중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)는 29일 국내 인공지능 스타트업의 글로벌 진출 지원을 위해 세계 수준의 기술 수요와 자본, 인재가 집중된 미국 시장을 중심으로 ‘AI 특화 글로벌 액셀러레이팅 프로그램’을 시범 추진하고 총 8개 사를 선정했다고 밝혔다.
‘AI 특화 글로벌 액셀러레이팅 프로그램’은 AI 분야 유망 창업기업에 맞춤형 해외 현지 액셀러레이팅 프로그램과 함께 현지 사업화, 시장검증, 네트워킹에 필요한 글로벌 진출 자금을 연계 지원하여 창업기업의 해외진출과 성장을 뒷받침하는 사업이다. 창업기업의 업종·분야별 맞춤형 해외진출 지원을 추진하는 ‘글로벌 액셀러레이팅 지원사업’의 일환으로, 현지화 지원 및 해외진출 컨설팅에 대한 AI 기업의 높은 수요를 반영하여 마련했다.
그간 중기부는 팁스(TIPS), 초격차 스타트업 1,000+ 프로젝트, 창업도약패키지, 오픈AI 협업 사업 등 다양한 지원사업을 통해 AI 스타트업 지원에 힘써왔다. 특히 한국의 대표 창업 프로그램인 팁스(TIPS)와 초격차 스타트업 1,000+ 프로젝트는 AI 스타트업 탄생의 요람으로, 지원기업들은 CES 혁신상, 에디슨어워즈, 산업훈장 등 국내외 수상은 물론이고 유니콘기업 등극, 기술특례상장, 투자유치 등 뛰어난 성과를 이뤄냈다.
최근 글로벌 AI 시장에서 가장 권위 있는 기업평가기관 중 하나인 CB Insights의 ‘AI 100 2025’(글로벌 AI 100대 기업)에 선정된 ㈜노타AI, ㈜디노티시아, ㈜업스테이지, ㈜트웰브랩스 등 4개 국내 AI 스타트업 또한 ‘초격차 스타트업 1000+ 프로젝트’ 등 중기부의 핵심 창업지원정책을 받은 바 있다.
이러한 성과는 AI 등 미래기술에 대한 투자가 성공하려면 단순히 기술을 개발하는 데 그치지 않고 기업의 상업적 성공이 뒤따라야 한다는 점을 보여준다. 따라서 AI 스타트업의 상업적 성공을 위해서는 시장 규모나 벤처투자액 등 여러 면에서 앞서고 글로벌 기술 트렌드를 선도하는 해외 시장 진출이 필수적이다.
이에 동 사업은 현지 액셀러레이터 및 글로벌 기업과 협업하여 ▲인공지능(AI) 솔루션 실증 및 고도화, ▲해외 바이어 및 VC 매칭, ▲제품 및 서비스의 현지화 컨설팅 등 맞춤형 프로그램을 구성, 국내 AI 스타트업의 글로벌 시장 진입에 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있도록 했다.
8개사 모집에 총 54개사가 접수하여 6.75:1이라는 높은 경쟁률을 기록하였으며, 서류 및 발표 평가를 거쳐 혁신성과 글로벌 성장성을 갖춘 AI 스타트업 8개사를 선정하였다.
동 사업을 통해 국내 인공지능(AI) 스타트업이 해외 고객과 투자자를 조기에 확보하고, 나아가 글로벌 스케일업의 전환점을 마련할 것으로 기대된다.
조경원 창업정책관은 “최근 국가 간 경쟁이 더욱 심화되고 있는 글로벌 AI 시장의 주도권 확보를 위해서는 우수한 국내 AI 스타트업의 글로벌 경쟁력을 높이는 것이 중요하다. 앞으로도 중기부는 기술개발(R&D)부터 인력, 자금, 판로, 해외진출까지 전방위 지원을 통해 AI 스타트업의 성장을 적극 지원해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups selects 8 companies to participate in ‘AI specialized global accelerating program’
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) announced on the 29th that in order to support the global expansion of domestic AI startups, it will be piloting an 'AI Specialized Global Acceleration Program' centered on the U.S. market, which has world-class technology demand, capital, and talent, and selected a total of 8 companies.
The 'AI Specialized Global Acceleration Program' is a project that supports the overseas expansion and growth of promising AI startups by providing customized overseas local acceleration programs, as well as global expansion funds necessary for local commercialization, market verification, and networking. It was prepared as part of the 'Global Acceleration Support Project' that promotes customized overseas expansion support by industry and field for startups, reflecting the high demand from AI companies for localization support and overseas expansion consulting.
