반도체 패키지 전문기업 해성디에스는 산업통상자원부가 주관하는 탄소 저감 국책연구개발 과제의 주관기업으로 선정됐다고 23일 밝혔다.
이번 과제는 ‘글로벌 탄소규제 대응과 친환경 제조 밸류체인 최적화를 위한 디지털 탄소발자국 관리·운영 AI 플랫폼 개발 및 현장 실증’을 주제로 총 97억 원의 예산이 투입되며, 개발 기간은 약 45개월이다. 해성디에스는 해당 과제의 총괄기관으로서 연구개발을 주도하게 되며, 참여기관으로는 아이핌, 와이즈넛, 한국전자기술연구원, 경희대학교 산학협력단 등이 포함돼 협업 체계를 구축할 예정이다.
본 연구는 산업부 및 한국산업기술기획평가원이 기획한 전략사업으로, 국제사회의 탄소중립 요구에 대응하고 지속 가능한 제조 시스템을 구축하기 위한 국가적 차원의 기술개발 프로젝트다. 특히 유럽연합(EU)과 미국을 중심으로 강화되고 있는 탄소 규제에 대응하기 위한 디지털 기반의 탄소 관리 솔루션 개발을 주요 목표로 하고 있다.
해성디에스에 따르면, 개발될 AI 기반 플랫폼은 제조공정 전반에 걸쳐 발생하는 온실가스 배출량을 실시간으로 측정하고 분석할 수 있도록 하며, 이를 통해 공정 최적화와 에너지 효율 향상을 동시에 도모할 수 있다. 향후 이 기술은 중견·중소기업도 쉽게 도입할 수 있도록 구조를 단순화하고 비용 부담을 최소화하여, 제조업 전반의 친환경 전환과 탄소중립 실현에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
특히 경상남도 내 반도체 기업 중 탄소 저감 관련 국책과제의 주관기업으로 선정된 것은 해성디에스가 처음으로, 지역 산업 내 기술 선도 기업으로서의 위상을 강화할 수 있는 계기가 될 전망이다.
해성디에스 관계자는 “지난 22일 창원사업장에서 관계 부처와 유관기관이 참석한 가운데 연구개발 추진 방향과 기대 효과에 대한 논의가 이루어졌으며, 본격적인 연구 착수에 돌입했다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “이번 국책과제를 통해 확보한 기반 기술은 자사뿐 아니라 지역 반도체 산업과 국내 제조업의 친환경 전환과 경쟁력 제고에도 기여할 수 있을 것”이라며 “지속 가능한 제조 생태계 구축을 위해 적극적으로 참여하겠다”고 덧붙였다.

Haesung DS selected as the main company for the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's 'Carbon Reduction National Research and Development Project'
Haesung DS , a semiconductor packaging specialist, announced on the 23rd that it had been selected as the lead company for the national carbon reduction research and development project hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
This project will be themed ‘Development and field verification of a digital carbon footprint management/operation AI platform for responding to global carbon regulations and optimizing eco-friendly manufacturing value chains’, with a total budget of 9.7 billion won, and the development period will be approximately 45 months. Haesung DS will lead the research and development as the general organization for the project, and participating organizations will include IFIM, WiseNut, the Korea Electronics Technology Institute, and Kyunghee University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, and they plan to establish a collaboration system.
This study is a strategic project planned by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology Planning and Evaluation, and is a national technology development project to respond to the international community’s demand for carbon neutrality and to build a sustainable manufacturing system. In particular, it aims to develop a digital-based carbon management solution to respond to the carbon regulations that are being strengthened, especially in the European Union (EU) and the United States.
According to Haesung DS, the AI-based platform to be developed will be able to measure and analyze greenhouse gas emissions generated throughout the manufacturing process in real time, thereby simultaneously promoting process optimization and energy efficiency improvement. In the future, this technology is expected to contribute to the eco-friendly transition and carbon neutrality of the entire manufacturing industry by simplifying the structure and minimizing the cost burden so that even small and medium-sized companies can easily adopt it.
In particular, Haesung DS is the first semiconductor company in Gyeongsangnam-do to be selected as the lead company for a national project related to carbon reduction, and this is expected to be an opportunity to strengthen its status as a technology-leading company within the local industry.
A Haesung DS official said, “On the 22nd, a discussion was held at the Changwon plant regarding the direction of research and development and expected effects with the attendance of relevant ministries and organizations, and we have begun full-scale research.”
He continued, “The basic technology acquired through this national project will be able to contribute not only to our company but also to the eco-friendly transformation and enhanced competitiveness of the regional semiconductor industry and domestic manufacturing industry,” adding, “We will actively participate in building a sustainable manufacturing ecosystem.”

