정보를 기보에 제공하고, 기보는 ▲기술이전 및 중개업무에 필요한 정보 제공 ▲우수기술 이전을 통한 사업화 촉진 지원 ▲기술이전 기업에 대한 맞춤형 기술금융 지원 등 다양한 협력방안을 실행하게 된다.
특히, 기보가 운영 중인 개방형 기술거래플랫폼 ‘스마트 테크브릿지’를 활용해 기술이전 수요정보는 물론, 전자계약 서비스도 제공함으로써 경국대의 지식재산과 기술노하우가 보다 효율적으로 이전·사업화될 것으로 기대된다.
기보는 지난 2014년부터 기술거래 전담조직을 통해 기술거래사업을 본격화했으며, 지난해까지 약 5,800여 곳의 중소·벤처기업에 9,800여 건의 기술이전을 지원한 바 있다.
이날 협약식에 참석한 김세현 기보 대구경북지역본부장은 “이번 협약은 경북 북부지역의 우수기술을 실질적인 기업 성장으로 연결시키기 위한 의미 있는 첫걸음”이라며, “기보는 앞으로도 지역 거점 국립대학과의 협력을 확대해 기술이전 활성화 및 창업·벤처기업의 혁신성장을 적극 뒷받침하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo, Kyungkuk University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation Signs Business Agreement
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “KIBO”) announced on Wednesday, the 23rd, that it had signed a “Business Agreement for the Promotion of Technology Transfer and Commercialization” with the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation of Kyungkuk University (Director Lim Woo-taek, hereinafter referred to as “Kyungkuk University”).
This agreement was promoted as part of industry-academic cooperation to establish a collaborative system between the two institutions to accelerate the transfer and commercialization of excellent technologies held by Kyungkuk University and to strengthen technology financing support for small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies in the region.
According to the agreement, Kyungkuk University will provide its technological information to Kibo, and Kibo will implement various cooperation measures, including ▲provision of information necessary for technology transfer and brokerage work ▲support for promoting commercialization through transfer of excellent technologies ▲customized technology financing support for technology transfer companies.
In particular, by utilizing the open technology transaction platform ‘Smart Tech Bridge’ operated by Kibo, it is expected that Kyungkuk University’s intellectual property and technological know-how will be transferred and commercialized more efficiently by providing not only technology transfer demand information but also electronic contract services.
Since 2014, Kibo has been actively engaged in technology transfer business through its technology transfer organization, and has supported approximately 9,800 technology transfers to approximately 5,800 small and medium-sized and venture companies as of last year.
Kim Se-hyun, head of the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Regional Headquarters of Kibo, who attended the signing ceremony that day, said, “This agreement is a meaningful first step toward connecting the excellent technologies of the northern Gyeongbuk region with actual corporate growth,” and “Kibo will continue to expand cooperation with regional national universities to actively support the activation of technology transfer and the innovative growth of startups and venture companies.”

ギボ、国立慶国大学産学協力団と業務協約締結
技術保証基金（以下「棋保」）は、国立慶国大学産学協力団（団長イム・ウテク、以下「慶国大」）と「技術移転・事業化促進のための業務協約」を締結したと23日（水）明らかにした。
今回の協約は両機関が協業体系を構築し、慶国大が保有した優秀技術の移転及び事業化を加速し、地域内の中小・ベンチャー企業に対する技術金融支援を強化するための産学協力の一環として推進された。
条約により、慶国大は保有技術情報を機報に提供し、機報は▲技術移転及び仲介業務に必要な情報提供▲優秀技術移転による事業化促進支援▲技術移転企業に対するカスタマイズされた技術金融支援など多様な協力案を実施することになる。
特に、ギボが運営中の開放型技術取引プラットフォーム「スマートテックブリッジ」を活用して技術移転需要情報はもちろん、電子契約サービスも提供することで、慶国大の知識財産と技術ノウハウがより効率的に移転・事業化されるものと期待される。
ギボは2014年から技術取引専任組織を通じて技術取引事業を本格化し、昨年まで約5,800社余りの中小・ベンチャー企業に9,800件余りの技術移転を支援したことがある。
この日、協約式に出席したキム・セヒョン棋保大邱慶北地域本部長は「今回の条約は慶北北部地域の優秀技術を実質的な企業成長につなげるための意味のある第一歩」とし、「起報は今後も地域拠点国立大学との協力を拡大して技術移転の成功と創業・ベンチャー企業言った。

