인공지능 시선추적기술 기업 ㈜비주얼캠프(대표 석윤찬)와 핵심개발 총책임자 김세종 CTO가 23일 정부서울청사에서 과학기술정보통신부 장관상을 수상했다고 24일 밝혔다.
신SW상품대상은 과학기술정보통신부 주최로 국내 소프트웨어 산업 성장을 도모하기 위해 국내에서 개발된 소프트웨어 중 뛰어난 제품을 선정해 시상하는 제도이다. 제품 뿐만 아니라, 핵심 개발자에게도 시상을 하고 있다.
이번 수상과 더불어 ‘리드 포 스쿨’은 국내 우수 개발 소프트웨어에 주어지는 GS(Good Software) 1등급 인증까지 획득하게 되었다. GS 인증은 국내 소프트웨어 제품 품질을 체계적으로 검증하기 위해 마련된 국가 인증 제도이다. 장관상 수상과 GS 1등급 인증 획득으로 시장 경쟁력과 기술 신뢰성을 다시 한번 더 입증할 수 있게 되었다.
비주얼캠프의 컴퓨터(CAT) 기반 문해력 진단 및 훈련 AI 코스웨어 ‘리드 포 스쿨’은 자사가 보유한 시선추적기술을 탑재하여 기존 문해력 진단은 물론, 향상 솔루션까지 제공함으로써 차별화된 서비스와 기술력을 인정받았다.
‘리드 포 스쿨’은 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC 등 스마트 기기의 전면 카메라를 활용한 시선추적기술을 적용해 학습자의 읽기 패턴을 분석하고 각 개개인에 알맞은 문해력 향상 학습을 돕는 게 특징이다.
현재 ‘리드 포 스쿨’ 은 국내 300개 이상의 학교에서 국어 문해력 향상 도구로 공급되었다. 2025년 하반기 국내 영어 교육 시장을 타깃으로 영어 문해력 솔루션을 학습자들에게 직접 제공하는 방안을 추진함과 동시에, 글로벌향 영문버전을 개발해서 하반기 멕시코, 미국, 인도 B2C 시장 공략에 박차를 가할 계획이다.

Currently, 'Lead for School' has been provided as a tool to improve Korean literacy in more than 300 schools in Korea. In the second half of 2025, we plan to pursue a plan to directly provide English literacy solutions to learners targeting the domestic English education market, while developing a global English version to accelerate our advance into the Mexican, US, and Indian B2C markets in the second half.