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups has been working hard to support AI startups through various support projects such as TIPS, the Ultra-Gap Startup 1,000+ Project, Startup Leap Package, and the OpenAI Collaboration Project. In particular, TIPS and the Ultra-Gap Startup 1,000+ Project, which are representative startup programs in Korea, are the cradles of the birth of AI startups, and the supported companies have achieved outstanding results such as winning domestic and international awards such as the CES Innovation Award, Edison Awards, and Industrial Medals, as well as becoming unicorn companies, listing with special technology treatment, and attracting investment.
Recently, four domestic AI startups, including NotaAI Co., Ltd., Dinoticia Co., Ltd., Upstage Co., Ltd., and Twelve Labs Co., Ltd., were selected for the 'AI 100 2025' (Global AI 100 Companies) by CB Insights, one of the most authoritative corporate evaluation agencies in the global AI market, and also received the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' key startup support policies, such as the 'Ultra-Gap Startup 1000+ Project'.
These achievements show that for investment in future technologies such as AI to be successful, it must not only be about developing the technology but also about the commercial success of the company. Therefore, for commercial success of AI startups, it is essential to enter overseas markets that are ahead in many aspects such as market size and venture investment amount and lead global technology trends.
Accordingly, this business has organized customized programs such as ▲ AI solution verification and advancement, ▲ overseas buyer and VC matching, and ▲ product and service localization consulting in collaboration with local accelerators and global companies, to provide practical assistance to domestic AI startups in entering the global market.
A total of 54 companies applied for the 8 positions, recording a high competition rate of 6.75:1. After document and presentation evaluations, 8 AI startups with innovation and global growth potential were selected.
It is expected that this project will enable domestic artificial intelligence (AI) startups to secure overseas customers and investors early on and further serve as a turning point for global scale-up.
Kyung-won Cho, the Director of Startup Policy, said, “In order to secure leadership in the global AI market, where competition between countries has recently become more intense, it is important to increase the global competitiveness of excellent domestic AI startups. 中小ベンチャー企業部（長官オ・ヨンジュ、以下中期部）は２９日、国内人工知能スタートアップのグローバル進出支援のため、世界レベルの技術需要と資本、人材が集中した米国市場を中心に「ＡＩ特化グローバルアクセラレーティングプログラム」をパイロット推進し、計８社を選定したと明らかにした。
「AI特化グローバルアクセラレーティングプログラム」は、AI分野の有望創業企業にカスタマイズされた海外現地アクセラレーティングプログラムとともに、現地事業化、市場検証、ネットワーキングに必要なグローバル進出資金を連携支援し、創業企業の海外進出と成長を支える事業だ。創業企業の業種・分野別にカスタマイズされた海外進出支援を推進する「グローバルアクセラレーティング支援事業」の一環として、ローカライズ支援及び海外進出コンサルティングに対するAI企業の高い需要を反映して設けた。
これまで中期部はティップス(TIPS)、超格差スタートアップ1,000+プロジェクト、創業跳躍パッケージ、オープンAIコラボレーション事業など多様な支援事業を通じてAIスタートアップ支援に努めてきた。特に韓国の代表創業プログラムであるティップス(TIPS)と超格差スタートアップ1,000+プロジェクトはAIスタートアップ誕生の揺りかごで、支援企業らはCESイノベーション賞、エジソンアワード、産業勲章など国内外受賞はもちろん、ユニコーン企業など劇、技術特例上場、投資誘致など優れた成果。
最近、グローバルAI市場で最も権威ある企業評価機関の一つであるCB Insightsの「AI 100 2025」（グローバルAI 100大企業）に選ばれた㈱ノタAI、㈱ディノティシア、㈱アップステージ、㈱トウェルブラップスなど4つの国内AI 1000+プロジェクト」など中基部の核心創業支援政策を受けたことがある。
