토마토시스템은 온앤온정보시스템, 플로우컨트롤, 칠로엔, 메타빌드 등 5개 기업과 ‘SW+AI 융합 혁신기업 연합’ 결성을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 12일 밝혔다.
메타빌드 제2사옥 4층 AI, CLOUD, DATA 연계플랫폼 평생교육원에서 진행된 이번 협약은 AI와 클라우드 기반의 기술 혁신을 통해, 변화하는 시장에 능동적으로 대응하고 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 창출하기 위한 전략적 동맹이다.
참여 기업들은 기획부터 개발, 배포, 운영에 이르는 전 과정에 AI를 접목한 ‘AI 융합형 데브옵스(DevOps) 체계’를 공동 구축 중이다. 각 사는 고유한 기술 역량을 바탕으로 역할을 나눠, 온앤온정보시스템은 백엔드 코드 자동 생성, 토마토시스템은 UI 자동 생성, 메타빌드는 연계 및 테스트 데이터 자동 생성, 플로우컨트롤은 프로세스 모델링과 실무자 지원 기능, 칠로엔은 AI 뮤직서비스를 맡고 있다.
현재 이들 기업들은 사회보장정보원이 추진하는 ‘AI 통합플랫폼 구축 사업’에도 공동으로 참여하고 있으며, 생성형 AI 기술과 각 사의 핵심 역량을 결합해 프로젝트를 협력 수행하고 있다.
연합은 앞으로도 ▲AI 신기술 정보 공유 ▲공동 R&D 및 신규 서비스 발굴 ▲공동 마케팅 및 수주 활동 ▲세미나·워크숍 등 인적 교류 ▲정기적 정보교류 및 자원 공유 등을 통해 지속 가능한 성장 기반을 마련해 나갈 계획이다.
토마토시스템 이상돈 대표이사는 “생성형 AI의 도입은 단순한 생산성 향상을 넘어서 SI사업의 본질을 변화시키고, 새로운 시장 기회를 열어가고 있다”며 “이번 업무협약은 각 사가 보유한 기술력과 비전을 결합해 실질적인 시너지를 창출할 수 있는 전략적 파트너십의 출발점”이라고 강조했다.
이어 “AI 기반의 혁신 기술을 바탕으로 공동 시장 확대와 지속 가능한 성장을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Tomato System, Signing Business Agreement for 'AI Technology Innovation and Market Expansion'
Tomato System announced on the 12th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with five companies, including On & On Information System, Flow Control, Chiloen, and Metabuild, to form a 'SW+AI Convergence Innovation Company Alliance'.
This agreement, which took place at the AI, CLOUD, DATA Linkage Platform Lifelong Education Center on the 4th floor of Metabuild's 2nd building, is a strategic alliance to proactively respond to the changing market and create new business opportunities through AI and cloud-based technological innovation.
The participating companies are jointly building an 'AI-integrated DevOps system' that integrates AI into the entire process from planning to development, distribution, and operation. Each company is dividing roles based on its unique technical capabilities: On & On Information System is in charge of automatic backend code generation, Tomato System is in charge of automatic UI generation, Meta Build is in charge of automatic linkage and test data generation, Flow Control is in charge of process modeling and practitioner support functions, and Chiloen is in charge of AI music service.
Currently, these companies are jointly participating in the 'AI Integrated Platform Construction Project' promoted by the Social Security Information Service, and are collaborating on the project by combining generative AI technology with each company's core capabilities.
The alliance plans to continue to establish a foundation for sustainable growth through ▲sharing information on new AI technologies, ▲joint R&D and discovery of new services, ▲joint marketing and order-taking activities, ▲personal exchanges such as seminars and workshops, ▲regular information exchange and resource sharing, etc.
Tomato System CEO Lee Sang-don emphasized, “The introduction of generative AI goes beyond simple productivity improvements to change the nature of SI business and open up new market opportunities,” and “This business agreement is the starting point of a strategic partnership that can create real synergy by combining the technologies and visions of each company.”
He continued, “We will do our best to expand the joint market and achieve sustainable growth based on AI-based innovative technology.”

Tomato System a annoncé le 12 avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec cinq entreprises, dont On & On Information System, Flow Control, Chiloen et Metabuild, pour former une « SW+AI Convergence Innovation Company Alliance ».
Cet accord, qui a eu lieu au centre de formation continue AI, CLOUD, DATA Linkage Platform au 4e étage du 2e bâtiment de Metabuild, est une alliance stratégique pour répondre de manière proactive à l'évolution du marché et créer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales grâce à l'IA et à l'innovation technologique basée sur le cloud.
Les entreprises participantes construisent conjointement un système DevOps intégrant l'IA à l'ensemble du processus, de la planification au développement, en passant par la distribution et l'exploitation. Chaque entreprise répartit les rôles en fonction de ses compétences techniques : On & On Information System est responsable de la génération automatique du code backend, Tomato System de la génération automatique de l'interface utilisateur, Meta Build de la génération automatique des liens et des données de test, Flow Control de la modélisation des processus et du support aux praticiens, et Chiloen du service musical basé sur l'IA.
Actuellement, ces entreprises participent conjointement au « Projet de construction d'une plateforme intégrée d'IA » promu par le Service d'information de la sécurité sociale et collaborent au projet en combinant la technologie d'IA générative avec les capacités de base de chaque entreprise.
L'alliance prévoit de continuer à établir les bases d'une croissance durable grâce au partage d'informations sur les nouvelles technologies d'IA, à la R&D conjointe et à la découverte de nouveaux services, aux activités conjointes de marketing et de prise de commandes, aux échanges personnels tels que des séminaires et des ateliers, à l'échange régulier d'informations et au partage de ressources, etc.
