AI 기술 전문기업 원더스랩은 신용보증기금이 주관하는 혁신 창업기업 지원 프로그램 ‘리틀펭귄’에 최종 선정됐다고 26일 밝혔다.
‘리틀펭귄’은 신용보증기금의 대표적인 창업기업 육성 프로그램으로, 창의성과 기술력을 갖춘 초기 스타트업 가운데 성장 가능성이 높은 기업을 선발해 맞춤형 지원을 제공한다. 해당 프로그램은 ‘퍼스트펭귄’으로 불리는 신보의 핵심 스타트업 지원 프로그램의 진입 후보군을 대상으로 한다.
제주에 본사를 둔 원더스랩은 2021년 설립된 AI 스타트업으로, 기업의 업무에 AI를 실제로 적용할 수 있도록 돕는 솔루션을 제공하고 있다. 업무 프로세스 재설계, AI 모델 최적화, 프롬프트 설계, 데이터 구조화 등 실질적인 활용을 위한 기술력을 기반으로 다양한 산업군에 맞춤형 AI 에이전트를 개발해왔다.
특히 원더스랩은 AI를 도입하는 방식을 ‘채용’에 비유한 모델을 제시하고 있다. 기업이 AI 에이전트를 새로운 구성원처럼 온보딩하고, 기존 인력과 협업할 수 있도록 돕는 구조를 통해 단순 자동화를 넘어 실질적인 업무 성과 향상을 추구하고 있다.

In particular, Wonders Lab presents a model that likens the method of introducing AI to ‘recruitment.’ It pursues real improvements in work performance beyond simple automation through a structure that helps companies onboard AI agents as new members and collaborate with existing personnel.
Wonders Lab announced that they plan to begin strategic investment in the advancement of AI agent technology and global expansion through the selection of 'Little Penguin'.
