중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)는 중소벤처기업의 기술경쟁력제고와 공동사업화 성과창출을 위한 ‘2025년 공동효과형 R&D’ 신규과제를 28일 공고한다고 밝혔다.
공동효과형R&D는 중소기업 간 협업을 통해 공통 문제를 해결하고, 개발된 기술을 산업 전반에 확산시키는 것을 목표로 중기부가 올해 새롭게 도입한 사업이다.
본 사업을 통해 세부과제당 최대 6억 원의 연구개발 자금(2년간)을 지원하며, 올해 신규 지원규모는 총 7~8개 프로젝트(25개 세부과제)다. 각 프로젝트는 2~4개 세부과제로 구성할 수 있으며, 프로젝트당 4개 세부과제로 구성할 경우 최대 24억원까지 지원받을 수 있다.
중기부는 본 사업의 과제를 기획하기 위해 2월 24일부터 3월 24일까지 한 달간 중소기업 및 협동조합을 대상으로 수요조사를 실시하였으며, 지원 목표인 7~8개 프로젝트 대비 10배를 웃도는 82개의 RFP(제안요청서)가 접수되어 중소기업들의 높은 관심을 확인할 수 있었다.
이번 공모는 수요조사 결과에서 발굴된 총 17개의 RFP를 기반으로, 지정공모 방식으로 진행한다. 주요 과제로는 AI 기반의 정수·하수 처리 모니터링 기술, 미세먼지 저감 기술과 섬유·염색, 철강 분야에서 제조업과 AI·플랫폼 기술의 융합을 지원하는 과제들이 포함되어 있어 높은 사회적·경제적 파급효과가 기대된다.
공모 접수는 오는 6월 16일부터 30일까지이며 기술성, 사업성, 기술보유 역량, 컨소시엄 타당성 등을 종합적으로 평가해 우수 과제를 선별할 예정이다. 특히, 컨소시엄 타당성은 참여 기업 간의 추진체계 및 역할 분담의 적절성을 중점적으로 검토할 계획이다.
본 사업에는 프로젝트 성격에 맞춰 총괄기관 및 컨소시엄 매니저를 지정하고, 성과공유회 등 정기 네트워킹 운영을 통해 참여 기업의 사업화 역량 강화도 지원할 예정이다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups, ‘Joint Effect R&D’ Announcement “Expanding Support for AI and Manufacturing Convergence Technology”
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) announced on the 28th that it will announce a new project called '2025 Joint Effectiveness R&D' to enhance the technological competitiveness of SMEs and create joint commercialization results.

Through this project, up to 600 million won per sub-project is provided for research and development (for 2 years), and the new support scale this year is a total of 7~8 projects (25 sub-projects). Each project can consist of 2~4 sub-projects, and if each project consists of 4 sub-projects, up to 2.4 billion won can be supported.
In order to plan the tasks of this project, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups conducted a demand survey targeting SMEs and cooperatives for one month from February 24 to March 24, and was able to confirm the high interest of SMEs with 82 RFPs (Requests for Proposals), which is more than 10 times the number of 7-8 projects to be supported.
This contest will be conducted in the form of a designated contest based on a total of 17 RFPs discovered from the demand survey results. Major tasks include AI-based water purification and sewage treatment monitoring technology, fine dust reduction technology, and tasks supporting the convergence of manufacturing and AI/platform technology in the textile/dyeing and steel industries, so high social and economic ripple effects are expected.
The application period for the contest will be from June 16 to 30, and excellent projects will be selected through a comprehensive evaluation of technology, business feasibility, technology possession capacity, and consortium feasibility. In particular, the consortium feasibility will be reviewed with a focus on the appropriateness of the promotion system and division of roles among participating companies.
For this project, a general organization and consortium manager will be designated according to the nature of the project, and regular networking operations such as performance sharing meetings will be conducted to support the strengthening of the commercialization capabilities of participating companies.
Companies (or cooperatives) wishing to participate in the project can apply online through the website of the Integrated Research Support System for Inter-Ministry until June 30. La R&D à effet conjoint est un nouveau projet lancé cette année par le ministère des PME et des startups dans le but de résoudre des problèmes communs grâce à la collaboration entre les petites et moyennes entreprises et de diffuser la technologie développée dans tous les secteurs.
Grâce à ce projet, jusqu'à 600 millions de wons de fonds de recherche et développement (pour 2 ans) sont soutenus par sous-tâche, et la nouvelle échelle de soutien cette année porte sur un total de 7 à 8 projets (25 sous-tâches). Chaque projet peut être composé de 2 à 4 sous-tâches, et si chaque projet est composé de 4 sous-tâches, un soutien allant jusqu'à 2,4 milliards de wons peut être reçu.
Afin de planifier les tâches de ce projet, le ministère des PME et des Startups a mené une enquête de demande ciblant les PME et les coopératives pendant un mois, du 24 février au 24 mars, et a pu confirmer le grand intérêt des PME avec 82 RFP (Demandes de propositions), soit plus de 10 fois le nombre de 7 à 8 projets à soutenir.
Ce concours sera mené sous la forme d'un concours désigné basé sur un total de 17 demandes de propositions découvertes grâce à une enquête sur la demande. Les tâches clés comprennent la technologie de surveillance de la purification de l'eau et du traitement des eaux usées basée sur l'IA, la technologie de réduction des poussières fines et les tâches soutenant la convergence de la fabrication et de la technologie de l'IA/plateforme dans les industries du textile, de la teinture et de l'acier, de sorte que des effets d'entraînement sociaux et économiques élevés sont attendus.
La période de candidature au concours s'étendra du 16 au 30 juin et les excellents projets seront sélectionnés à travers une évaluation complète de la technologie, de la viabilité commerciale, de la capacité de possession de la technologie et de la faisabilité du consortium. En particulier, la faisabilité du consortium se concentrera sur l’examen de la pertinence du système de promotion et de la répartition des rôles entre les entreprises participantes.
Pour ce projet, un responsable d’organisation générale et de consortium sera désigné en fonction de la nature du projet, et des opérations de réseautage régulières telles que des réunions de partage de performances seront menées pour soutenir le renforcement des capacités de commercialisation des entreprises participantes.
