벤처기업협회(회장 송병준)는 경남지회(지회협회장 김대권)와 경상남도가 주최하는 글로벌 융복합 스타트업 페스티벌 GSAT2025에서 ‘토크쇼-스타트업 화양연화’를 28일 창원컨벤션센터(CECO)에서 개최했다고 29일 밝혔다.
이번 ‘토크쇼-스타트업 화양연화’는 AI 전환의 시대를 맞아, 벤처·스타트업이 마주한 위기와 기회를 실전 사례를 통해 공유하고, 부산·울산·경남 지역 선·후배 창업가들이 함께 혁신의 여정을 나누는 자리로 마련됐다.
이날 행사에서는 ▲이기욱 휴로틱스 대표 ▲주명규 세븐미어캣 대표 ▲조재유 블링스 대표가 연사로 참여해 각자의 분야에서 AI 기술을 접목해온 실경험 사례를 발표했다.
첫 순서로 발표한 이기욱 휴로틱스 대표는 ‘재활 및 스포츠용 AI 기반 웨어러블 로봇슈트’를 주제로, 기계공학과 인공지능 기술을 융합해 실제 재활 및 스포츠 현장에 적용 중인 사례를 소개했다.
주명규 세븐미어캣 대표는 ‘AI, 공간을 바꾸고 돈을 벌다 – 주차장에서 시작된 AX 전환’을 주제로 도시 공간과 사람, 모빌리티를 연결하는 AI 기반 플랫폼 구축 사례를 공유했다. 또한, 스마트시티 구현을 위한 수익 구조 및 확장 전략과 함께 AI기술적용 사례를 이해하기 쉽게 전달했다.
조재유 블링스 대표는 ‘AX Key Questions – 시작하기 전 던져야 할 핵심질문’을 주제로, AX 프로젝트를 적용하며 마주한 실무 이슈와 AI 기술을 기업 내부 데이터에 어떻게 적용할 수 있는지 등을 비개발자 관점에서 실무 중심으로 풀어냈다.
이어서 진행된 패널 토크 ‘스타트업 화양연화’는 박진우 Young CEO 네트워크 위원장(다다익스 대표)의 진행으로 발표자 세 명의 실패담과 전략적 의사결정의 순간, 창업가로서의 현실과 조언 등을 공유하며, 참석자들의 높은 공감과 몰입을 이끌었다.
참석자들은 “실제 창업 현장에서의 문제 해결 방식과 마인드셋을 들을 수 있는 시간이 유익했다”,“기술 이전에 창업가의 태도와 선택이 얼마나 중요한지를 느낄 수 있었다”는 반응을 보였다.
이기욱 휴로틱스 대표는“ＡI가 로봇 산업 생태계를 어떻게 변화시킬지를 알 수 있는 좋은 시간이었다”며 “앞으로 AI를 접목하여 실생활에서 가깝게 쓰일 수 있는 사업을 기획해보겠다”고 소감을 전했다.
주명규 세븐미어캣 대표는“ 경남의 다양한 전문가 분들과 교류를 통해 새로운 인사이트를 얻었다”며 “특히 현장 분위기에서 느껴지는 열정과 혁신의 에너지가 인상적이었다”고 소감을 전했다.
조재유 블링스 대표는“AI의 본질이 결국 양질의 데이터와 데이터 엔지니어링임을 다시금 실감했다”며 “오리지널 데이터 기반의 챗봇이 앞으로 더욱 큰 가치를 창출하리라는 확신을 얻었다”고 소감을 전했다.
김대권 벤처기업협회 경남지회 협회장은“지역 스타트업의 경험이 모이면 그것이 곧 국가적 경쟁력이 된다”며 “이번 토크쇼는 창업 생태계가 함께 성장할 수 있다는 희망을 보여준 자리였다”고 밝혔다.

