포인트모바일이 글로벌 13위 다국적 유통그룹을 신규 고객사로 확보했다.
포인트모바일은 폴란드 오샹(Auchan Polska Sp. z o.o., 이하 오샹 폴스카)에 5G 첨단 모바일컴퓨터 ‘PM95’ 총 5,500대 25억원 규모를 공급한다고 27일 밝혔다.
이번 공급은 일본 도시바(Toshiba)를 통해 진행되며 엔드 유저는 오샹 폴스카다. 오샹 폴스카는 프랑스 오샹그룹의 폴란드 법인으로 폴란드 전역에 약 300개에 달하는 매장을 운영하고 있다. 최근 옴니채널 강화를 위해 AI기반 공급망 최적화 플랫폼 ‘릴렉스 솔루션(RELEX Solution)’을 도입했으며, 수요예측, 재고관리, 물류 효율성 향상을 추진하고 있다.

특히, 오샹 폴스카의 핵심 요구사항인 HDMI 크래들(Cradle)을 빠른 시간 내 개발 대응함으로써 신뢰성을 확보해 ‘PM95’를 공급하게 됐다는 것이 회사측의 설명이다. 이는 HDMI 및 USB를 통한 외부기기 연결을 지원함으로써 PM95를 마치 PC처럼 활용하게 하는 장점을 발휘하게 하여 고객업무 처리에 대한 편리성을 향상 시킨 것이다.
회사 관계자는 “옴니채널 강화는 빠른 배송이 핵심인 만큼 오샹 폴스카는 물류 및 관리 인프라의 효율성 향상에 대한 수요가 높은 상황”이라며 “이러한 상황 속에서 포인트모바일은 단순한 세일즈가 아닌 제조사의 의지를 직접 전달했으며, 제품 경쟁력, 빠른 기술 지원 등으로 고객사의 결정적인 니즈를 충족시키면서 신뢰를 얻었다”고 설명했다.
이어 “이를 시작으로 신규 고객사 발굴은 물론 글로벌 시장 확대에 박차를 가할 것”이라고 덧붙였다.
한편 프랑스 오샹그룹은 세계 13위, 프랑스 2위로 꼽히는 대형유통그룹이다. 전세계 12개국에 약 2,900개 매장을 운영 중이다.

A company official explained, “Since strengthening omnichannel is key to fast delivery, Ochan Poland is in a situation where there is a high demand for improved efficiency in logistics and management infrastructure.” He continued, “In this situation, Point Mobile directly conveyed the manufacturer’s will rather than simple sales, and gained trust by meeting the critical needs of customers with product competitiveness, fast technical support, etc..”
He added, “Starting with this, we will accelerate the discovery of new customers and expansion into the global market.”
Meanwhile, the French Auchan Group is a large distribution group ranked 13th in the world and 2nd in France. It operates about 2,900 stores in 12 countries around the world.
