한국과학기술연구원(KIST) 홍릉강소특구사업단(이하 홍릉특구)은 포스트팁스(Post-TIPS) 사업의 일환으로 지난 6월 9일 서울 스타트업 브랜치에서 ‘제1회 CEO 세미나 및 네트워킹’을 개최했다고 12일 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 포스트팁스에 선정된 스타트업을 대상으로, 기술기반 기업의 성장 전략과 실질적인 스케일업 방안을 공유하기 위해 마련됐다. 주요 프로그램으로는 기술특례상장(IPO) 및 인수합병(M&A) 분야의 실제 사례 발표와 함께 업계 전문가 간 네트워킹이 진행됐다.
발표 세션에서는 ㈜바이트 김현준 대표이사(前 ㈜뷰노 공동창업자)가 기술특례상장을 활용한 IPO 추진 사례를 소개했으며, 사단법인 도전과 나눔 이금룡 이사장이 과거 옥션 M&A 경험을 공유하며 기업 성장 전략 수립에 참고할 수 있는 실무적인 인사이트를 제공했다.
홍릉특구는 포스트팁스 사업을 통해 초기 R&D 성공 이후의 후속 성장을 지원하고 있으며, 투자 유치, 글로벌 진출, 사업화 역량 강화 등에 중점을 두고 있다. 2023년에는 포스트팁스 참여 기업인 모빌린트가 20억 원, 지브레인이 45억 원 규모의 투자 유치에 성공하는 등 가시적인 성과를 거둔 바 있다.
또한, 일본의 벤처캐피탈인 SBI인베스트먼트 및 글로벌 브레인과의 협업을 통해 해외 투자자와의 연결 기반을 마련하며 글로벌 네트워크 확장에도 박차를 가하고 있다.

Hongneung Gangso Special Zone Business Group Holds 1st CEO Seminar and Networking
The Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) Hongneung Special Zone Business Group (hereinafter referred to as Hongneung Special Zone) announced on the 12th that it held the '1st CEO Seminar and Networking' at Seoul Startup Branch on June 9th as part of the Post-TIPS project.
This event was designed to share growth strategies and practical scale-up plans for technology-based companies with startups selected by PostTips. The main program included presentations of real-life cases in the fields of technology-specific IPOs and M&A, along with networking among industry experts.
In the presentation session, CEO Hyun-Jun Kim of Byte Co., Ltd. (former co-founder of Viewno Co., Ltd.) introduced a case of IPO promotion using technology-specific listing, and Chairman Geum-Ryong Lee of the Challenge and Sharing Association shared his past experience with auction M&A, providing practical insights that can be referenced in establishing corporate growth strategies.
Hongneung Special Zone supports subsequent growth after initial R&D success through the PostTips project, and focuses on attracting investment, global expansion, and strengthening commercialization capabilities. In 2023, Mobilint, a PostTips participating company, and Jibrain successfully attracted 2 billion won in investment, achieving visible results.
In addition, we are accelerating the expansion of our global network by establishing a foundation for connections with overseas investors through collaboration with Japanese venture capital firms SBI Investment and Global Brain.
Lim Hwan, head of the Hongneung Special Zone Business Group, said, “This event was an opportunity to provide practical help to technology startups with growth potential in preparing for strategic turning points such as IPOs and M&As,” and added, “We will continue to actively utilize the Hongneung Special Zone’s network and support infrastructure to contribute to the qualitative growth of the startup ecosystem.”

洪陵特区はポストチップス事業を通じて初期R&D成功以後の後続成長を支援しており、投資誘致、グローバル進出、事業化力量強化などに重点を置いている。 2023年にはポストチップス参加企業のモビリントが20億ウォン、ジブレインが45億ウォン規模の投資誘致に成功するなど可視的な成果を収めた。
また、日本のベンチャーキャピタルであるSBIインベストメントおよびグローバルブレインとのコラボレーションを通じて海外投資家との接続基盤を設け、グローバルネットワークの拡大にも拍車をかけている。

在发表会上，Byte株式会社代表金铉准（原Viewno株式会社共同创始人）介绍了利用技术型上市推进IPO的案例，挑战分享协会会长李金龙分享了其过去的拍卖并购经验，提供了在制定企业成长战略时可以参考的实用见解。
洪陵特区通过PostTips项目，支持初期研发成功后的后续发展，并致力于吸引投资、全球扩张和加强商业化能力。2023年，PostTips参与公司Mobilint和Jibrain成功吸引20亿韩元投资，取得了显著成果。
此外，我们还通过与日本风险投资公司SBI Investment和Global Brain的合作，建立与海外投资者的联系基础，加速扩大全球网络。

Le groupe d'affaires de la zone spéciale de Hongneung de l'Institut coréen des sciences et technologies (KIST) (ci-après dénommé zone spéciale de Hongneung) a annoncé le 12 qu'il avait organisé le « 1er séminaire et réseautage des PDG » à la branche des startups de Séoul le 9 juin dans le cadre du projet Post-TIPS.
Cet événement a été conçu pour partager des stratégies de croissance et des plans concrets de développement pour les entreprises technologiques avec des startups sélectionnées par PostTips. Le programme principal comprenait des présentations de cas concrets d'introductions en bourse et de fusions-acquisitions dans le secteur technologique, ainsi que des échanges avec des experts du secteur.
Lors de la séance de présentation, le PDG Hyun-Jun Kim de Byte Co., Ltd. (ancien cofondateur de Viewno Co., Ltd.) a présenté un cas de promotion d'introduction en bourse utilisant une cotation spécifique à la technologie, et le président Geum-Ryong Lee de la Challenge and Sharing Association a partagé son expérience passée en matière de fusions et acquisitions aux enchères, fournissant des informations pratiques qui peuvent être référencées dans l'établissement de stratégies de croissance d'entreprise.
La zone spéciale de Hongneung soutient la croissance ultérieure après le succès initial de la R&D grâce au projet PostTips et se concentre sur l'attraction d'investissements, l'expansion internationale et le renforcement des capacités de commercialisation. En 2023, Mobilint, entreprise participante à PostTips, et Jibrain ont réussi à attirer 2 milliards de wons d'investissement, obtenant des résultats visibles.