半導体パッケージ専門企業海星ディエスは、産業通商資源部が主管する炭素削減国策研究開発課題の主管企業に選定されたと23日明らかにした。
今回の課題は「グローバル炭素規制対応と環境にやさしい製造バリューチェーンの最適化のためのデジタル炭素足跡管理・運営AIプラットフォーム開発及び現場実証」をテーマに総97億ウォンの予算が投入され、開発期間は約45ヶ月だ。海星ディエスは該当課題の総括機関として研究開発を主導することになり、参加機関としてはアイピム、ワイズナッツ、韓国電子技術研究院、慶煕大学産学協力団などが含まれ、協業体系を構築する予定だ。

海星ディエスによると、開発されるAIベースのプラットフォームは、製造工程全体で発生する温室効果ガス排出量をリアルタイムで測定して分析することができ、これによりプロセス最適化とエネルギー効率向上を同時に図ることができる。今後、この技術は中堅・中小企業も容易に導入できるように構造を簡素化しコスト負担を最小化し、製造業全般の環境にやさしい転換と炭素中立の実現に寄与するものと期待される。
特に慶尚南道内の半導体企業のうち炭素削減関連国策課題の主管企業に選ばれたのは、海城ディエスが初めて、地域産業内の技術先導企業としての位相を強化できるきっかけになる見通しだ。
ヘソンディエス関係者は「去る22日、昌原事業場で関係省庁と遺管機関が参加した中で研究開発推進方向と期待効果に対する議論が行われ、本格的な研究着手に突入した」と明らかにした。
続いて「今回の国策課題を通じて確保した基盤技術は自社だけでなく、地域半導体産業と国内製造業の環境にやさしい転換と競争力の向上にも貢献できるだろう」とし「持続可能な製造生態系構築のために積極的に参加する」と付け加えた。

半导体封装专业公司海成DS 23日宣布，其被选为韩国产业通商资源部主办的国家碳减排研发项目的牵头企业。
该项目以“应对全球碳排放法规和优化环保制造价值链的数字碳足迹管理/运营AI平台的开发和现场验证”为主题，总预算为97亿韩元，开发周期约为45个月。海成DS将作为该项目的总体组织主导研发，参与组织包括I-PIM、WiseNut、韩国电子技术研究所和庆熙大学产学合作基金会，并将建立合作体系。

Haesung DS sélectionnée comme société principale du « Projet national de recherche et développement sur la réduction des émissions de carbone » du ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie
Haesung DS , spécialiste de l'emballage de semi-conducteurs, a annoncé le 23 avoir été sélectionné comme société chef de file du projet national de recherche et développement sur la réduction des émissions de carbone hébergé par le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie.
Ce projet, intitulé « Développement et vérification sur le terrain d'une plateforme d'IA de gestion/exploitation de l'empreinte carbone numérique pour répondre aux réglementations mondiales sur le carbone et optimiser les chaînes de valeur de fabrication respectueuses de l'environnement », disposera d'un budget total de 9,7 milliards de wons et la période de développement sera d'environ 45 mois. Haesung DS dirigera la recherche et le développement en tant qu'organisation globale du projet, et les organisations participantes comprennent I-PIM, WiseNut, le Korea Electronics Technology Institute et la Kyunghee University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, et établiront un système de collaboration.
Cette étude est un projet stratégique planifié par le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie et l'Institut coréen de planification et d'évaluation des technologies industrielles, et constitue un projet national de développement technologique visant à répondre à la demande de la communauté internationale en matière de neutralité carbone et à établir un système de fabrication durable. En particulier, l’objectif principal est de développer une solution de gestion du carbone basée sur le numérique pour répondre aux réglementations renforcées sur le carbone, notamment dans l’Union européenne (UE) et aux États-Unis.
Selon Haesung DS, la plateforme basée sur l'IA qui sera développée sera capable de mesurer et d'analyser en temps réel les émissions de gaz à effet de serre générées tout au long du processus de fabrication, favorisant ainsi simultanément l'optimisation des processus et l'amélioration de l'efficacité énergétique. À l’avenir, cette technologie devrait contribuer à la transition écologique et à la neutralité carbone de l’ensemble de l’industrie manufacturière en simplifiant la structure et en minimisant la charge financière afin que même les petites et moyennes entreprises puissent l’adopter facilement.
En particulier, Haesung DS est la première entreprise de semi-conducteurs de Gyeongsangnam-do à être sélectionnée comme entreprise chef de file pour un projet national lié à la réduction des émissions de carbone, et cela devrait être une opportunité de renforcer son statut d'entreprise leader en technologie au sein de l'industrie locale.
Un responsable de Haesung DS a déclaré : « Le 22, une discussion a eu lieu à l'usine de Changwon concernant l'orientation de la recherche et du développement et les effets attendus, en présence des ministères et organisations concernés, et nous avons commencé des recherches à grande échelle. »
Il a poursuivi : « La technologie de base acquise grâce à ce projet national pourra contribuer non seulement à notre entreprise, mais aussi à la transformation écologique et à la compétitivité accrue de l'industrie régionale des semi-conducteurs et de l'industrie manufacturière nationale », ajoutant : « Nous participerons activement à la construction d'un écosystème de fabrication durable. »