Venture Business Association Holds 'Startup Hwayangyeonhwa' Talk Show
The Venture Business Association (Chairman Song Byeong-jun) announced on the 29th that it held the 'Talk Show – Startup Hwayangyeonhwa' at the Changwon Convention Center (CECO) on the 28th at the GSAT2025 Global Convergence Startup Festival hosted by the Gyeongnam Branch (Chairman Kim Dae-kwon) and Gyeongsangnam-do Province.
This 'Talk Show – Startup Hwayangyeonhwa' is designed to share real-life examples of crises and opportunities faced by ventures and startups in the era of AI transformation, and to provide a place for senior and junior entrepreneurs in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions to share their journey of innovation.
At the event, ▲Lee Ki-wook, CEO of Heurotics, ▲Ju Myeong-gyu, CEO of Seven Meerkat, and ▲Jo Jae-yu, CEO of Blings participated as speakers and presented real-life examples of applying AI technology in their respective fields.
The first speaker, Lee Ki-wook, CEO of Hurotics, presented a case study on the topic of ‘AI-based wearable robot suit for rehabilitation and sports’, in which mechanical engineering and artificial intelligence technologies are being applied in actual rehabilitation and sports settings.
CEO of Seven Meerkat, Joo Myung-gyu, shared a case study of building an AI-based platform that connects urban space, people, and mobility under the theme of ‘AI, changing space and making money – AX transformation starting from the parking lot.’ He also provided an easy-to-understand explanation of AI technology application cases along with profit structures and expansion strategies for implementing smart cities.
CEO Jae-Yoo Cho of Blings gave a presentation titled 'AX Key Questions – Key Questions to Ask Before Getting Started', and explained practical issues encountered while implementing AX projects and how AI technology can be applied to internal corporate data from a non-developer's perspective.
The panel talk 'Startup Hwayangyeonhwa' that followed was moderated by Jinwoo Park, Chairman of the Young CEO Network (CEO of Dadax), and drew great empathy and immersion from the attendees as the three presenters shared their stories of failure, moments of strategic decision-making, and the reality and advice they had as entrepreneurs.
Attendees responded, “It was a beneficial time to hear about problem-solving methods and mindsets in actual startup settings,” and “I could feel how important an entrepreneur’s attitude and choices are before technology.”
Lee Ki-wook, CEO of Hurotics, said, “It was a great opportunity to learn how AI will change the robot industry ecosystem,” and added, “In the future, we will plan a business that can be applied in real life by incorporating AI.”
“I gained new insights through interactions with various experts in Gyeongnam,” said Myung-gyu Joo, CEO of Seven Meerkat. “I was particularly impressed by the passion and innovative energy felt in the on-site atmosphere.”
“I once again realized that the essence of AI is quality data and data engineering,” said Jae-Yoo Cho, CEO of Blings. “I am confident that chatbots based on original data will create even greater value in the future.”
Kim Dae-kwon, the president of the Gyeongnam branch of the Korea Venture Business Association, said, “If the experiences of regional startups come together, it will become national competitiveness,” and added, “This talk show was a place that showed hope that the startup ecosystem can grow together.”

