중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주)와 창업진흥원(원장 유종필)은 지난 29일 대전스타트업파크에서 ‘2025년 스타트업 법률자문단’ 위촉식을 개최하고 신규 자문단으로 활동할 변호사 42명을 신규 위촉했다고 밝혔다.
이번 위촉식은 창업기업이 겪는 복잡한 법률‧규제 문제에 대해 정부와 민간 전문가가 함께 대응하는 협력체계를 선언하는 자리로, 법률자문단의 역할과 책임을 다짐하는 뜻깊은 취지로 마련되었다.
창업진흥원 유종필 원장은 “전문성과 지역 대표성을 겸비한 자문단을 중심으로 전국 어디서든 법률지원을 받을 수 있는 체계를 갖췄다”며, “앞으로도 창업기업의 지속 성장을 위한 실효성 있는 지원방식을 더욱 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
‘2025년 스타트업 법률 자문단’은 신규 위촉된 인원을 포함하여 총 100명 규모로 구성되었으며 전국 단위 자문단으로 구성되어 수도권뿐만 아니라 강원권, 충청권, 호남권, 영남권 등 비수도권 창업기업도 신속하게 법률 지원을 받을 수 있도록 운영될 계획이다.
특히 올해부터 지역 방문형 ‘찾아가는 법률상담회’를 신규 추진해, 권역별 창업기업을 직접 찾아가는 맞춤형 상담회를 올해 10회 진행할예정이다. 위촉식과 함께 진행된 첫 현장 상담회에서는 신규 자문단 변호사가 50개 창업기업을 대상으로 1:1 법률자문을 제공할 계획이다.
‘2025년 스타트업 법률자문단’에 신규 위촉된 법무법인 응원 임주영 변호사는 “창업기업의 든든한 파트너로서, 전문성을 바탕으로 혁신을 뒷받침하겠다”고 포부를 전했다.
‘스타트업 법률지원’ 사업은 창업기업이 사업화 과정에서 겪는 법률 애로사항을 해소하기 위한 온라인 1:1 자문 지원사업으로 계약법, 개인정보보호, 지식재산권 등 다양한 분야에서 연간 1,000건(국내 750건, 해외 250건)의 무상 자문을 제공하고 있다. 온라인 자문은 K-스타트업 누리집(www.k-startup.go.kr)에서 연간 상시 신청 가능하다.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo) and the Korea Institute for Startups and Entrepreneurship Development (President Yoo Jong-pil) announced that they held an appointment ceremony for the '2025 Startup Legal Advisory Group' at the Daejeon Startup Park on the 29th and appointed 42 new lawyers to serve as the new advisory group.
This appointment ceremony was held with the meaningful purpose of declaring a cooperative system in which the government and private sector experts will work together to respond to complex legal and regulatory issues faced by startups, and reaffirming the role and responsibility of the legal advisory group.
“We have established a system where legal support can be received anywhere in the country, centered on an advisory group with expertise and regional representation,” said Yoo Jong-pil, president of the Startup & Entrepreneurship Development Institute. “We will continue to strengthen effective support methods for the sustainable growth of startups.”
The '2025 Startup Legal Advisory Group' consists of a total of 100 people, including newly appointed members, and is planned to be operated as a nationwide advisory group so that startups not only in the metropolitan area but also in non-metropolitan areas such as Gangwon, Chungcheong, Honam, and Yeongnam can quickly receive legal support.
In particular, starting this year, we will be newly promoting the 'On-site Legal Consultation' program, which will be a regional on-site consultation, and will hold 10 customized consultations this year by visiting startups in each region. In the first on-site consultation held together with the appointment ceremony, the new advisory team lawyers will provide 1:1 legal advice to 50 startups.
Attorney Lim Ju-young of the law firm Gyeonggi Law Firm, who was newly appointed to the '2025 Startup Legal Advisory Group', expressed his aspiration, saying, "As a strong partner to startups, I will support innovation based on my expertise."
The 'Startup Legal Support' project is an online 1:1 consulting support project to resolve legal difficulties experienced by startups during the commercialization process. It provides free consulting services for 1,000 cases (750 domestic, 250 overseas) annually in various fields such as contract law, personal information protection, and intellectual property rights. Online consulting applications are available year-round at the K-Startup website (www.k-startup.go.kr).

「2025年スタートアップ法律諮問団」は、新規委嘱された人員を含めて合計100人規模で構成され、全国単位諮問団で構成され、首都圏だけでなく江原権、忠清圏、湖南圏、英南圏など非水道圏創業企業も迅速に法律支援を受けることができるように運営される計画だ。
特に今年から地域訪問型「訪れる法律相談会」を新規推進し、圏域別創業企業を直接訪ねるオーダーメード型相談会を今年10回進行する予定だ。委嘱式とともに行われた初の現場相談会では、新規諮問団弁護士が50の創業企業を対象に1:1法律諮問を提供する計画だ。
「2025年スタートアップ法律諮問団」に新規委嘱された法務法人応援イム・ジュヨン弁護士は「創業企業の心強いパートナーとして、専門性を土台に革新を裏付ける」と抱負を伝えた。
「スタートアップ法律支援」事業は、創業企業が事業化過程で経験する法律の苦労を解消するためのオンライン1：1諮問支援事業で、契約法、個人情報保護、知識財産権など多様な分野で年間1,000件（国内750件、海外250件）の無償諮問を行う。オンライン諮問はK-スタートアップヌリ集(www.k-startup.go.kr)で年間常時申請可能である。

« Nous avons mis en place un système permettant de bénéficier d'un soutien juridique partout dans le pays, centré sur un groupe consultatif doté d'une expertise et d'une représentation régionale », a déclaré Yoo Jong-pil, président du Startup & Entrepreneurship Development Institute. « Nous continuerons à renforcer les méthodes de soutien efficaces pour la croissance durable des startups. »
Le « 2025 Startup Legal Advisory Group » est composé d'un total de 100 personnes, y compris les membres nouvellement nommés, et est prévu pour fonctionner comme un groupe consultatif national afin que les startups non seulement dans la zone métropolitaine mais aussi dans les zones non métropolitaines telles que Gangwon, Chungcheong, Honam et Yeongnam puissent recevoir rapidement un soutien juridique.

Le projet « Startup Legal Support » est un projet de soutien juridique en ligne 1:1 pour résoudre les difficultés juridiques rencontrées par les startups pendant le processus de commercialisation. Elle fournit des services de consultation gratuits à 1 000 cas (750 nationaux, 250 étrangers) chaque année dans divers domaines tels que le droit des contrats, la protection des informations personnelles et les droits de propriété intellectuelle.
