소셜 스타트업 키뮤스튜디오가 ‘하나금융그룹과 함께하는 장애인 취업교육 지원사업’의 수행기관으로 선정됐다고 9일 밝혔다. 해당 사업은 한국장애인재단이 주관하고 하나금융그룹이 후원하는 프로그램으로, 장애인의 고용 기회 확대와 역량 강화를 목표로 한다.
키뮤스튜디오는 이번 사업을 통해 ‘AI 기반 아트워크 디자이너 고용모델’을 도입한다. 이 모델은 발달장애인을 대상으로 생성형 인공지능(AI)을 활용한 디지털 디자인 교육을 제공하고, 이를 기반으로 디자인 직무 역량을 강화해 실질적인 고용으로 연계하는 것을 목표로 한다. 교육 과정에는 맞춤형 이론 및 실습뿐 아니라 기업 연계를 통한 인턴십 기회도 포함된다.
이번 프로그램은 발달장애인의 디지털 역량을 향상시키고 지속 가능한 일자리 창출을 도모하는 취지로 기획됐다. 키뮤스튜디오는 커리어 클래스를 운영해 참가자들이 실제 업무에 필요한 기술을 익히고 현장 경험을 쌓을 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.

Social startup Keymust Studio announced on the 9th that it had been selected as the implementing agency for the 'Hana Financial Group-sponsored Employment Education Support Project for the Disabled'. The project is a program hosted by the Korea Disabled People's Foundation and sponsored by Hana Financial Group, and aims to expand employment opportunities and strengthen the capabilities of the disabled.
Through this project, KIMUSTUDE will introduce an ‘AI-based artwork designer employment model.’ This model aims to provide digital design education using generative artificial intelligence (AI) to people with developmental disabilities, and to strengthen design job capabilities based on this and link them to actual employment. The curriculum includes customized theory and practice as well as internship opportunities through corporate connections.
This program was designed to improve the digital capabilities of people with developmental disabilities and to create sustainable jobs. Kimu Studio plans to operate career classes to support participants to acquire the skills necessary for actual work and gain field experience.
Nam Jang-won, CEO of Kimus Studio, said, “Design education utilizing AI technology can be of real help in expanding the capabilities of designers with developmental disabilities and increasing their professional potential,” adding, “Through this project, we will strive to provide both practical experience and employment opportunities.”

キミュースタジオは今回の事業を通じて「AIベースのアートワークデザイナー雇用モデル」を導入する。このモデルは発達障害者を対象に生成型人工知能（AI）を活用したデジタルデザイン教育を提供し、これを基にデザイン職務能力を強化し、実質的な雇用に連携することを目指す。トレーニングコースには、カスタマイズされた理論と実践だけでなく、企業連携によるインターンシップの機会も含まれます。
今回のプログラムは発達障害者のデジタル力量を向上させ、持続可能な雇用創出を図る趣旨で企画された。キミュースタジオはキャリアクラスを運営して参加者が実際の業務に必要なスキルを身につけ、現場経験を積むことができるように支援する計画だ。

La start-up sociale Keymust Studio a annoncé le 9 janvier avoir été sélectionnée comme agence de mise en œuvre du « Projet de soutien à l'emploi et à l'éducation pour les personnes handicapées » parrainé par Hana Financial Group. Ce projet, organisé par la Fondation coréenne pour les personnes handicapées et parrainé par Hana Financial Group, vise à élargir les possibilités d'emploi et à renforcer les capacités des personnes handicapées.
Grâce à ce projet, KIMUSTUDE introduira un modèle d'emploi pour les concepteurs d'œuvres d'art basé sur l'IA. Ce modèle vise à dispenser une formation en design numérique utilisant l'intelligence artificielle générative (IA) aux personnes présentant des troubles du développement, à renforcer leurs compétences professionnelles en design et à les associer à un emploi réel. Le programme comprend des cours théoriques et pratiques personnalisés, ainsi que des opportunités de stage en entreprise.
Ce programme a été conçu pour améliorer les compétences numériques des personnes en situation de handicap mental et créer des emplois durables.