ベンチャー企業協会(会長ソン・ビョンジュン)は慶南支会(支会協会長キム・デクォン)と慶尚南道が主催するグローバル融合スタートアップフェスティバルGSAT2025で「トークショー-スタートアップ花陽年華」を28日昌原コンベンションセンター(CECO)で開催した。
今回の「トークショー-スタートアップ花陽年華」はAI転換の時代を迎え、ベンチャー・スタートアップが向き合った危機と機会を実戦事例を通じて共有し、釜山・蔚山・慶南地域先・後輩創業家たちが共に革新の旅程を分かち合う場として設けられた。
この日のイベントでは、▲イ・ギウクヒューロティックス代表▲ジュ・ミョンギュセブンミアキャット代表▲チョ・ジェユブリングス代表が講演者として参加し、それぞれの分野でAI技術を融合してきた実経験事例を発表した。
初めて発表したイ・ギウク・ヒュロティクス代表は「リハビリおよびスポーツ用AIベースのウェアラブルロボットスーツ」をテーマに、機械工学と人工知能技術を融合し、実際のリハビリおよびスポーツ現場に適用中の事例を紹介した。
チュ・ミョンギュセブンミアキャット代表は「AI、空間を変えてお金を稼ぐ – 駐車場から始まったAX転換」をテーマに都市空間と人、モビリティを結ぶAIベースのプラットフォーム構築事例を共有した。また、スマートシティを実現するための収益構造と拡張戦略とともに、AI技術適用事例を理解しやすく伝えた。
チョ・ジェユブリングス代表は「AX Key Questions – 始める前に投げなければならない核心質問」をテーマに、AXプロジェクトを適用し、向き合った実務問題とAI技術を企業内部データにどのように適用できるかなどを非開発者の観点から実務中心に解いた。
続いて行われたパネルトーク「スタートアップファヤンヨンファ」はパク・ジヌ Young CEOネットワーク委員長(ダダイクス代表)の進行で発表者3人の失敗談と戦略的意思決定の瞬間、創業者としての現実とアドバイスなどを共有し、参加者たちの高い共感と没入を導いた。
参加者は「実際の創業現場での問題解決方法とマインドセットを聞く時間が有益だった」、「技術以前に創業者の態度と選択がどれほど重要かを感じることができた」という反応を見せた。
イ・ギウクヒューロティクス代表は「ＡＩがロボット産業の生態系をどのように変化させるかを知るのに良い時間だった」とし「今後ＡＩを融合して実生活で身近に使える事業を企画してみよう」と所感を伝えた。
チュ・ミョンギュセブンミアキャット代表は「慶尚南道の様々な専門家の方々と交流を通じて新しいインサイトを得た」とし「特に現場の雰囲気で感じられる情熱と革新のエネルギーが印象的だった」と所感を伝えた。
チョ・ジェユ・ブリングス代表は「AIの本質が結局良質のデータとデータエンジニアリングであることを改めて実感した」とし「オリジナルデータ基盤のチャットボットが今後さらに大きな価値を創出するという確信を得た」と所感を伝えた。
キム・デクォンベンチャー企業協会慶南支会協会長は「地域スタートアップの経験が集まるとそれが国家的競争力になる」とし「今回のトークショーは創業生態系が共に成長できるという希望を見せた席だった」と明らかにした。

风险企业协会(会长宋秉俊) 29日表示，在由庆尚南道支部(会长金大权)和庆尚南道主办的GSAT2025全球融合创业庆典上，28日在昌原会展中心(CECO)举办了‘脱口秀-创业花样年华’。
本次《脱口秀-创业花样年华》旨在分享人工智能变革时代风险投资和初创企业面临的危机和机遇的真实案例，并为釜山、蔚山和庆南地区的资深和初级创业者提供一个分享创新之旅的平台。
活动上，▲Heurotics代表李基旭、▲Seven Meerkat代表朱明圭、▲Blings代表赵在祐作为演讲嘉宾出席，并展示了AI技术在各自领域的实际应用案例。
第一位演讲者是Hurotics首席执行官李基旭，他以“基于人工智能的康复和运动可穿戴机器人套装”为主题进行了案例研究，其中机械工程和人工智能技术正在实际的康复和运动环境中应用。
Seven Meerkat代表朱明圭以“AI改变空间并创造收益——从停车场开始的AX变革”为主题，分享了构建连接城市空间、人、出行的AI基础平台的案例。此外，还提供了通俗易懂的AI技术应用事例，以及实现智慧城市的收益结构和扩张战略。
Blings 首席执行官 Jae-Yoo Cho 发表了题为“AX 关键问题 – 开始之前要问的关键问题”的演讲，并从非开发人员的角度解释了实施 AX 项目时遇到的实际问题以及如何将 AI 技术应用于公司内部数据。
随后的小组讨论“创业花样年华”由年轻首席执行官网络主席（Dadax 首席执行官）Jinwoo Park 主持，三位演讲者分享了他们的失败故事、战略决策时刻以及作为企业家的现实和建议，引起了与会者的极大共鸣和沉浸感。
与会者纷纷表示，“能够了解到实际创业中解决问题的方法和思维方式非常有益”，“能够感受到创业者在技术面前的态度和选择有多么重要”。

La Venture Business Association organise un talk-show « Startup Hwayangyeonhwa »
La Venture Business Association (président Song Byeong-jun) a annoncé le 29 qu'elle organiserait le « Talk Show – Startup Hwayangyeonhwa » au Changwon Convention Center (CECO) le 28 lors du GSAT2025 Global Convergence Startup Festival organisé par la branche de Gyeongnam (président Kim Dae-kwon) et la province de Gyeongsangnam-do.