希望大学与庆国大学产学合作基金会签署商业协议
韩国技术金融公司（以下简称“KIBO”）于23日（周三）宣布，与庆国大学产学合作基金会（理事长林宇泽，以下简称“庆国大学”）签署了《促进技术转移及商业化业务协议》。
此次协议是产学合作的一部分，旨在建立两所大学之间的合作体系，加速庆国大学优秀技术的转移和商业化，并加强对该地区中小企业和风险投资公司的技术融资支持。
根据协议，庆国大学将向“希望”提供其技术信息，而“希望”将实施多项合作措施，包括▲提供技术转移和中介工作所需的信息▲支持通过优秀技术的转移促进商业化▲为技术转移公司提供定制技术融资支持。
特别是通过利用希望市运营的开放式技术交易平台“Smart Tech Bridge”，不仅可以提供技术转让需求信息，还可以提供电子合同服务，期待能够更高效地实现庆国大学的知识产权和技术诀窍的转让和商业化。
自2014年以来，Kibo通过其技术转移组织积极从事技术转移业务，截至去年已向约5,800家中小型企业和风险企业提供了约9,800项技术转移支持。
当天出席签约仪式的希望创业公司大邱庆北地区本部长金世铉表示，“此次签约是将庆北北部地区的优秀技术与实际的企业发展相结合，迈出的具有意义的第一步”，“希望创业公司今后将进一步扩大与地区国立大学的合作，积极支持技术转移的活跃化和初创企业及风险企业的创新成长”。

Kibo et la Fondation de coopération industrie-université de l'Université Kyungkuk signent un accord commercial
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé mercredi 23 qu'elle avait signé un « Accord commercial pour la promotion du transfert et de la commercialisation de technologies » avec la Fondation de coopération industrielle et universitaire de l'Université Kyungkuk (Directeur Lim Woo-taek, ci-après dénommée « Université Kyungkuk »).
Cet accord a été promu dans le cadre de la coopération industrie-université pour établir un système de collaboration entre les deux institutions afin d'accélérer le transfert et la commercialisation des excellentes technologies détenues par l'Université Kyungkuk et de renforcer le soutien au financement technologique des petites et moyennes entreprises et des sociétés de capital-risque de la région.
Selon l'accord, l'Université Kyungkuk fournira ses informations technologiques à Kibo, et Kibo mettra en œuvre diverses mesures de coopération, notamment ▲la fourniture des informations nécessaires au transfert de technologie et au travail de courtage ▲le soutien à la promotion de la commercialisation par le transfert de technologies d'excellence ▲le soutien au financement technologique personnalisé pour les entreprises de transfert de technologie.
En particulier, en utilisant la plate-forme de transaction technologique ouverte « Smart Tech Bridge » exploitée par Kibo, il est prévu que la propriété intellectuelle et le savoir-faire technologique de l'Université Kyungkuk seront transférés et commercialisés plus efficacement en fournissant non seulement des informations sur la demande de transfert de technologie, mais également des services de contrats électroniques.
Depuis 2014, Kibo est activement engagé dans le transfert de technologie par le biais de son organisation de transfert de technologie et a soutenu environ 9 800 transferts de technologie vers environ 5 800 petites et moyennes entreprises et entreprises à risque l'année dernière.
Kim Se-hyun, directeur du siège régional de Kibo à Daegu-Gyeongbuk, qui a assisté à la cérémonie de signature ce jour-là, a déclaré : « Cet accord est une première étape significative vers la connexion des excellentes technologies de la région nord de Gyeongbuk avec la croissance réelle des entreprises », et « Kibo continuera à élargir sa coopération avec les universités nationales régionales pour soutenir activement l'activation du transfert de technologie et la croissance innovante des startups et des sociétés de capital-risque. »
