서울시가 운영하는 핀테크 창업지원 플랫폼, 서울핀테크랩이 2025년 상반기 신규 입주기업으로 ‘디비디랩(브랜드명: 유저스푼)’을 선정했다. 서울핀테크랩은 여의도 금융 중심지에 위치한 서울시 직영 핀테크 스타트업 육성 거점으로, 금융·IT 기술을 기반으로 한 혁신 기업을 발굴하고, 글로벌 시장 진출과 투자유치, 네트워킹, 공간 등 성장 전반을 아우르는 맞춤형 지원을 제공하고 있다.
이번에 선정된 디비디랩은 AI 기반 UX 리서치 자동화 솔루션을 개발하여 핀테크 기업들이 사용자 경험을 빠르게, 그리고 비용 효율적으로 개선할 수 있도록 지원하는 기업이다. ‘유저스푼’이라는 브랜드명으로 운영되는 이들은 자체 개발한 AI 리서치 에이전트를 통해 설문 설계부터 데이터 분석까지 전 과정을 자동화하고, 일본·베트남·미국 등 글로벌 사용자 피드백 확보가 가능한 리서치 환경을 구축해 국내외 핀테크 기업들로부터 주목받고 있다.

In particular, DBD Lab is suggesting the possibility of linking with fintech services by allowing users to convert the rewards they have earned into small investments or bitcoins through the research participation reward system 'Ujutest'.
