뉴패러다임인베스트먼트는 21일 서울 용산구 아모레퍼시픽 17층에 위치한 삼일PwC 유니콘지원센터에서 열린 ‘스타트업의 전략적 성장을 위한 M&A 세미나’에서 삼일PwC와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 22일 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 스타트업의 전략적 성장을 지원하기 위해 M&A 자문, 회계·세무 서비스, 투자유치 연계 등 다양한 분야에서 협력할 예정이다. 특히, 스타트업의 ‘퀀텀 점프’를 위한 전략적 동행을 목표로 삼고 있으며, 이를 통해 스타트업의 글로벌 경쟁력 확보와 지속 가능한 성장을 도모하고자 한다.
세미나에서는 인수·매각(M&A)을 통한 스타트업의 빠른 성장 전략에 대해 다뤘으며, 회계·금융·투자 전문가들이 인사이트와 실제 사례를 공유했다. 또한, 스타트업 간 교류와 투자자 미팅이 진행되는 네트워킹 만찬도 마련됐다.
한편 뉴패러다임인베스트먼트는 2024년 한 해 동안 총 60억 원을 14개 스타트업에 투자했으며, 이 중 애즈위메이크를 포함한 3개사는 각각 100억 원 이상의 후속 투자를 유치했다. 또한, 최근 ‘2025년 모태펀드 1차 정시출자사업’ 창업 초기 소형 분야 최종 위탁운용사(GP)로 선정됐다.

New Paradigm Investment announced on the 22nd that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Samil PwC at the 'M&A Seminar for Strategic Growth of Startups' held at the Samil PwC Unicorn Support Center located on the 17th floor of Amore Pacific in Yongsan-gu, Seoul on the 21st.
Through this agreement, the two companies will cooperate in various fields such as M&A consulting, accounting and tax services, and investment attraction linkage to support the strategic growth of startups. In particular, they aim to strategically accompany startups for their ‘quantum jump’, and through this, they aim to secure global competitiveness and sustainable growth of startups.
The seminar covered rapid growth strategies for startups through M&A, and accounting, finance, and investment experts shared insights and real-life cases. A networking dinner was also held to facilitate exchanges between startups and investor meetings.
Meanwhile, New Paradigm Investment invested a total of KRW 6 billion in 14 startups in 2024, and three companies, including Azwemake, attracted follow-up investments of more than KRW 10 billion each. In addition, it was recently selected as the final entrusted management company (GP) for the small-scale startup sector in the '2025 Mother Fund 1st Regular Subscription Project'.

セミナーでは、買収・売却（M&A）を通じたスタートアップの急速な成長戦略について取り上げ、会計・金融・投資専門家らがインサイトと実際の事例を共有した。また、スタートアップ間の交流と投資家ミーティングが行われるネットワーキングディナーも用意された。
一方、ニューパラダイム・インベストメントは2024年の1年間に合計60億ウォンを14社のスタートアップに投資し、このうちアズウィメイクを含む3社はそれぞれ100億ウォン以上の後続投資を誘致した。また、最近「2025年モテファンド1次定時出資事業」創業初期の小型分野最終委託運用会社（GP）に選ばれた。

New Paradigm Investment a annoncé le 22 avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec Samil PwC lors du « Séminaire M&A pour la croissance stratégique des startups » qui s'est tenu au Samil PwC Unicorn Support Center situé au 17e étage d'Amore Pacific à Yongsan-gu, Séoul le 21.

Parallèlement, New Paradigm Investment a investi un total de 6 milliards de wons dans 14 startups en 2024, et trois d'entre elles, dont Azwemake, ont attiré des investissements de suivi de plus de 10 milliards de wons chacune. En outre, elle a récemment été sélectionnée comme société de gestion confiée finale (GP) pour le secteur à petite échelle dans les premières phases des startups pour le « 2025 Mother Fund 1st Regular Subscription Project ».
