농산업 스마트솔루션 기업 팜스태프(Farmstaff Co., Ltd.) 는 서울 JW메리어트호텔에서 개최된 ‘2025 청두(서울) 투자협력 설명회’ 에서 중국 도시농업 선도기업 중농이샹(四川中农亿享农业科技有限公司)과 ‘스마트 식물공장 지능장비 제조기지 구축’에 관한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다.
이번 설명회는 청두시 인민정부 주최로 열렸으며, 한중 양국 간 산업 협력과 투자를 확대하기 위한 자리로, 문화·관광·농업·첨단기술 등 다양한 분야의 유관 기관과 기업 관계자들이 참석했다.
팜스태프는 행사 마지막 순서인 프로젝트 협약 체결 세션에서 중농이샹과의 협약을 공식 발표하며, 한국의 스마트팜 기술을 기반으로 중국 내 제조기지 조성과 기술 협력을 본격화할 계획을 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 ▲식물공장용 스마트 재배 장비 및 배지의 공동 개발, ▲현지 실증 및 양산체계 구축, ▲중국 시장 내 공동 브랜드화 전략 수립 등 실질적 실행이 가능한 협력 모델을 추진하게 된다.
팜스태프 김정우 대표는 “이번 MOU는 팜스태프가 보유한 실내 스마트팜 기술이 중국 시장과 맞닿는 첫 관문이자, 한중 간 농업 혁신 생태계를 만들어가는 실질적 발판”이라며 “각자의 강점을 살려 아시아 농업의 미래를 함께 열어나가길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Palmstaff signs MOU with China's Zhongnong Yixiang
Farmstaff Co., Ltd. , an agricultural smart solution company, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Sichuan Zhongnong Yixiang, a leading Chinese urban agriculture company, on the 'Establishment of a Smart Plant Factory Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Base' at the '2025 Chengdu (Seoul) Investment Cooperation Briefing Session' held at the JW Marriott Hotel in Seoul.
This briefing session was hosted by the Chengdu Municipal People's Government and was held to expand industrial cooperation and investment between Korea and China. Representatives from various related organizations and companies in fields such as culture, tourism, agriculture, and high-tech attended.
At the last session of the event, the Project Agreement Signing Session, Palmstaff officially announced the agreement with Zhongnong Yixiang and revealed plans to establish a manufacturing base in China and initiate technical cooperation based on Korea’s smart farm technology.
Through this agreement, the two companies will pursue a practical and feasible cooperation model, including ▲joint development of smart cultivation equipment and media for plant factories, ▲establishment of local verification and mass production systems, and ▲establishment of a joint branding strategy in the Chinese market.
Farmstaff CEO Kim Jeong-woo said, “This MOU is the first gateway for Farmstaff’s indoor smart farm technology to connect with the Chinese market, and a practical foundation for creating an agricultural innovation ecosystem between Korea and China.” He added, “I hope that we can open up the future of Asian agriculture together by leveraging each other’s strengths.”

農産業スマートソリューション企業ファームスタッフ（Farmstaff Co., Ltd.）は、ソウルJWマリオットホテルで開催された「2025 成都（ソウル）投資協力説明会」で、中国都市農業先導企業の中川イシャン工科技工場製造基地の構築に関する了解覚書（ＭＯＵ）を締結した。
今回の説明会は成都市人民政府主催で開かれ、韓中両国間の産業協力と投資を拡大するための場で、文化・観光・農業・先端技術など多様な分野の関連機関と企業関係者が参加した。
ファームスタッフは、イベントの最後の順序であるプロジェクト協約締結セッションで中農イシャンとの協約を公式発表し、韓国のスマートファーム技術を基盤に中国内製造基地の造成と技術協力を本格化する計画を明らかにした。
今回の条約を通じて両社は▲植物工場用スマート栽培装備及び培地の共同開発、▲現地実証及び量産体系の構築、▲中国市場内の共同ブランド化戦略樹立など実質的に実行可能な協力モデルを推進することになる。
パームスタッフのキム・ジョンウ代表は「今回のMOUは、ファームスタッフが保有する屋内スマートファーム技術が中国市場と接する最初の関門であり、韓中間農業革新エコシステムを作っていく実質的な足場」とし「それぞれの強みを生かしてアジア農業の未来を共に開いていくことを期待する」と明らかにした。

Palmstaff 与中国中农益祥签署谅解备忘录
农业智能解决方案公司Farmstaff株式会社与中国都市农业龙头企业四川中农益祥在首尔JW万豪酒店举办的“2025成都（首尔）投资合作说明会”上，就“共建智能植物工厂智能装备制造基地”签署了谅解备忘录（MOU）。
本次说明会由成都市人民政府主办，旨在扩大韩中两国产业合作与投资。文化、旅游、农业、高科技等领域相关机构和企业的代表出席了会议。
在活动的最后一环节——项目签约会上，Palmstaff正式宣布与中农益祥达成协议，并透露将在中国建立生产基地，并基于韩国智能农场技术开展技术合作。
通过此次协议，两家公司将推行切实可行的合作模式，包括▲共同开发植物工厂的智能栽培设备及培养基、▲建立本地验证及量产体系、▲在中国市场建立联合品牌战略等。
Farmstaff代表金正宇表示，“该MOU是Farmstaff室内智能农场技术首次对接中国市场的窗口，也是打造韩中农业创新生态系统的实践基础。”他补充道：“希望我们能够发挥彼此优势，共同开拓亚洲农业的未来。”

Palmstaff signe un protocole d'accord avec Zhongnong Yixiang en Chine
Farmstaff Co., Ltd. , une société de solutions agricoles intelligentes, a signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) avec Sichuan Zhongnong Yixiang, une société chinoise leader dans l'agriculture urbaine, sur la « création d'une base de fabrication d'équipements intelligents pour une usine de plantes intelligentes » lors de la « session d'information sur la coopération en matière d'investissement 2025 à Chengdu (Séoul) » qui s'est tenue à l'hôtel JW Marriott de Séoul.
Cette séance d'information a été organisée par le gouvernement populaire municipal de Chengdu et a été organisée pour élargir la coopération industrielle et les investissements entre la Corée et la Chine. Des représentants de diverses organisations et entreprises concernées dans des domaines tels que la culture, le tourisme, l’agriculture et la haute technologie étaient présents.
Lors de la dernière session de l'événement, la séance de signature de l'accord de projet, Palmstaff a officiellement annoncé l'accord avec Zhongnong Yixiang et a révélé des plans visant à établir une base de fabrication en Chine et à initier une coopération technique basée sur la technologie agricole intelligente de la Corée.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux sociétés poursuivront un modèle de coopération pratique et réalisable, comprenant ▲le développement conjoint d'équipements et de supports de culture intelligents pour les usines de plantes, ▲la mise en place de systèmes locaux de vérification et de production de masse, et ▲l'établissement d'une stratégie de marque commune sur le marché chinois.
Le PDG de Farmstaff, Kim Jeong-woo, a déclaré : « Ce protocole d'accord est la première passerelle permettant à la technologie de ferme intelligente intérieure de Farmstaff de se connecter au marché chinois, et une base pratique pour créer un écosystème d'innovation agricole entre la Corée et la Chine. » Il a ajouté : « J’espère que nous pourrons ouvrir ensemble l’avenir de l’agriculture asiatique en tirant parti de nos forces respectives. »
