지능형 인버터 솔루션 전문기업 솔라라이즈㈜가 중소벤처기업부와 창업진흥원이 주관한 ‘2024년 초기창업패키지 지원사업’의 최종평가에서 우수기업으로 선정됐다고 29일 밝혔다. 이번 평가는 기술 개발의 완성도, 사업화 실적, 성장 가능성 등을 종합적으로 심사해 이뤄졌다.
솔라라이즈는 본 사업을 통해 연료전지용 스마트 인버터, 수전해용 스마트 컨버터, 설비 연동형 RTU(원격 단말장치) 등 총 3종의 핵심 제품을 개발했다. 해당 제품들은 포항공과대학교(POSTECH) 기반의 실시간 HILS(Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation) 시뮬레이션 환경에서 성능 검증을 완료했다.
사업 기간 중 약 2억6천만 원 규모의 매출을 달성한 점도 주목받았다. 이는 개발된 제품과 직접적으로 연계된 실적이라는 점에서, 기술의 상용화 가능성과 시장성을 입증한 사례로 평가됐다.
솔라라이즈는 POSTECH 전자전기공학과 기반의 교원창업 기업으로, 고속 MPPT 기반 스트링 인버터, MLPE(모듈레벨 전력전자장치) 옵티마이저, 클라우드 기반 통합제어 플랫폼 등 차세대 분산형 전력변환 기술의 개발 및 상용화에 주력하고 있다.
김영진 대표는 “이번 우수기업 선정을 통해 솔라라이즈의 기술 역량과 시장 대응력을 공식적으로 인정받았다”며, “향후 제로에너지건축(ZEB), 산업단지, 수소에너지 분야 등으로 사업 영역을 확대하고, 에너지 전환 시대의 핵심 파트너로 성장해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Solarize Co., Ltd. , a company specializing in intelligent inverter solutions, announced on the 29th that it was selected as an excellent company in the final evaluation of the '2024 Early Startup Package Support Project' hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startups and Entrepreneurship Development. This evaluation was conducted through a comprehensive review of the completeness of technology development, commercialization performance, and growth potential.
Through this project, Solarize has developed a total of three core products: a smart inverter for fuel cells, a smart converter for water electrolysis, and a facility-linked RTU (remote terminal unit). The products have completed performance verification in a real-time HILS (Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation) simulation environment based on Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH).
It also received attention for achieving sales of approximately 260 million won during the business period. This was evaluated as a case that proved the commercialization potential and marketability of the technology, as it was a performance directly linked to the developed product.
Solarize is a faculty-founded company based in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at POSTECH, focusing on the development and commercialization of next-generation distributed power conversion technologies such as high-speed MPPT-based string inverters, MLPE (module-level power electronics) optimizers, and cloud-based integrated control platforms.

Solarize Co., Ltd. , une société spécialisée dans les solutions d'onduleurs intelligents, a annoncé le 29 qu'elle avait été sélectionnée comme excellente entreprise lors de l'évaluation finale du « 2024 Early Startup Package Support Project » organisé par le ministère des PME et des startups et l'Institut coréen pour le développement des startups et de l'entrepreneuriat. Cette évaluation a été menée de manière exhaustive en examinant l’exhaustivité du développement technologique, les performances de commercialisation et le potentiel de croissance.
Grâce à ce projet, Solarize a développé un total de trois produits principaux : un onduleur intelligent pour les piles à combustible, un convertisseur intelligent pour l'électrolyse de l'eau et une RTU (unité terminale distante) reliée à l'installation. Ces produits ont terminé la vérification des performances dans un environnement de simulation Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation (HILS) en temps réel basé sur l'Université des sciences et technologies de Pohang (POSTECH).
Elle a également attiré l'attention pour avoir réalisé des ventes d'environ 260 millions de wons au cours de sa période d'activité.