これらの成果は、AIなどの未来技術への投資が成功するには、単に技術を開発するのにとどまらず、企業の商業的な成功が続く必要があることを示している。したがって、AIスタートアップの商業成功のためには、市場規模やベンチャー投資額など様々な面で先駆けてグローバル技術トレンドをリードする海外市場進出が不可欠である。
これに同事業は現地アクセラレータ及びグローバル企業とコラボレーションし、▲人工知能(AI)ソリューションの実証及び高度化、▲海外バイヤー及びVCマッチング、▲製品及びサービスのローカライズコンサルティングなどカスタマイズされたプログラムを構成、国内AIスタートアップのグローバル市場参入に実質的な助けを与えることができるようにした。
8社募集に合計54社が受付し、6.75:1という高い競争率を記録し、書類及び発表評価を経て革新性とグローバル成長性を備えたAIスタートアップ8社を選定した。
同事業を通じて国内人工知能(AI)スタートアップが海外顧客と投資家を早期に確保し、さらにグローバルスケールアップの転換点を設けることが期待される。

中小企业和风险投资部（部长吴英珠，以下简称中小企业和风险投资部） 29日表示，为支持韩国人工智能初创企业的全球扩张，将以拥有世界一流技术需求、资金和人才的美国市场为中心，试行“人工智能专业化全球加速计划”，并选定了共8家企业。
“AI专业化全球加速计划”是通过提供定制化的海外本地加速计划以及本地化商业化、市场验证、网络化所需的全球扩张资金，支持有前景的AI初创企业在海外扩张和成长的项目。作为“全球加速支持项目”的一部分，该项目旨在为初创企业提供按行业和领域定制的海外扩张支持，以反映人工智能企业对本地化支持和海外扩张咨询的强烈需求。
中小企业和初创企业部一直致力于通过 TIPS、1000+ 超级差距初创企业项目、初创企业飞跃计划和 OpenAI 合作项目等各种支持项目来支持人工智能初创企业。特别是韩国代表性创业项目TIPS、Super Gap Startup 1000+项目是AI创业公司的摇篮，所支持的企业取得了荣获CES创新奖、爱迪生奖、工业奖章等国内外奖项，以及成为独角兽企业、在特别技术项目上市、吸引投资等优异成绩。
近日，NotaAI株式会社、Dinoticia株式会社、Upstage株式会社、Twelve Labs株式会社等4家韩国人工智能初创企业入选全球人工智能市场最权威的企业评估机构之一CB Insights的“AI 100 2025”（全球人工智能100强企业），同时还获得了中小企业部“超差距初创企业1000+项目”等重点初创企业扶持政策。
这些成就表明，对人工智能等未来技术的投资要想成功，必须伴随企业的商业成功，而不仅仅是技术的发展。因此，AI初创企业要想取得商业成功，必须进入市场规模、风险投资额等多方面领先、引领全球技术潮流的海外市场。
为此，本事业部与本土加速器及国际企业合作，组织▲AI解决方案验证及推进、▲海外买家及VC匹配、▲产品及服务本地化咨询等定制化项目，为国内AI初创企业进军国际市场提供切实帮助。
8个岗位共有54家企业报名，竞争率高达6.75:1。经过文件和演示评估，最终选出了8家具有创新性和全球增长潜力的人工智能初创企业。
预计该项目将使国内人工智能（AI）初创企业尽早获得海外客户和投资者，并进一步成为全球扩张的转折点。
创业政策部长赵京元表示：“近年来，各国之间的竞争愈发激烈，为了在全球人工智能市场中占据领先地位，提升韩国优秀人工智能初创企业的全球竞争力至关重要。未来，中小企业和风险投资部将积极支持人工智能初创企业的发展，从技术开发（研发）到人才、资金、销售渠道、海外拓展等全方位支持，助力企业发展。”

Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo, ci-après dénommé le ministère des PME et des startups) a annoncé le 29 qu'afin de soutenir l'expansion mondiale des startups nationales d'IA, il piloterait un « programme d'accélération mondial spécialisé en IA » centré sur le marché américain, qui a une demande technologique, des capitaux et des talents de classe mondiale, et a sélectionné un total de 8 entreprises.
Le « Programme d'accélération mondial spécialisé en IA » est un projet qui soutient l'expansion et la croissance à l'étranger de startups d'IA prometteuses en fournissant des programmes d'accélération locaux personnalisés à l'étranger et des fonds d'expansion mondiale nécessaires à la commercialisation locale, à la vérification du marché et à la mise en réseau. Dans le cadre du « Global Acceleration Support Project » qui promeut un soutien personnalisé à l'expansion à l'étranger par secteur et par domaine pour les startups, il a été préparé pour refléter la forte demande des entreprises d'IA en matière de soutien à la localisation et de conseil en expansion à l'étranger.
Le ministère des PME et des startups a travaillé dur pour soutenir les startups d'IA à travers divers projets de soutien tels que TIPS, le projet 1 000+ Ultra-Gap Startup, le Startup Leap Package et le projet de collaboration OpenAI. En particulier, TIPS, le programme de démarrage représentatif de la Corée, et le projet Super Gap Startup 1 000+ sont les berceaux des startups d'IA, et les entreprises soutenues ont obtenu des résultats exceptionnels tels que l'obtention de prix nationaux et internationaux tels que le CES Innovation Award, les Edison Awards et les Industrial Medals, ainsi que le fait de devenir des entreprises licornes, d'être cotées dans le cadre de programmes technologiques spéciaux et d'attirer des investissements.
