제주창조경제혁신센터(이하 제주센터)가 중소벤처기업부(이하 중기부)가 주관한 2024년 창조경제혁신센터 운영 성과 평가에서 전국 17개 센터 가운데 최고 등급인 ‘최우수 등급’을 받았다.
이번 평가는 창조경제혁신센터의 보육기업 성과, 투자 유치 실적, 혁신성, 기관 운영 우수성 등 다양한 지표를 기반으로 이뤄졌으며, 제주센터는 대부분 항목에서 높은 평가를 받아 종합 ‘최우수’ 등급을 획득했다.
제주센터는 지난해 지역 내 투자 기반을 확충하기 위해 제주 최초의 모태펀드 사업인 ‘제주 초기 스타트업 육성 펀드’를 35억 원 규모로 결성했고, 센터의 총운영자산(AUM)은 80.1억 원으로 늘어났다. 또 2023년 한 해 동안 20억 원 이상의 투자금을 집행하며 제주 지역의 스타트업 투자 생태계 조성에 기여했다.
스타트업 육성 분야에서는 팁스(TIPS) 프로그램 추천을 통해 2년 연속 선정률 100%를 기록했고, 이로 인해 총 78억 원의 연구개발(R&D) 자금을 확보했다. 로컬 창업 분야에서도 두각을 나타내며, 국비 135억 원 규모의 연계사업을 수행하고 2년 연속 전국 최우수 로컬크리에이터를 배출했다.
또한 제주센터는 지역 맞춤형 오픈이노베이션 전략을 통해 다양한 스타트업과 대기업 간 협업 기반을 마련했다. 대표 사례로는 이브자리와 섬유 재생 스타트업 제클린이 추진한 ‘헌 이불 순환경제 프로젝트’가 있으며, 해당 프로젝트는 한국환경공단과 제주시새활용센터 등도 참여해 순환경제 모델을 제시했다는 평가를 받았다.
카카오와의 협력을 기반으로 전국 11개 창조경제혁신센터와 연계한 프로그램을 운영하며, 전국 2,467개 소상공인 팀의 온라인 판로 개척을 지원하고 24억 원 규모의 매출 성과를 기록했다.
해외 진출 지원에서도 일본, 홍콩, 인도네시아 현지 기관과 업무협약을 체결하고, 글로벌 엑스포 참가와 현지 투자자 네트워킹 등 후속 프로그램을 통해 스타트업의 해외 진출을 지원했다.
한편, 제주센터는 수도권 대비 인프라 열세에도 불구하고 JOIN 2024, J-CONNECT DAY 등 다수의 교류 행사와 투자 유치 활동을 통해 지역 스타트업 생태계 확장에 기여한 점도 이번 평가에서 높은 점수를 받은 것으로 분석된다.
평가 결과에 따라 제주센터는 중기부로부터 기관 운영에 필요한 추가 지원 등 인센티브를 받을 예정이다.
제주센터 이병선 대표는 “제주라는 지역적 한계를 극복하고 최우수 등급을 획득한 것은 실질적 성과와 도전의 결과”라며 “앞으로도 제주만의 강점을 살린 맞춤형 창업 지원을 강화해 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁력 있는 스타트업을 육성해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Jeju Center, Receives Top Grade in '2024 Creative Economy Innovation Center Operation Performance Evaluation'
Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as Jeju Center) received the highest grade, ‘Excellent Grade’, among 17 centers nationwide in the 2024 Creative Economy Innovation Center Operation Performance Evaluation hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (hereinafter referred to as MSS).
This evaluation was based on various indicators such as the performance of the Creative Economy Innovation Center's incubation companies, investment attraction performance, innovation, and excellence in institutional management, and the Jeju Center received high scores in most categories, earning an overall 'best' rating.
Last year, Jeju Center established Jeju's first mother fund project, 'Jeju Early Startup Incubation Fund' with a scale of 3.5 billion won to expand the investment base in the region, and the center's total assets under management (AUM) increased to 8.01 billion won. In addition, it contributed to the creation of a startup investment ecosystem in Jeju by executing investments of more than 2 billion won in 2023 alone.
In the startup incubation sector, it recorded a 100% selection rate for two consecutive years through the TIPS program recommendation, and secured a total of 7.8 billion won in research and development (R&D) funds as a result. It also stands out in the local startup sector, carrying out a linked project worth 13.5 billion won in national funds and producing the best local creator in the country for two consecutive years.
In addition, Jeju Center has established a foundation for collaboration between various startups and large corporations through a regional customized open innovation strategy. A representative example is the 'Used Blanket Circular Economy Project' promoted by Evezary and textile recycling startup Jecklin, and the project was evaluated as presenting a circular economy model with participation from the Korea Environment Corporation and Jeju City Recycling Center.
Based on the collaboration with Kakao, we are operating a program in conjunction with 11 Creative Economy Innovation Centers across the country, supporting the development of online sales channels for 2,467 small business teams across the country and recording sales performance of 2.4 billion won.
In terms of overseas expansion support, we signed business agreements with local organizations in Japan, Hong Kong, and Indonesia, and supported startups’ overseas expansion through follow-up programs such as participation in global expos and networking with local investors.
Meanwhile, Jeju Center is analyzed to have received high scores in this evaluation for its contribution to the expansion of the local startup ecosystem through numerous exchange events and investment attraction activities such as JOIN 2024 and J-CONNECT DAY, despite its inferior infrastructure compared to the metropolitan area.
Based on the evaluation results, Jeju Center will receive incentives such as additional support necessary for the operation of the organization from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Jeju Center CEO Lee Byeong-seon said, “Overcoming the regional limitations of Jeju and receiving the highest rating is the result of real achievements and challenges,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen customized startup support that leverages Jeju’s unique strengths to foster startups that are competitive in the global market.”

