법무법인 디엘지가 동반성장위원회가 주관하는 ‘ESG 수행기관 Pool’에 공식 선정됐다. 이번 Pool에는 디엘지를 포함한 총 28개 전문기관이 참여한다.
ESG 수행기관 Pool은 중소기업의 ESG(환경·사회·지배구조) 역량 강화를 위한 동반성장위원회의 지원사업 일환으로, 실질적이고 현장 중심의 ESG 컨설팅을 제공할 수 있는 전문기관을 대상으로 구성된다. 동반성장위원회는 ESG 관련 규제와 시장 변화에 대응할 수 있도록 중소기업을 대상으로 다양한 ESG 심화 지원사업을 추진 중이다.
디엘지는 이번 선정을 통해 중소기업을 대상으로 ESG 진단, 맞춤형 컨설팅, 정책 자문 등의 서비스를 제공할 예정이다. 특히 ESG지속가능센터를 중심으로 EU의 기업 지속가능성 실사 지침(CSDDD), 탄소국경조정제도(CBAM), 산업안전 관리, 그린워싱 예방 등 글로벌 법률·비즈니스 과제에 대응 가능한 역량을 갖추고 있다고 밝혔다.
이와 함께 디엘지는 ESG 분야 전문성을 강화하기 위해 김민석, 김혜연, 안영석, 유승권, 이평휘 등 외부 전문가를 전문위원으로 위촉했다. 아울러, 환경 전문위원이 소속된 탄소경영 솔루션 기업 하나루프와 전략적 협약을 체결해 탄소중립과 탄소국경조정제도 등 글로벌 ESG 이슈에 대한 대응력을 강화했다.
진양희 ESG지속가능센터 연구소장은 “기업의 ESG 경영이 선언적 차원을 넘어 실제 공급망과 정보공시 등 실무적 이슈로 전환되고 있다”며, “디엘지는 중소기업이 ESG 경영을 내재화하고 글로벌 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있도록 실효성 있는 지원을 이어갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.

DLG Law Firm Selected as ESG Performance Agency Pool
DLG Law Firm has been officially selected for the 'ESG Performance Organization Pool' hosted by the Joint Growth Committee. A total of 28 specialized organizations, including DLG, are participating in this pool.
The ESG Performance Agency Pool is comprised of specialized agencies that can provide practical and field-oriented ESG consulting as part of the Joint Growth Committee’s support project to strengthen the ESG (environment, society, and governance) capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises. The Joint Growth Committee is currently promoting various ESG in-depth support projects for small and medium-sized enterprises to enable them to respond to ESG-related regulations and market changes.
Through this selection, DLG plans to provide services such as ESG diagnosis, customized consulting, and policy advice to small and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, it announced that it has the capacity to respond to global legal and business issues such as the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), industrial safety management, and greenwashing prevention, centered around the ESG Sustainability Center.
In addition, DLG appointed external experts such as Kim Min-seok, Kim Hye-yeon, Ahn Young-seok, Yoo Seung-kwon, and Lee Pyeong-hui as expert members to strengthen its expertise in the ESG field. In addition, it signed a strategic agreement with Hanaloop, a carbon management solution company to which environmental experts belong, to strengthen its response to global ESG issues such as carbon neutrality and the carbon border adjustment system.
Jin Yang-hee, director of the ESG Sustainability Center Research Institute, said, “ESG management of companies is moving beyond the declarative level to practical issues such as actual supply chains and information disclosure,” and added, “DLG will continue to provide effective support so that small and medium-sized enterprises can internalize ESG management and secure global competitiveness.”

