기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’)은 하나은행과 ‘호남지역 기술중소기업 상생 금융지원 업무협약’을 체결했다고 25일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양 기관이 상호 긴밀한 협업체계를 구축해 호남지역 소재 기술중소기업의 안정적인 기업활동을 지원하고, 지역의 자립성장과 역동경제 구현에 기여하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약에 따라 기보는 하나은행의 특별출연금 5억원을 재원으로 총 100억원 규모의 특별출연 협약보증을 지원할 예정이다. 지원 대상은 기보의 기술보증 요건을 충족하는 신기술사업자 중 본점 또는 주사업장이 호남지역에 소재하는 중소기업이다.
해당 기업은 최대 3억원의 운전자금을 지원받을 수 있으며, ▲보증비율 상향(85%→최대100%, 3년간) ▲보증료 감면(최대0.2%p↓, 3년간) 등의 우대 혜택이 적용된다.
양 기관은 협약을 통해 수도권에 집중된 금융 인프라를 지역으로 확장해 기술중소기업의 금융비용 경감과 맞춤형 지원프로그램을 연계하여 지역 기반 기술창업 생태계 활성화를 적극 뒷받침할 계획이다.
협약식에 참석한 우승구 하나은행 호남영업그룹 부행장은 “이번 협약은 지역사회와 상생하고 미래를 함께 설계해 가는 협력모델로, 기술중소기업이 외부환경에 흔들리지 않고 성장할 수 있도록 적극적인 금융지원을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
오은식 기보 호남지역본부장은 “이번 협약으로 호남지역 우수 중소벤처기업의 발굴·육성을 위한 협업방안이 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 지역 기술기업에 대한 맞춤형 지원을 확대해 지역 경제에 활력을 불어넣는 데 앞장서겠다”고 전했다.

Kibo signs business agreement with Hana Bank
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “KIBO”) announced on the 25th that it had signed a “Business Agreement for Mutual Financial Support for Technology SMEs in the Honam Region” with Hana Bank.
This agreement was prepared to support the stable business activities of small and medium-sized technology companies in the Honam region by establishing a close cooperative system between the two organizations and to contribute to the self-reliant growth and dynamic economy of the region.
According to the agreement, Kibo will provide a special contribution agreement guarantee totaling 10 billion won, with 500 million won from Hana Bank as the source of funds. The target of the support is small and medium-sized enterprises that are new technology business operators that meet Kibo’s technology guarantee requirements and whose headquarters or main business site is located in the Honam region.
The company can receive up to KRW 300 million in operating funds, and will be eligible for preferential benefits such as ▲increased guarantee ratio (from 85% to up to 100%, for 3 years) and ▲guarantee fee reduction (up to 0.2%p↓, for 3 years).
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to actively support the revitalization of the regional technology startup ecosystem by expanding the financial infrastructure concentrated in the metropolitan area to the regions and linking it with customized support programs to reduce financial costs for technology SMEs.
Woo Seung-gu, Vice President of Honam Sales Group at Hana Bank, who attended the signing ceremony, said, “This agreement is a model of cooperation that coexists with the local community and designs the future together. We will continue to provide active financial support so that small and medium-sized technology companies can grow without being swayed by the external environment.”
Oh Eun-sik, head of the Honam Regional Headquarters of Kibo, said, “This agreement has established a collaborative plan to discover and foster excellent small and medium-sized venture companies in the Honam region,” and added, “Kibo will continue to expand customized support for local technology companies and take the lead in revitalizing the local economy.”

