AI 기반 기술금융사 피에프씨테크놀로지스(PFCT)가 오는 5월 8일부터 30일까지 ‘제2회 PFCT AI 신용평가 아카데미’ 참가자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이 아카데미는 인공지능(AI)과 금융기술의 융합에 관심 있는 인재를 발굴하고, 현장 중심의 교육을 통해 실무 능력을 갖춘 전문가로 성장할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 마련된 프로그램이다. 참가비는 전액 무료이며, 프로그램을 우수하게 수료한 인원에게는 6개월간의 인턴십 기회도 제공된다.
교육은 오는 7월 14일부터 18일까지 5일간 서울 서초구에 위치한 PFCT 본사에서 오프라인으로 진행될 예정이며, 전일 참석이 가능한 학부생 및 대학원생 누구나 지원할 수 있다. 지원은 PFCT 채용 홈페이지를 통해 가능하다.
PFCT 측은 이번 아카데미가 국내에서 유일하게 AI 기반 신용평가 기술을 단기간에 심층적으로 학습할 수 있는 교육 프로그램이라는 점에서 의의가 있다고 설명했다. 참가자는 신용평가모형 개발의 원리부터 비식별화된 금융 데이터를 활용한 실습까지 현업 수준의 커리큘럼을 이수하게 된다.
교육 강사진은 국내외 AI 및 금융 분야에서 실무 경험이 풍부한 전문가로 구성된다. 다수의 금융기관 프로젝트를 수행한 금융기술 실무진과, 국제 AI 학회(ICLR, KDD 등)에서 연구 성과를 발표한 데이터 사이언티스트 등이 참여해 전문적인 교육을 제공할 계획이다.
이 외에도 프로그램 기간 동안 선배 모델러들과의 오찬, 다양한 직군과의 네트워킹이 가능한 ‘커피챗’, CEO와의 질의응답 세션 등 PFCT의 스타트업 환경을 체험할 수 있는 다채로운 활동이 함께 진행된다.
PFCT는 이번 아카데미를 통해 인재 양성과 산업 내 AI 기술 저변 확대를 동시에 추진할 방침이다. 실제로 지난 1월 열린 제1회 아카데미 수료자 중 일부는 현재 PFCT 인턴으로 활동 중이며, 국내 주요 금융사 프로젝트에 참여해 AI 신용평가 모형 개발 및 리스크 관리 컨설팅 등의 실무 경험을 쌓고 있다.
PFCT 에어팩(AIRPACK) 사업을 총괄하는 이재균 CBO는 “이번 아카데미는 단순한 교육을 넘어 금융 산업의 미래를 함께 만들어갈 인재를 위한 실질적 성장 플랫폼”이라며 “AI와 금융의 융합에 관심 있는 우수한 인재들의 적극적인 지원을 기대한다”고 말했다.

PFC Technologies, Recruiting Participants for the '2nd PFCT AI Credit Rating Academy'
AI-based technology finance company PFCT announced that it will recruit participants for the '2nd PFCT AI Credit Rating Academy' from May 8th to 30th.
This academy is a program designed to discover talents interested in the convergence of artificial intelligence (AI) and financial technology and to support their growth into professionals with practical skills through field-oriented education. Participation is completely free, and those who successfully complete the program will also be provided with a six-month internship opportunity.
The training will be held offline for 5 days from July 14th to 18th at the PFCT headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul. Any undergraduate or graduate student who can attend all day can apply. Applications can be made through the PFCT recruitment website.
The PFCT side explained that this academy is significant in that it is the only educational program in Korea where one can learn AI-based credit rating technology in depth in a short period of time. Participants will complete a curriculum at the industry level, from the principles of credit rating model development to practical training using de-identified financial data.
The educational faculty consists of experts with extensive practical experience in the domestic and international AI and financial fields. They plan to provide professional education by participating financial technology practitioners who have carried out numerous financial institution projects and data scientists who have presented research results at international AI conferences (ICLR, KDD, etc.).
In addition to this, there will be a variety of activities to experience PFCT's startup environment during the program, such as lunch with senior modelers, 'coffee chats' where you can network with people in various fields, and Q&A sessions with the CEO.
Through this academy, PFCT plans to simultaneously promote talent development and expand the AI technology base within the industry. In fact, some of the graduates of the first academy held in January are currently working as PFCT interns and are gaining practical experience in developing AI credit rating models and risk management consulting by participating in major domestic financial institution projects.

この他にも、プログラム期間中、先輩モデラーとの昼食、多様な直軍とのネットワーキングが可能な「コーヒーチャット」、CEOとの質疑応答セッションなどPFCTのスタートアップ環境を体験できる多彩な活動が共に進行される。
PFCTは今回のアカデミーを通じて人材養成と産業内AI技術の底辺拡大を同時に推進する方針だ。

Cette académie est un programme conçu pour découvrir les talents intéressés par la convergence de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) et de la technologie financière et pour soutenir leur croissance en professionnels dotés de compétences pratiques grâce à une formation axée sur le terrain. La participation est entièrement gratuite et ceux qui terminent avec succès le programme bénéficieront d'une opportunité de stage de six mois.
La formation se déroulera hors ligne pendant cinq jours, du 14 au 18 juillet, au siège du PFCT à Seocho-gu, Séoul, et tout étudiant de premier cycle ou de deuxième cycle pouvant assister à la journée entière peut postuler. Les candidatures peuvent être soumises via le site de recrutement du PFCT.
PFCT a expliqué que cette académie est importante dans la mesure où elle est le seul programme éducatif en Corée où l'on peut apprendre en profondeur la technologie de notation de crédit basée sur l'IA dans un court laps de temps. Les participants suivront un programme de niveau professionnel, allant des principes de développement de modèles de notation de crédit à une formation pratique utilisant des données financières anonymisées.
Le corps professoral est composé d’experts possédant une vaste expérience pratique dans les domaines de l’IA et de la finance, tant au niveau national qu’international. Nous prévoyons de fournir une formation professionnelle en impliquant des professionnels de la technologie financière qui ont mené de nombreux projets d'institutions financières et des scientifiques de données qui ont présenté des résultats de recherche lors de conférences internationales sur l'IA (ICLR, KDD, etc.).
En plus de cela, il y aura une variété d'activités pour découvrir l'environnement de démarrage de PFCT pendant le programme, comme un déjeuner avec des modélisateurs seniors, des « discussions autour d'un café » où vous pourrez réseauter avec des personnes de divers domaines et des séances de questions-réponses avec le PDG.
Grâce à cette académie, PFCT prévoit de poursuivre simultanément le développement des talents et d’élargir la base de la technologie de l’IA au sein de l’industrie. En fait, certains des diplômés de la première académie organisée en janvier travaillent actuellement comme stagiaires PFCT et acquièrent une expérience pratique dans le développement de modèles de notation de crédit IA et de conseil en gestion des risques en participant à des projets dans de grandes institutions financières nationales.
