마이스 전문기업 마이스태프(대표 김태연)는 서울관광재단이 주관하는 ‘2025 MICE 글로벌 전문가 운영 용역’ 사업의 운영사로 선정되 참가자를 오는 28일까지 모집한다고 24일 밝혔다.
해당 사업은 서울형 MICE 인재 육성을 목표로 MICE 글로벌 전문가 선발 및 운영, 공식행사 서포터즈 활동을 통한 현장 실습역량 강화, 취업 지원 프로그램 운영을 통한 취업역량 제고를 핵심 방향으로 하고 있다.
마이스태프는 이번 사업의 운영사로서, 산업 맞춤형 인재 양성과정 설계, 세부 운영 계획, 과정 이후의 체계적인 사후관리 체계를 높은 평가를 받아 사업을 수주했다.
올해 모집 인원은 총 200명으로, 참가자는 서울에서 개최되는 MICE 공식행사 서포터즈 활동, 취업 연계형 심화 교육, MICE 기획 프로젝트 및 공모전 참여 등 다양한 실무 중심 프로그램에 참여하게 된다. 특히 일정 이후에는 맞춤형 진로 컨설팅, 취업 정보 제공, 산업 전문가 네트워킹 등 실제 취업까지 연계되는 지원 프로그램도 운영된다.
교육은 5월 발대식 및 기본 교육을 시작으로 ▲MICE 심화교육(6월 예정), ▲팀 프로젝트 및 멘토링(7월 예정), ▲MICE 기획 공모전(8월 예정), ▲취업 매칭 활동으로 이어지며 참가자에게는 전 과정 교육비 지원, 행사 참여 수당, 실무경험 기회가 제공된다.
마이스태프 김태연 대표는 “단순히 교육을 제공하는 것을 넘어, 산업이 요구하는 인재 기준을 설정하고 지속 가능한 생태계를 구축하는 데 초점을 두고 있다. 청년들이 실질적인 경험과 성장을 얻는 기회가 되길 바란다”고 전했다.
한편 마이스태프는 서울 외에도 충북문화재단과의 협업을 포함한 다양한 지역 기반 MICE 교육 사업을 운영하며, 국내 MICE 산업의 지속가능한 성장을 위한 인재 양성 파트너로서의 역할을 꾸준히 확대해 나가고 있다.

My Staff, '2025 MICE Global Expert' Participant Recruitment
MICE specialist Mystaff (CEO Taeyeon Kim) announced on the 24th that it has been selected as the operator of the '2025 MICE Global Expert Operation Service' project hosted by the Seoul Tourism Foundation and will be recruiting participants until the 28th.
The project aims to foster Seoul-style MICE talents, and its core directions include selecting and operating MICE global experts, strengthening on-site training capabilities through official event support activities, and improving employment capabilities through operating employment support programs.
As the operator of this project, Mystaff was awarded the contract for its highly evaluated design of industry-tailored talent training courses, detailed operation plans, and systematic post-processing management system.
This year, a total of 200 people will be recruited, and participants will participate in various practical programs such as support activities for official MICE events held in Seoul, in-depth training linked to employment, and participation in MICE planning projects and contests. In particular, after the schedule, support programs that lead to actual employment such as customized career consulting, employment information provision, and networking with industry experts will also be operated.
The training will begin with an inauguration ceremony and basic training in May, followed by ▲MICE advanced training (scheduled for June), ▲team project and mentoring (scheduled for July), ▲MICE planning contest (scheduled for August), and ▲employment matching activities. Participants will be provided with full tuition support, event participation allowance, and practical experience opportunities.
“We are focused on going beyond simply providing education to setting the talent standards that the industry demands and building a sustainable ecosystem,” said Mystaff CEO Kim Tae-yeon. “We hope this will be an opportunity for young people to gain practical experience and growth.”
Meanwhile, MyStaff operates various regional MICE education projects, including collaborations with the Chungbuk Cultural Foundation in addition to Seoul, and is steadily expanding its role as a talent development partner for the sustainable growth of the domestic MICE industry.

Le spécialiste MICE Mystaff (PDG Taeyeon Kim) a annoncé le 24 qu'il avait été sélectionné comme opérateur du projet « 2025 MICE Global Expert Operation Service » hébergé par la Seoul Tourism Foundation et qu'il recruterait des participants jusqu'au 28.
Le projet vise à encourager les talents MICE de style Séoul, et ses principales orientations comprennent la sélection et le fonctionnement d'experts mondiaux MICE, le renforcement des capacités de formation sur site par le biais d'activités officielles de soutien aux événements et l'amélioration des capacités d'emploi par le biais de programmes de soutien à l'emploi.
En tant qu'opérateur de ce projet, Mystaff a remporté le contrat pour sa conception hautement évaluée de cours de formation des talents adaptés à l'industrie, de plans d'exploitation détaillés et d'un système de gestion systématique du post-traitement.
Cette année, un total de 200 personnes seront recrutées et les participants participeront à divers programmes pratiques tels que des activités de soutien aux événements officiels MICE organisés à Séoul, des formations approfondies liées à l'emploi et la participation à des projets de planification et des concours MICE.
