AI 기반 혈액 및 암진단 전문기업 노을 주식회사(대표 임찬양, 이하 노을)는 헬스케어 분야의 선도적인 한국 기업으로 세계지식재산기구(WIPO, World Intellectual Property Organization)가 주관하는 2025 WIPO 글로벌 어워드에서 전 세계 Top 30 파이널리스트로 선정됐다.
WIPO 글로벌 어워드는 지식재산(IP)을 활용하여 비즈니스의 성장과 사회적 영향력을 창출한 스타트업 및 중소기업의 성과와 공로를 축하하기 위한 상으로 올해는 역대 최다인 95개국에서 총 780건의 지원서가 접수되었으며 이 중 30개 기업이 WIPO 사무국에 의해 파이널리스트로 선정됐다.

노을은 바이오 및 의료 엔지니어링와 인공지능(AI)을 결합해 의료접근성이 취약한 지역 및 국가를 위한 현장형 진단 솔루션인 마이랩을 개발, 판매하고 있다. 마이랩은 말라리아 진단, 혈액 분석, 자궁경부세포검사가 가능한 신속 현장 진단 플랫폼으로 중앙 랩으로의 검체 이동이 필요 없어 사용성이 매우 높다. 노을은 머신 러닝, 기계설계, 혈액 및 세포 염색 기술을 포함한 강력한 IP 포트폴리오를 기반으로 의료 자원 취약 지역에서도 진단 접근성을 향상시키기 위해 노력하고 있다.

Noul selected for the World Intellectual Property Organization's Global Awards Top 30
Noul Co., Ltd. (CEO Chan-Yang Lim, hereinafter referred to as Noul) , an AI-based blood and cancer diagnosis specialist, has been selected as a global Top 30 finalist at the 2025 WIPO Global Awards hosted by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as a leading Korean company in the healthcare field.
The WIPO Global Awards celebrate the achievements and contributions of startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that leverage intellectual property (IP) to drive business growth and create social impact. This year, a record 780 applications were received from 95 countries, of which 30 companies were selected as finalists by the WIPO Secretariat.

The WIPO Global Awards Top 30 finalists were selected based on the company's business model and IP portfolio fit, global IP strategy, internal IP culture, and positive social impact. Noul's unique approach and intellectual property strategy in the field of digital healthcare diagnostics led to the development and commercialization of the "milab™ Platform," an innovative diagnostic solution that improves global diagnostic accessibility and accelerates the conquest of cancer.

Noul develops and markets MyLab, a field diagnostic solution that combines bio-medical engineering and artificial intelligence (AI) for regions and countries with limited access to healthcare. MyLab is a rapid point-of-care diagnostic platform capable of malaria diagnosis, blood analysis, and cervical cytology, eliminating the need for sample transport to a central laboratory and providing high usability. Leveraging its robust IP portfolio, including machine learning, mechanical design, and blood and cell staining technologies, Noul is committed to improving diagnostic accessibility even in underserved areas.

Noul sélectionné dans le Top 30 des Global Awards de l'Organisation mondiale de la propriété intellectuelle
Noul Co., Ltd. (PDG Chan-Yang Lim, ci-après dénommée Noul) , spécialiste du diagnostic du sang et du cancer basé sur l'IA, a été sélectionnée parmi les 30 finalistes mondiaux des WIPO Global Awards 2025 organisés par l'Organisation mondiale de la propriété intellectuelle (OMPI) en tant qu'entreprise coréenne leader dans le domaine de la santé.
Les Prix mondiaux de l'OMPI récompensent les réalisations et les contributions des start-ups et des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) qui exploitent la propriété intellectuelle (PI) pour stimuler leur croissance et créer un impact social. Cette année, un nombre record de 780 candidatures ont été reçues de 95 pays, dont 30 entreprises ont été sélectionnées comme finalistes par le Secrétariat de l'OMPI.

Les 30 finalistes des Prix mondiaux de l'OMPI ont été sélectionnés en fonction de l'adéquation de leur modèle économique et de leur portefeuille de propriété intellectuelle, de leur stratégie mondiale en matière de propriété intellectuelle, de leur culture interne en matière de propriété intellectuelle et de leur impact social positif. L'approche unique et la stratégie de propriété intellectuelle de Noul dans le domaine du diagnostic numérique en santé ont conduit au développement et à la commercialisation de la plateforme « milab™ », une solution diagnostique innovante qui améliore l'accessibilité mondiale au diagnostic et accélère la lutte contre le cancer.
Marcelo Di Pietro, directeur du programme de prix de l'OMPI, a félicité Noul pour son prix : « Les 30 finalistes de cette année illustrent le pouvoir de la propriété intellectuelle. Noul développe et commercialise MyLab, une solution de diagnostic de terrain alliant ingénierie biomédicale et intelligence artificielle (IA) destinée aux régions et pays ayant un accès limité aux soins de santé. MyLab est une plateforme de diagnostic rapide au point d'intervention, capable de diagnostiquer le paludisme, d'effectuer des analyses sanguines et de réaliser des cytologies cervicales. Elle élimine le transport des échantillons vers un laboratoire central et offre une grande facilité d'utilisation. Forte de son solide portefeuille de propriété intellectuelle, comprenant notamment l'apprentissage automatique, la conception mécanique et les technologies de coloration sanguine et cellulaire, Noul s'engage à améliorer l'accessibilité au diagnostic, même dans les zones mal desservies.
