국내 대화형 인공지능 전문기업 라피치(대표 어범석)가 정부와 금융위원회에서 주관하는 제1차 ‘혁신 프리미어 1000’ 기업으로 최종 선정됐다고 16일 밝혔다.
혁신 프리미어 1000은 금융위원회가 산업통상자원부, 과학기술정보통신부, 중소벤처기업부 등의 정부 부처와 함께 공동 추진하는 중소·중견기업 지원 사업으로, ‘혁신성장 공동기준’에 의한 산업 분야의 유망 기업을 선정하여 ▲투자유치 프로그램 ▲기술경영 컨설팅 ▲해외 진출 파트너십 ▲전용 금융상품 등 맞춤형 금융·비금융 프로그램을 지원하는 제도이다.
각 부처가 소관 산업 분야의 유망 기업을 1차로 선별하고, 금융위원회가 ▲연구 개발 인프라 ▲연구개발 역량 ▲기업 성장 가능성 ▲영위 산업 사업성 및 시장성 등의 항목을 종합적으로 평가한다.
라피치는 산업통상자원부의 인공지능(AI) 분야 유망 기업으로 선정되어, 2026년 12월까지 지원을 받는다.
라피치의 오범근 부사장은 “이번 혁신 프리미어 1000 선정은 당사가 보유한 기술력과 성장 잠재력을 정부와 금융위원회로부터 공식 인정받았다는 점에서 매우 뜻깊은 성과라고 생각한다”며 “금융위원회에서 지원하는 여러 프로그램을 통해 국내외 투자자들과의 접점을 넓히고, 기업의 역량 확대에 적극 활용할 계획이다”고 전했다.
라피치는 자사의 대화형 AI 통합 플랫폼 ’ConvAI‘를 출시하여 국내 민간시장에서의 점유율을 꾸준히 확대하고 있다. 조달청 시범구매 사업을 통해 공공 및 복지 분야로의 AI 서비스 확장을 추진하는 등 성장가능성을 보여주고 있다. 21년 코넥스에 상장한 라피치는 지난해 약 60억원의 투자유치를 완료하였고 ▲’RiLACC‘(sLLM기반 AI 콜봇 플랫폼) ▲’Basso‘(Document Loader) ▲LLM 기반 구독형 AICC 플랫폼 ▲시각장애인 전용 AI 콜봇 서비스 등의 신제품 출시를 위한 연구개발에도 힘쓰고 있다.

Lapiche selected as 'Innovation Premier 1000'
Domestic conversational AI company Lapichi (CEO Beomseok Oh) announced on the 16th that it was finally selected as the first 'Innovation Premier 1000' company hosted by the government and the Financial Services Commission.
The Innovation Premier 1000 is a support program for small and medium-sized enterprises jointly promoted by the Financial Services Commission, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Science and ICT, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. It is a system that selects promising companies in industrial fields according to the 'Joint Standards for Innovation Growth' and supports them with customized financial and non-financial programs such as ▲investment attraction programs ▲technology management consulting ▲overseas expansion partnerships ▲exclusive financial products.
Each ministry first selects promising companies in their respective industrial fields, and the Financial Services Commission comprehensively evaluates the following items: ▲Research and development infrastructure ▲Research and development capabilities ▲Corporate growth potential ▲Business viability and marketability of the industry in which they operate.
Rapichi has been selected as a promising company in the artificial intelligence (AI) field by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and will receive support until December 2026.
Rapichi’s Vice President Oh Beom-geun said, “I believe that being selected as one of the Innovation Premier 1000 is a very meaningful achievement in that it means that our technological prowess and growth potential have been officially recognized by the government and the Financial Services Commission.” He added, “We plan to actively utilize the various programs supported by the Financial Services Commission to expand our contact points with domestic and foreign investors and to expand the company’s capabilities.”
Rapichi has been steadily increasing its share in the domestic private market by launching its conversational AI integrated platform 'ConvAI'. It is showing growth potential by promoting the expansion of AI services into the public and welfare sectors through the Public Procurement Service's pilot purchase project. Rapichi, which was listed on KONEX in 2021, completed investment attraction of approximately KRW 6 billion last year and is also working on R&D to launch new products such as ▲'RiLACC' (sLLM-based AI callbot platform), ▲'Basso' (Document Loader), ▲LLM-based subscription AICC platform, and ▲AI callbot service exclusively for the visually impaired.

韩国对话式AI企业Lapichi（代表：吴范硕） 16日宣布，最终入选由政府和金融服务委员会主办的首批“创新卓越1000”企业。
创新总理1000是由金融服务委员会、贸易、工业和能源部、科学和信息通信技术部以及中小企业和初创企业部共同推动的针对中小企业的支持计划。是根据‘创新成长共同标准’，选出产业领域有前景的企业，并为其提供▲招商引资计划▲技术经营咨询▲海外拓展合作▲专属金融产品等定制化的金融和非金融计划支持的制度。

La société nationale d'IA conversationnelle Lapichi (PDG Beomseok Oh) a annoncé le 16 qu'elle avait finalement été sélectionnée comme la première entreprise « Innovation Premier 1000 » organisée par le gouvernement et la Commission des services financiers.
L'Innovation Premier 1000 est un programme de soutien aux petites et moyennes entreprises promu conjointement par la Commission des services financiers, le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie, le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et le ministère des PME et des startups. Il s'agit d'un système qui sélectionne les entreprises prometteuses dans les domaines industriels selon les « Normes communes pour la croissance de l'innovation » et les soutient avec des programmes financiers et non financiers personnalisés tels que ▲des programmes d'attraction d'investissement ▲des conseils en gestion technologique ▲des partenariats d'expansion à l'étranger ▲des produits financiers exclusifs.
Chaque ministère sélectionne d'abord les entreprises prometteuses dans leurs secteurs respectifs, et la Commission des services financiers évalue de manière exhaustive les éléments suivants : ▲infrastructure de recherche et développement ▲capacités de recherche et développement ▲potentiel de croissance de l'entreprise ▲viabilité et commercialisation du secteur dans lequel elles opèrent.
Rapichi a été sélectionnée comme entreprise prometteuse dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) par le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie et bénéficiera d'un soutien jusqu'en décembre 2026.
Le vice-président de Rapichi, Oh Beom-geun, a déclaré : « Je pense qu'être sélectionné comme l'un des 1000 premiers de l'innovation est une réussite très significative dans la mesure où cela signifie que nos prouesses technologiques et notre potentiel de croissance ont été officiellement reconnus par le gouvernement et la Commission des services financiers. » Il a ajouté : « Nous prévoyons d’utiliser activement les différents programmes soutenus par la Commission des services financiers pour élargir nos points de contact avec les investisseurs nationaux et étrangers et pour étendre les capacités de l’entreprise. »
Lapichi étend régulièrement sa part sur le marché privé national en lançant sa plateforme d'intégration d'IA conversationnelle, « ConvAI ». Il montre un potentiel de croissance en favorisant l'expansion des services d'IA dans les secteurs public et social grâce au projet d'achat pilote du Service des marchés publics. Lapeach, cotée au KONEX en 2021, a réalisé une levée de fonds d'environ 6 milliards de KRW l'année dernière et se concentre également sur la recherche et le développement pour le lancement de nouveaux produits tels que ▲'RiLACC' (plateforme d'appel d'IA basée sur sLLM), ▲'Basso' (chargeur de documents), ▲plateforme AICC par abonnement basée sur LLM et ▲service d'appel d'IA exclusivement destiné aux malvoyants.
