충남정보문화산업진흥원은 충남 천안 복합형 스타트업파크(GST)의 스케일업 프로그램인 ‘이노스트 챌린지 그라운드(INNOST CHALLENGE GROUND) 5기’ 참가 기업을 모집한다고 27일 밝혔다.
이 프로그램은 지역 내 유망 스타트업을 발굴하고, 초기 기업의 성장을 지원함으로써 글로벌 시장 진출과 유니콘 기업으로의 성장을 위한 기반을 마련하는 것을 목표로 한다.
‘이노스트 챌린지 그라운드’는 충남정보문화산업진흥원이 주관하고, 액셀러레이터 JB벤처스가 운영을 맡는다. 모집 대상은 창업 7년 미만의 예비 창업자 또는 초기 스타트업이며, 천안 복합형 스타트업파크 입주 기업이나 입주 예정 기업은 우선 선발 대상에 포함된다.
이번 5기 프로그램에서는 총 15개 기업이 선정될 예정이며, 선정 기업에게는 공통 교육, 맞춤형 컨설팅, 비즈니스 모델 고도화, 투자유치를 위한 IR 데모데이, 직접 투자 및 TIPS 추천 검토, 오픈이노베이션 연계 등의 지원이 제공된다.
2024년 운영된 4기 프로그램에서는 총 41억 5천만 원 규모의 투자 유치 성과가 있었으며, TIPS(Tech Incubator Program for Startup) 추천 및 선정 5건을 포함해 실질적인 성장 성과를 거둔 바 있다.
참가 신청은 5월 27일부터 6월 11일 오후 6시까지이며, 신청은 구글폼을 통해 가능하다. 상세 모집 요강은 충남정보문화산업진흥원 공식 홈페이지 및 INNOST 홈페이지 공고문을 통해 확인할 수 있다.
최종 선발은 서류 평가, 인터뷰 심사, 발표 평가 등 3단계 절차를 거쳐 6월 말에 이뤄지며, 본 프로그램은 7월부터 10월까지 4개월간 집중적으로 운영될 예정이다.

Chungnam Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency announced on the 27th that it is recruiting participating companies for the 5th INNOST CHALLENGE GROUND, a scale-up program of Chungnam Cheonan Complex Startup Park (GST).
The program aims to discover promising startups in the region and support the growth of early-stage companies, thereby laying the foundation for entry into global markets and growth into unicorn companies.
'Innost Challenge Ground' is hosted by Chungnam Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency and operated by accelerator JB Ventures. The recruitment target is prospective entrepreneurs or early-stage startups that have been in business for less than 7 years, and companies that have moved into or are planning to move into Cheonan Complex Startup Park are included in the priority selection.
A total of 15 companies will be selected for this 5th program, and the selected companies will be provided with support such as common education, customized consulting, business model advancement, IR demo day for investment attraction, direct investment and TIPS recommendation review, and open innovation linkage.
The 4th program, which was operated in 2024, attracted a total of 4.15 billion won in investment, and achieved tangible growth results, including 5 cases recommended and selected for the TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startups).
Applications for participation are accepted from May 27 to June 11, 6:00 PM, and applications can be made through Google Form . Detailed recruitment guidelines can be found on the official website of the Chungnam Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency and the INNOST website announcement.
The final selection will take place at the end of June through a three-stage process including document evaluation, interview screening, and presentation evaluation, and the program will be operated intensively for four months from July to October.

今回の5期プログラムでは、合計15社が選定される予定であり、選定企業には、共通教育、カスタマイズコンサルティング、ビジネスモデルの高度化、投資誘致のためのIRデモデー、直接投資およびTIPS推薦レビュー、オープンイノベーション連携などの支援が提供される。
