에듀테크 스타트업 ㈜다비다가 5월 30일 태국 방콕에서 열린 KOTRA 주관 ‘한-아세안 서비스테크·스마트시티데이’ 전시회에서 인도네시아 주요 기업 3곳과 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.
이번 협약을 통해 다비다는 인도네시아 수마트라와 자바 지역에서 자사의 교육 솔루션인 ‘지니클래스(GENICLASS)’와 ‘지니티처(GENITEACHER)’ 파일럿 프로그램을 6월부터 본격 운영할 예정이다.
다비다는 지난 1년간 인도네시아 현지 기업인 Kompas Gramedia 자회사 Elex Media(EM)와 Sociopreneur Hub Indonesia(SID)와 협력해 왔다. 이번 협약에 따라 다비다는 교육 솔루션을 제공하고, EM은 IT 인프라를 지원하며, SID는 파일럿 프로그램 운영과 관리를 담당한다. 이 파일럿은 현지 교육 환경에 적합한 솔루션 적용 가능성을 검토하고, 향후 대규모 도입 가능성을 탐색하는 것을 목표로 한다.
또한, 다비다는 인도네시아의 교육 기술 기업인 Talenesia와도 MOU를 체결했다. Talenesia는 직업 훈련과 경력 개발 프로그램을 제공하는 업체로, 다비다의 지니티처 솔루션을 활용해 인도네시아 현지 교육 혁신과 인력 역량 강화에 기여할 계획이다.
이번 협약은 다비다의 글로벌 시장 진출 전략의 일환으로, 중동과 동남아시아에서 교육 격차 해소와 학습 혁신을 목표로 진행 중인 지속적인 노력의 결과로 평가된다. 다비다는 AI 기반 맞춤형 학습 지원과 교육 디지털화를 통해 글로벌 교육 시장에서의 경쟁력을 강화하고 있으며, 아세안 시장에서의 성공적인 확장을 추진하고 있다.

Davida Signs Strategic Business Agreements with Three Indonesian Companies
Edtech startup Davida Co., Ltd. signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with three major Indonesian companies at the 'Korea-ASEAN Service Tech and Smart City Day' exhibition hosted by KOTRA held in Bangkok, Thailand on May 30.
Through this agreement, Davida plans to fully operate its educational solutions, ‘GENICLASS’ and ‘GENITEACHER’ pilot programs in Sumatra and Java, Indonesia, starting in June.
For the past year, Davida has been working with local Indonesian companies Kompas Gramedia subsidiary Elex Media (EM) and Sociopreneur Hub Indonesia (SID). Under this agreement, Davida will provide education solutions, EM will support IT infrastructure, and SID will be responsible for operating and managing the pilot program. The pilot aims to examine the feasibility of applying the solution to the local education environment and explore the possibility of large-scale implementation in the future.
In addition, Davida signed an MOU with Talenesia, an Indonesian education technology company that provides vocational training and career development programs. Talenesia plans to utilize Davida’s GeneTeacher solution to contribute to local education innovation and human resource capacity building in Indonesia.
This agreement is part of Davida’s global market entry strategy and is evaluated as a result of ongoing efforts aimed at bridging the education gap and innovating learning in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Davida is strengthening its competitiveness in the global education market through AI-based personalized learning support and education digitalization, and is pursuing successful expansion in the ASEAN market.
Eunseung Lee, CEO of Davida, said, “This MOU signing is an important achievement that proves Davida’s technological prowess and global growth potential,” and added, “We expect Genie Class and Genie Teacher to bring about positive changes in the Indonesian education environment.” Davida plans to continue to lead educational innovation by cooperating with various countries in the future.

Davida signe des accords commerciaux stratégiques avec trois sociétés indonésiennes
La startup Edtech Davida Co., Ltd. a signé un accord commercial stratégique (MOU) avec trois grandes entreprises indonésiennes lors de l'exposition « Korea-ASEAN Service Tech and Smart City Day » organisée par KOTRA à Bangkok, en Thaïlande, le 30 mai.
