한국보건복지인재원(이하 인재원)은 지난 5월 29일(목), 서울 코엑스에서 열린 ‘홈케어‧재활‧복지 전시회(Reha·Homecare·Welfare 2025)’에서 “인공지능과 함께 변화하는 바이오헬스 산업의 현재와 미래”를 주제로 세미나를 개최했다.
이번 세미나는 디지털 전환이 가속화되고 있는 보건복지 현장에서 AI 기반 기술의 적용 사례와 정책 방향을 조망하고, 바이오헬스 산업에서의 빅데이터 및 인공지능 기술 트렌드를 공유하기 위해 마련됐다.
세미나는 ▲의료‧요양시설의 AI 정책 방향 및 혁신사례, ▲AI·빅데이터 기반 바이오헬스 기술의 발전과 적용 사례를 중심으로 진행되었으며, 산업계‧학계‧현장 전문가들이 참여해 바이오헬스 산업의 미래 발전 가능성과 과제에 대해 심도 있는 논의를 나눴다.
인재원은 본 세미나를 계기로 AI 기반 바이오헬스 전문인력 양성의 필요성을 재확인했으며, 최근 과학기술정보통신부와 정보통신산업진흥원이 주관하는 ‘산업전문인력 AI역량강화 지원사업’에도 참여하여, 한국표준협회, 엘리스그룹과 함께 컨소시엄을 구성하고 실무 중심의 교육 체계를 본격화 한 바 있다.
본 사업은 산업 현장의 수요를 반영한 실무형 AI 교육을 통해 산업계 전반의 디지털 전환을 이끌 전문인력을 육성하는 데 목적이 있다. 특히 보건의료, 바이오헬스 등 다양한 융합 산업에서 AI 기술 수요가 급증하면서 관련 기관들의 참여가 확대된 점이 주목된다.
컨소시엄 3개 기관은 지난 5월 20일, 인재원 오송 본원에서 업무협약(MOU) 체결식 및 사업설명회를 열고 협력 체계를 공식화했다. 이 자리에서는 교육 과정 구성 방안과 참여 대상, 향후 추진 일정 등이 소개됐으며, AI 교육과 바이오헬스 산업 현장 간 연계를 강화하기 위한 전략도 공유됐다.
인재원 배금주 원장은 “AI는 보건의료 산업의 경쟁력을 좌우할 핵심 기술로, 현장의 요구에 부응하는 실무형 인재 양성이 필요하다”며 “이번 사업이 산업계의 디지털 혁신을 가속하는 계기가 되기를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Korea Health and Welfare Human Resources Development Institute Holds Seminar on Leading AI Innovation in Biohealth Industry
On Thursday, May 29, the Korea Human Resources Development Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Human Resources Development Institute) held a seminar on the topic of “The Present and Future of the Biohealth Industry Changing with Artificial Intelligence” at the “Reha·Homecare·Welfare 2025” held at COEX in Seoul.
This seminar was designed to examine application cases and policy directions of AI-based technologies in the health and welfare field where digital transformation is accelerating, and to share big data and artificial intelligence technology trends in the biohealth industry.
The seminar was held with a focus on ▲AI policy direction and innovation cases for medical and nursing facilities, ▲development and application cases of AI and big data-based biohealth technology, and experts from industry, academia, and the field participated and had in-depth discussions on the future development potential and challenges of the biohealth industry.
Through this seminar, Injaewon has reaffirmed the need for fostering AI-based biohealth professionals, and has recently participated in the 'Industrial Professionals AI Capacity Building Support Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, forming a consortium with the Korea Standards Association and Ellis Group to launch a practical-oriented education system.
The purpose of this project is to foster professional manpower who will lead the digital transformation of the entire industry through practical AI education that reflects the needs of the industrial field. In particular, it is noteworthy that the participation of related organizations has expanded as the demand for AI technology in various convergence industries such as healthcare and biohealth has rapidly increased.
The three consortium organizations held a business agreement (MOU) signing ceremony and business briefing session at the Injaewon Osong headquarters on May 20th to formalize the cooperation system. At this event, the curriculum composition plan, target participants, and future schedule were introduced, and strategies for strengthening the link between AI education and the biohealth industry were also shared.
Injaewon CEO Bae Geum-ju said, “AI is a core technology that will determine the competitiveness of the healthcare industry, and it is necessary to foster practical talent that meets the needs of the field,” adding, “I hope this project will serve as an opportunity to accelerate digital innovation in the industry.”

