– IPO 및 M&A 우수 사례 공유 통해 포스트팁스 기업 스케일업 지원
포스트팁스 사업 주관기관인 KIST 홍릉강소특구사업단(이하 홍릉특구)이 2024 포스트팁스 사업 일환으로 지난 9일 서울 스타트업 브랜치에서 ‘제1회 CEO세미나 및 네트워킹’을 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 포스트팁스에 선정된 스타트업들의 성장 역량 강화 지원을 위해 마련되었으며, 기술 특례상장(IPO) 및 M&A 분야의 우수 사례 공유와 업계 전문가 네트워킹을 통해 실질적인 스케일업 방안을 제시했다.
행사에서는 ▲㈜바이트 김현준 대표이사(前 ㈜뷰노 공동창업자)가 기술특례상장을 통한 IPO 추진 사례를 ▲사단법인 도전과 나눔 이금룡 이사장이 옥션 M&A 성공 사례를 각각 발표해 실제 기업 성장 과정에서의 경험과 전략을 공유하는 시간을 가졌다.
홍릉특구사업단은 포스트팁스 사업을 통해 그간 투자 유치 및 글로벌 네트워크 구축을 중점적으로 지원해 왔다. 2023년도에는 모빌린트가 20억, 지브레인이 45억원의 투자 유치에 성공하는 성과를 냈다. 또한, 일본 현지 선도 벤처캐피탈인 SBI인베스트먼트와 글로벌 블레인과의 협력을 통해 글로벌 네트워킹 인프라를 구축해 일본 투자자와의 해외 투자 유치 기반을 마련했다.

Hongneung Gangso Special Zone Business Group, Successfully Held the '1st CEO Seminar and Networking' for Post Tips Companies in 2024
– Supporting Posttips companies to scale up through sharing of best practices in IPO and M&A
KIST Hongneung Special Zone Business Group (hereinafter referred to as Hongneung Special Zone), the organization hosting the PostTips project, announced that it successfully held the '1st CEO Seminar and Networking' at Seoul Startup Branch on the 9th as part of the 2024 PostTips project.
This event was designed to support the growth capacity of startups selected by PostTips, and presented practical scale-up plans through sharing best practices in the fields of technology-specific IPOs and M&A and networking with industry experts.
At the event, ▲Byte CEO Kim Hyun-jun (former co-founder of Viewno) presented an IPO case through a technology-specific listing, and ▲Chairman Lee Geum-ryong of the Challenge and Sharing Association presented a successful M&A case through Auction, sharing experiences and strategies from actual corporate growth processes.
The Hongneung Special Zone Business Group has focused on attracting investment and building a global network through the Post Tips business. In 2023, Mobilint successfully attracted 2 billion won in investment, and Jibrain successfully attracted 4.5 billion won. In addition, through cooperation with SBI Investment, a leading local venture capital in Japan, and Global Blain, a global networking infrastructure was built, laying the foundation for attracting overseas investment with Japanese investors.

ポストチップス事業主管機関であるＫＩＳＴ洪陵江蘇特区事業団（以下、紅陵特区）が２０２４ポストチップス事業の一環として、９日、ソウルスタートアップブランチで「第１回ＣＥＯセミナーおよびネットワーキング」を成功的に開催したと明らかにした。
今回のイベントはポストチップスに選ばれたスタートアップの成長能力強化支援のために設けられ、技術特例上場（IPO）およびM&A分野の優秀事例共有と業界専門家ネットワーキングを通じて実質的なスケールアップ案を提示した。
イベントでは、▲㈱バイトのキム・ヒョンジュン代表取締役(前㈱ビューノ共同創業者)が技術特例上場を通じたIPO推進事例を▲社団法人挑戦と分かち合い、イ・グンリョン理事長がオークションM&A成功事例をそれぞれ発表し、実際の企業成長過程での経験と戦略を共有する時間を行った。
洪陵特区事業団はポストチップス事業を通じてこれまで投資誘致及びグローバルネットワーク構築を重点的に支援してきた。 2023年度にはモビリントが20億、ジブレインが45億ウォンの投資誘致に成功する成果を出した。また、日本現地の先導ベンチャーキャピタルであるSBIインベストメントとグローバルブレインとの協力を通じてグローバルネットワーキングインフラを構築し、日本投資家との海外投資誘致基盤を設けた。

PostTips项目的主办机构KIST洪陵特区事业团（以下简称洪陵特区）表示，作为2024年PostTips项目的一环，9日在首尔创业支部成功举办了“第1届CEO研讨会及交流会”。
本次活动旨在支持PostTips选定的初创企业的成长能力，并通过分享技术型IPO和M&A领域的最佳实践以及与行业专家建立联系，提出切实可行的扩大规模计划。
活动上，▲Byte代表金铉准（前Viewno共同创始人）通过技术专项上市发表了IPO案例，▲挑战分享协会会长李金龙通过拍卖发表了成功的M&A案例，分享了实际企业成长过程中的经验和策略。
洪陵特区事业集团通过Post Tips事业，致力于招商引资和构建全球网络。2023年，Mobilint成功吸引20亿韩元投资，Jibrain成功吸引45亿韩元投资。此外，通过与日本本土领先的风险投资公司SBI Investment和Global Blain的合作，构建了全球网络基础设施，为与日本投资者共同吸引海外投资奠定了基础。

Le groupe d'affaires KIST Hongneung Special Zone (ci-après dénommé Hongneung Special Zone), l'organisation hébergeant le projet PostTips, a annoncé avoir organisé avec succès le « 1er séminaire et réseautage des PDG » à la branche des startups de Séoul le 9 dans le cadre du projet PostTips 2024.
Cet événement a été conçu pour soutenir la capacité de croissance des startups sélectionnées par PostTips et a présenté des plans de mise à l'échelle pratiques en partageant les meilleures pratiques dans les domaines des introductions en bourse et des fusions et acquisitions spécifiques à la technologie et en réseautant avec des experts du secteur.
Lors de l'événement, le PDG de ▲Byte, Kim Hyun-jun (ancien cofondateur de Viewno), a présenté un cas d'introduction en bourse via une cotation spécifique à la technologie, et le président de ▲The Challenge and Sharing Association, Lee Geum-ryong, a présenté un cas de fusion et acquisition réussi via une vente aux enchères, partageant des expériences et des stratégies issues de processus de croissance d'entreprise réels.
Le groupe d'entreprises de la zone spéciale de Hongneung s'est concentré sur l'attraction d'investissements et la constitution d'un réseau mondial grâce à l'activité Post Tips. En 2023, Mobilint a réussi à attirer 2 milliards de wons d'investissements et Jibrain 4,5 milliards de wons. De plus, grâce à la coopération avec SBI Investment, un leader local du capital-risque au Japon, et Global Blain, une infrastructure de réseau mondial a été mise en place, posant les bases pour attirer des investissements étrangers auprès d'investisseurs japonais.
Lim Hwan, directeur du groupe d'affaires de la zone spéciale de Hongneung Gangseo, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet événement, nous continuerons à fournir un soutien généreux afin que les entreprises sélectionnées par Posttips et dotées de technologies nationales prometteuses puissent établir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance spécifiques telles que les introductions en bourse et les fusions et acquisitions », et « Nous continuerons à utiliser activement le réseau et l'infrastructure de la zone spéciale de Hongneung Gangseo pour contribuer à la croissance pratique de l'écosystème des startups. »