棋保、ハナ銀行と業務協約締結
技術保証基金（以下「起報」）は、ハナ銀行と「湖南地域技術中小企業共生金融支援業務協約」を締結したと25日明らかにした。
今回の協約は、両機関が相互に緊密なコラボレーションシステムを構築し、湖南地域素材技術中小企業の安定的な企業活動を支援し、地域の自立成長とダイナミック経済の実現に寄与するために設けられた。
条約により、棋保はハナ銀行の特別出年金5億ウォンを財源として総100億ウォン規模の特別出演協約保証を支援する予定だ。
該当企業は最大3億ウォンの運転資金を支援することができる。
両機関は、条約を通じて首都圏に集中した金融インフラを地域に拡張し、技術中小企業の金融費用軽減とカスタマイズ支援プログラムを連携し、地域ベースの技術創業生態系活性化を積極的に支持する計画だ。

オ・ウンシク棋保湖南地域本部長は「今回の協約で湖南地域優秀中小ベンチャー企業の発掘・育成のためのコラボレーション案が設けられた」とし、「棋譜は今後も地域技術企業へのカスタマイズ支援を拡大し、地域経済に活力を吹き込むことに先頭に立つ」と伝えた。

Kibo与韩亚银行签署业务协议
韩国技术金融公社（以下简称“KIBO”）25日宣布，与韩亚银行签署了《湖南地区技术型中小企业金融相互支援业务协议》。
此次签订的协议旨在通过建立两机构之间紧密的合作体系，支持湖南地区中小型科技企业的稳定经营活动，为该地区的自主增长和经济活力做出贡献。
根据协议，希望株式会社将提供总额为100亿韩元的特别出资协议担保，其中韩亚银行的5亿韩元特别出资将作为资金来源。支持对象为新技术企业中，总部或主要事业所在地位于湖南地区的中小企业，且符合希望技术产业振兴院技术保障条件。
该公司可获得最高3亿韩元的运营资金，并可享受▲提高担保率（3年内最高可达85%至100%）、▲降低担保费（3年内最高可达0.2%p↓）等优惠政策。
通过此次协议，两家机构计划将集中在首都圈的金融基础设施扩展到地方，并与定制化支持计划相结合，以降低科技型中小企业的融资成本，从而积极支持地方科技型创业生态系统的振兴。
出席签约仪式的韩亚银行湖南营业组副总经理禹承久表示：“此次签约是与地区社会共存、共同规划未来的合作典范。我们将继续积极提供资金支持，使中小型科技企业能够不受外部环境影响地发展壮大。”
希望创业公司湖南地区本部长吴恩植表示，“通过此次协议，我们制定了在湖南地区发掘和培育优秀中小型风险企业的合作计划”，并表示“希望创业公司今后将进一步扩大对地区科技企业的定制化支持，在地区经济振兴中发挥主导作用”。

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec Hana Bank
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé le 25 qu'elle avait signé un « Accord commercial pour le soutien financier mutuel des PME technologiques de la région de Honam » avec Hana Bank.
Cet accord a été préparé pour soutenir les activités commerciales stables des petites et moyennes entreprises technologiques de la région de Honam en établissant un système de coopération étroite entre les deux organisations et pour contribuer à la croissance autonome et à l'économie dynamique de la région.
Selon l'accord, Kibo fournira une garantie d'accord de contribution spéciale d'un montant total de 10 milliards de wons, avec la contribution spéciale de Hana Bank de 500 millions de wons comme source de fonds. La cible du soutien est les petites et moyennes entreprises dont le siège social ou les principaux sites commerciaux sont situés dans la région de Honam parmi les nouveaux opérateurs commerciaux technologiques qui répondent aux exigences de garantie technologique de Kibo.
L'entreprise peut recevoir jusqu'à 300 millions de KRW en fonds d'exploitation et sera éligible à des avantages préférentiels tels qu'un taux de garantie accru (de 85 % à 100 %, pendant 3 ans) et une réduction des frais de garantie (jusqu'à 0,2 % p↓, pendant 3 ans).
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient de soutenir activement la revitalisation de l’écosystème régional des startups technologiques en étendant l’infrastructure financière concentrée dans la zone métropolitaine aux régions et en la reliant à des programmes de soutien personnalisés pour réduire les coûts financiers des PME technologiques.
Woo Seung-gu, vice-président du groupe commercial Honam de Hana Bank, présent à la cérémonie de signature, a déclaré : « Cet accord est un modèle de coopération qui coexiste avec la communauté locale et construit ensemble l'avenir. Nous continuerons d'apporter un soutien financier actif afin que les PME technologiques puissent se développer sans être influencées par l'environnement extérieur. »