本事業は、産業現場の需要を反映した実務型AI教育を通じて産業界全般のデジタル転換をリードする専門人材を育成することに目的がある。特に保健医療、バイオヘルスなど多様な融合産業でAI技術需要が急増し、関連機関の参加が拡大した点が注目される。
コンソーシアムの3つの機関は5月20日、人材院五松本院で業務協約(MOU)締結式及び事業説明会を開き、協力体系を公式化した。この場では、教育過程構成案と参加対象、今後推進日程などが紹介され、AI教育とバイオヘルス産業現場間の連携を強化するための戦略も共有された。
人材院配金株院長は「AIは保健医療産業の競争力を左右する核心技術で、現場の要求に応える実務型人材養成が必要だ」とし「今回の事業が産業界のデジタル革新を加速するきっかけになることを期待する」と明らかにした。

韩国产业人力开发院（以下简称“产业人力开发院”） 5月29日（周四）在首尔COEX举办的“康复·居家护理·福利2025”上，举办了以“人工智能改变下的生物健康产业的现在与未来”为主题的研讨会。
本次研讨会旨在探讨人工智能技术在数字化转型加速的健康福利领域的应用案例和政策方向，分享生物健康行业的大数据和人工智能技术趋势。
研讨会围绕▲医疗、护理机构的AI政策方向及创新案例、▲基于AI及大数据的生物健康技术开发及应用案例等内容展开，产学研用领域专家学者就生物健康产业未来发展潜力与挑战进行了深入探讨。
通过本次研讨会，仁载院再次确认了培养基于AI的生物健康专业人才的必要性，并于近期参加了由科学技术信息通信部和国家信息通信产业振兴院主办的“产业人才AI能力建设支援项目”，与韩国标准协会、Ellis集团组成联盟，启动以实践为导向的教育体系。
该项目旨在通过反映产业领域需求的实用型AI教育，培养引领整个产业数字化转型的专业人才。尤其值得注意的是，随着医疗、生物健康等各类融合产业对AI技术的需求快速增长，相关机构的参与度也在不断扩大。
5月20日，三家联盟在仁济院五松总部举行了业务协议（MOU）签署仪式及业务说明会，正式确立了合作体系。会上介绍了课程设置方案、目标学员及未来计划，并分享了加强AI教育与生物健康产业之间联系的战略。
仁载院代表裴金柱表示，“AI是决定医疗健康产业竞争力的核心技术，需要培养符合该领域需求的实用型人才”，并表示，“希望本次项目能够成为加速医疗健康产业数字化创新的契机”。

L'Institut coréen de développement des ressources humaines pour la santé et le bien-être organise un séminaire sur l'innovation en matière d'IA dans le secteur de la biosanté.
Le jeudi 29 mai, l'Institut coréen de développement des ressources humaines (ci-après dénommé l'Institut de développement des ressources humaines) a organisé un séminaire sur le thème « Le présent et l'avenir de l'industrie de la biosanté en évolution avec l'intelligence artificielle » lors du « Reha·Homecare·Welfare 2025 » qui s'est tenu au COEX à Séoul.
Ce séminaire a été conçu pour examiner les cas d'application et les orientations politiques des technologies basées sur l'IA dans le domaine de la santé et du bien-être où la transformation numérique s'accélère, et pour partager les tendances technologiques du big data et de l'intelligence artificielle dans l'industrie de la biosanté.
Le séminaire s'est concentré sur ▲l'orientation politique de l'IA et les cas d'innovation pour les établissements médicaux et infirmiers, ▲les cas de développement et d'application de l'IA et de la technologie de biosanté basée sur le big data, et des experts de l'industrie, du monde universitaire et du domaine ont participé et ont eu des discussions approfondies sur le potentiel de développement futur et les défis de l'industrie de la biosanté.
Grâce à ce séminaire, Injaewon a réaffirmé la nécessité de promouvoir les professionnels de la biosanté basés sur l'IA et a récemment participé au « Projet de soutien au renforcement des capacités des professionnels de l'industrie en matière d'IA » organisé par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et l'Agence nationale de promotion de l'industrie informatique, formant un consortium avec la Korea Standards Association et Ellis Group pour lancer un système éducatif axé sur la pratique.
L'objectif de ce projet est de former des professionnels capables de mener la transformation numérique de l'ensemble du secteur grâce à une formation pratique en IA adaptée aux besoins du secteur industriel. Il convient de noter que la participation des organisations concernées s'est accrue face à la forte croissance de la demande en technologies d'IA dans divers secteurs convergents tels que la santé et la biosanté.
Les trois organisations du consortium ont organisé une cérémonie de signature d'accords commerciaux et une séance d'information au siège d'Injaewon Osong le 20 mai afin d'officialiser leur coopération. Lors de cet événement, le plan de composition du programme, les participants ciblés et le calendrier futur ont été présentés, ainsi que des stratégies visant à renforcer les liens entre l'enseignement de l'IA et le secteur de la biosanté.
Bae Geum-ju, PDG d'Injaewon, a déclaré : « L'IA est une technologie fondamentale qui déterminera la compétitivité du secteur de la santé, et il est nécessaire de favoriser les talents pratiques qui répondent aux besoins du domaine », ajoutant : « J'espère que ce projet servira d'opportunité pour accélérer l'innovation numérique dans le secteur. »