済州創造経済革新センター（以下済州センター）が中小ベンチャー企業部（以下中期部）が主管した２０２４年創造経済革新センターの運営成果評価で、全国１７のセンターの中で最高等級の「最優秀等級」を受けた。
今回の評価は創造経済革新センターの保育企業の成果、投資誘致実績、革新性、機関運営優秀性など多様な指標を基に行われ、済州センターはほとんど項目で高い評価を受けて総合「最優秀」等級を獲得した。
済州センターは昨年、地域内の投資基盤を拡充するため、済州初のモテファンド事業である「済州初期スタートアップ育成ファンド」を35億ウォン規模で結成し、センターの総運営資産（AUM）は80.1億ウォンに増えた。組成に貢献した。
スタートアップ育成分野ではティップス(TIPS)プログラム推薦を通じて2年連続選定率100%を記録し、これにより総78億ウォンの研究開発(R&D)資金を確保した。
また、済州センターは地域のオーダーメード型オープンイノベーション戦略を通じて多様なスタートアップと大企業間のコラボレーション基盤を設けた。
カカオとの協力を基に全国11の創造経済革新センターと連携したプログラムを運営し、全国2,467の小商工人チームのオンライン販路開拓を支援し、24億ウォン規模の売上成果を記録した。
海外進出支援でも日本、香港、インドネシアの現地機関と業務協約を締結し、グローバルエキスポ参加と現地投資者ネットワーキングなど後続プログラムを通じてスタートアップの海外進出を支援した。
一方、済州センターは首都圏対比インフラ劣勢にもかかわらず、JOIN 2024、J-CONNECT DAYなど多数の交流行事や投資誘致活動を通じて地域スタートアップエコシステム拡張に寄与した点も今回の評価で高い点数を受けたと分析される。
評価結果に応じて、済州センターは中期部から機関運営に必要な追加支援などインセンティブを受ける予定だ。
済州センターイ・ビョンソン代表は「済州という地域的限界を克服して最優秀等級を獲得したのは実質的な成果と挑戦の結果」とし「今後も済州だけの強みを生かしたカスタマイズ型創業支援を強化し、グローバル市場で競争力のあるスタートアップを育成していく」と明らかにした。

济州创造经济革新中心（以下简称济州中心）在中小企业风险投资部（以下简称MSS）主办的“2024年创造经济革新中心运营绩效评估”中，在全国17个中心中荣获最高等级“优秀级”。
此次评价以创造经济革新中心的孵化企业业绩、招商引资业绩、创新能力、机构经营优秀度等多项指标为依据，结果济州中心在大部分类别中均获得高分，获得综合“最佳”评价。
去年，济州中心设立了济州岛首个母基金项目“济州早期创业孵化基金”，规模达35亿韩元，以扩大该地区的投资基础，中心管理的总资产（AUM）增至80.1亿韩元。此外，该公司还于2023年实施了超过20亿韩元的投资，为济州地区的初创企业投资生态系统的建立做出了贡献。

Le Centre de Jeju obtient la meilleure note dans l'évaluation des performances opérationnelles du Centre d'innovation et d'économie créative 2024.
Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Jeju (ci-après dénommé Centre de Jeju) a reçu la note la plus élevée, « Excellente note », parmi 17 centres à l'échelle nationale lors de l'évaluation des performances opérationnelles du Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative 2024 organisée par le ministère des PME et des startups (ci-après dénommé MSS).
Cette évaluation s'est basée sur divers indicateurs tels que la performance des entreprises d'incubation du Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative, la performance en matière d'attraction des investissements, l'innovation et l'excellence de la gestion institutionnelle, et le Centre de Jeju a reçu des notes élevées dans la plupart des catégories, obtenant une note globale de « meilleur ».
L'année dernière, le Jeju Center a créé le premier projet de fonds mère de Jeju, le « Jeju Early Startup Incubation Fund », d'une valeur de 3,5 milliards de wons pour élargir la base d'investissement dans la région, et le total des actifs sous gestion (AUM) du centre a augmenté à 8,01 milliards de wons. En outre, elle a contribué à la création d'un écosystème d'investissement de startups dans la région de Jeju en exécutant des investissements de plus de 2 milliards de wons en 2023.

Sur la base des résultats de l'évaluation, le Centre de Jeju recevra des incitations telles qu'un soutien supplémentaire nécessaire au fonctionnement de l'organisation de la part du ministère des PME et des startups.