Ce « Talk Show – Startup Hwayangyeonhwa » est conçu pour partager des exemples réels de crises et d'opportunités auxquelles sont confrontées les entreprises et les startups à l'ère de la transformation de l'IA, et pour offrir un lieu aux entrepreneurs seniors et juniors des régions de Busan, Ulsan et Gyeongnam pour partager leur parcours d'innovation.
Lors de l'événement, ▲Lee Ki-wook, PDG de Heurotics, ▲Ju Myeong-gyu, PDG de Seven Meerkat, et ▲Jo Jae-yu, PDG de Blings ont participé en tant qu'orateurs et ont présenté des exemples concrets d'application de la technologie de l'IA dans leurs domaines respectifs.
Le premier intervenant, Lee Ki-wook, PDG de Hurotics, a présenté une étude de cas sur le thème de la « combinaison robotique portable basée sur l'IA pour la rééducation et le sport », dans laquelle les technologies d'ingénierie mécanique et d'intelligence artificielle sont appliquées dans des contextes réels de rééducation et de sport.
Le PDG de Seven Meerkat, Joo Myung-kyu, a partagé une étude de cas sur la création d'une plateforme basée sur l'IA qui connecte l'espace urbain, les personnes et la mobilité sous le thème « L'IA, changer l'espace et gagner de l'argent – La transformation AX à partir d'un parking ». De plus, nous avons fourni des exemples faciles à comprendre d'application de la technologie de l'IA ainsi que des structures de profit et des stratégies d'expansion pour la mise en œuvre de villes intelligentes.
Le PDG Jae-Yoo Cho de Blings a fait une présentation intitulée « Questions clés AX – Questions clés à poser avant de commencer » et a expliqué les problèmes pratiques rencontrés lors de la mise en œuvre des projets AX et comment la technologie de l'IA peut être appliquée aux données internes de l'entreprise du point de vue d'un non-développeur.
La table ronde « Startup Hwayangyeonhwa » qui a suivi a été animée par Jinwoo Park, président du Young CEO Network (PDG de Dadax), et a suscité une grande empathie et une grande immersion de la part des participants alors que les trois présentateurs ont partagé leurs histoires d'échec, leurs moments de prise de décision stratégique, ainsi que la réalité et les conseils qu'ils avaient en tant qu'entrepreneurs.
Les participants ont répondu : « C’était une période bénéfique pour entendre parler des méthodes de résolution de problèmes et des mentalités dans le contexte réel des startups » et « J’ai pu ressentir à quel point l’attitude et les choix d’un entrepreneur sont importants avant la technologie. »
Lee Ki-wook, PDG de Hurotics, a déclaré : « C'était une excellente occasion d'apprendre comment l'IA va changer l'écosystème de l'industrie robotique », et a ajouté : « À l'avenir, nous planifierons une entreprise qui pourra être appliquée dans la vie réelle en intégrant l'IA. »