法務法人ディエルジが同伴成長委員会が主管する「ESG遂行機関Pool」に公式選定された。今回のPoolにはディエルを含む計28の専門機関が参加する。
ESG遂行機関Poolは、中小企業のESG（環境・社会・支配構造）力量強化のための同伴成長委員会の支援事業の一環で、実質的に現場中心のESGコンサルティングを提供できる専門機関を対象に構成される。同伴成長委員会は、ESG関連の規制と市場の変化に対応できるよう、中小企業を対象に様々なESG深化支援事業を推進している。
ディエルジは今回の選定を通じて中小企業を対象にESG診断、カスタマイズされたコンサルティング、政策諮問などのサービスを提供する予定だ。特にESG持続可能センターを中心に、EUの企業持続可能性実写指針(CSDDD)、炭素国境調整制度(CBAM)、産業安全管理、グリーンウォッシュ予防などグローバル法律・ビジネス課題に対応可能な力量を備えていると明らかにした。
これと共にディエルジはESG分野の専門性を強化するためにキム・ミンソク、キム・ヘヨン、アン・ヨンソク、ユ・スンクォン、イ・ピョンフィなど外部専門家を専門委員に委嘱した。また、環境専門委員が所属する炭素経営ソリューション企業ハナループと戦略的協約を締結し、炭素中立や炭素国境調整制度など、グローバルESG課題に対する対応力を強化した。
ジンヤンヒESG持続可能センター研究所長は「企業のESG経営が宣言的次元を超えて実際のサプライチェーンや情報開示など実務的課題に転換されている」とし、「ディエルジは中小企業がESG経営を内在化してグローバル競争力を確保できるように実効性のある支援を続けていく」と明らかにした。

DLG律师事务所已正式入选由联合发展委员会主办的“ESG绩效组织库”。包括DLG在内的共有28家专业组织参与了此次库选。
ESG绩效代理机构库是由能够提供实用且面向现场的ESG咨询的专业机构组成的机构，是联合发展委员会为加强中小企业ESG（环境、社会、治理）能力而开展的支援项目的一部分。目前，联合发展委员会正在推进各种面向中小企业的ESG深度支援项目，以帮助其应对ESG相关法规和市场变化。
通过此次入选，DLG计划为中小企业提供ESG诊断、定制咨询和政策建议等服务。尤其值得一提的是，DLG宣布其已具备以ESG可持续发展中心为核心，应对欧盟企业可持续发展尽职调查指令（CSDDD）、碳边境调整机制（CBAM）、产业安全管理、防止漂绿等全球法律和商业问题的能力。
此外，DLG还聘用了金敏硕、金惠妍、安永硕、刘承权、李平姬等外部专家作为专家成员，加强了ESG领域的专业性。此外，DLG还与拥有环境专家的碳管理解决方案公司Hanaloop签署了战略协议，加强了对碳中和、碳边界调整制度等全球ESG问题的应对。
ESG可持续发展中心研究所所长陈洋熙表示，“企业的ESG管理已从宣言层面向实际的供应链、信息公开等实际问题迈进”，并补充道，“DLG将继续提供有效的支持，使中小企业能够内部化ESG管理，确保全球竞争力”。

Le cabinet d'avocats DLG sélectionné comme agence de performance ESG
Le cabinet d'avocats DLG a été officiellement sélectionné pour intégrer le « Groupe d'organisations performantes ESG » organisé par le Comité conjoint de croissance. Au total, 28 organisations spécialisées, dont DLG, participent à ce groupe.
Le pool d'agences de performance ESG est composé d'agences spécialisées capables de fournir des conseils ESG pratiques et concrets dans le cadre du projet de soutien du Comité conjoint de croissance visant à renforcer les compétences ESG (environnement, société et gouvernance) des PME. Le Comité conjoint de croissance promeut actuellement divers projets de soutien approfondi aux PME afin de les aider à s'adapter aux réglementations ESG et aux évolutions du marché.
Grâce à cette sélection, DLG prévoit de fournir des services tels que le diagnostic ESG, le conseil personnalisé et le conseil stratégique aux PME. Elle a notamment annoncé sa capacité à répondre aux enjeux juridiques et commerciaux mondiaux tels que la directive européenne sur le devoir de diligence en matière de développement durable des entreprises (CDDD), le mécanisme d'ajustement carbone aux frontières (MACF), la gestion de la sécurité industrielle et la prévention du greenwashing, autour du Centre de développement durable ESG.
Par ailleurs, DLG a nommé des experts externes tels que Kim Min-seok, Kim Hye-yeon, Ahn Young-seok, Yoo Seung-kwon et Lee Pyeong-hui comme membres experts afin de renforcer son expertise dans le domaine ESG.
