국내 교육 및 평가 전문 기관인 YBM 산하 한국TOEIC위원회는 경상국립대학교와 글로벌 역량을 갖춘 인재 양성을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약식은 6월 12일 경상남도 진주에 위치한 경상국립대학교 가좌캠퍼스 중앙도서관에서 개최되었으며, YBM 한국TOEIC위원회 김희준 본부장과 경상국립대학교 오재신 국제처장을 비롯한 양측 관계자들이 참석했다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 상호 보유한 교육 자원과 인프라를 공유하고, 학생들의 글로벌 역량 강화를 위한 다양한 지원 방안을 공동으로 모색할 계획이다.
YBM 한국TOEIC위원회는 2024년부터 경상국립대학교 재학생을 대상으로 ‘글로벌리더 지원 프로그램’을 운영하고 있으며, TOEIC Speaking 시험 응시료 할인 혜택을 제공 중이다. 이번 협약을 계기로 TOEIC 정기시험에 대해서도 10%의 상시 할인 혜택이 추가로 적용될 예정이다. 또한, 현재 경상국립대 내에서 운영 중인 TOEIC Speaking 공인시험센터의 확대 운영을 통해 시험 환경 개선도 추진된다.
경상국립대학교는 TOEIC 및 TOEIC Speaking 시험을 교내 해외파견 프로그램, 어학 장학금, 교환학생 선발, 졸업 인증요건 등 다양한 제도에 활용하고 있으며, 양 기관은 향후 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 인재 양성을 위한 협력을 지속적으로 강화해 나갈 방침이다.
한국TOEIC위원회 김희준 본부장은 “이번 협약을 통해 학생들의 외국어 역량 강화는 물론, 실질적인 취업 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Korea TOEIC Committee signs business agreement with Gyeongsang National University
The Korea TOEIC Committee, a domestic education and assessment specialized organization under YBM, announced that it signed a business agreement with Gyeongsang National University to foster talent with global capabilities.
This agreement signing ceremony was held on June 12th at the Central Library of Gyeongsang National University’s Gajwa Campus in Jinju, Gyeongsangnam-do, and was attended by YBM Korea TOEIC Committee Director Kim Hee-jun, Gyeongsang National University’s International Affairs Director Oh Jae-shin, and other officials from both sides.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to share each other's educational resources and infrastructure and jointly seek various support measures to strengthen students' global capabilities.
The YBM Korea TOEIC Committee has been operating the 'Global Leader Support Program' for students of Gyeongsang National University since 2024, and is currently providing a discount on the TOEIC Speaking test fee. With this agreement, an additional 10% discount will be applied to regular TOEIC tests. In addition, the TOEIC Speaking authorized test center currently in operation at Gyeongsang National University will be expanded to improve the test environment.
Kyung Sang National University uses the TOEIC and TOEIC Speaking tests in various systems, including the university’s overseas dispatch program, language scholarships, exchange student selection, and graduation certification requirements. The two institutions plan to continue to strengthen their cooperation in the future to foster talents with global competitiveness.
Kim Hee-jun, head of the Korea TOEIC Committee, said, “Through this agreement, we will actively support students to not only enhance their foreign language skills, but also contribute to improving their practical employment competitiveness.”

韓国TOEIC委員会、慶尚国立大学と業務協約締結
国内教育および評価専門機関であるYBM傘下の韓国TOEIC委員会は、慶尚国立大学とグローバル能力を備えた人材養成のための業務協約を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の協約式は6月12日、慶尚南道真珠に位置する慶尚国立大学ガソリンキャンパス中央図書館で開催され、YBM韓国TOEIC委員会のキム・ヒジュン本部長と慶尚国立大学オ・ジェシン国際処長をはじめとする両側関係者が参加した。
両機関は今回の協約を通じて相互保有した教育資源とインフラを共有し、学生たちのグローバル能力強化のための多様な支援方案を共同で模索する計画だ。
YBM韓国TOEIC委員会は2024年から慶尚国立大学在学生を対象に「グローバルリーダー支援プログラム」を運営しており、TOEIC Speaking試験受験料割引特典を提供中だ。今回の条約をきっかけに、TOEIC定期試験についても10％の常時割引特典が追加適用される予定だ。また、現在慶尚国立大学内で運営されているTOEIC Speaking認定試験センターの拡大運営を通じて、試験環境の改善も推進される。
慶尚国立大学はTOEICおよびTOEIC Speaking試験を校内海外派遣プログラム、語学奨学金、交換学生選抜、卒業認証要件など多様な制度に活用しており、両機関は今後のグローバル競争力を備えた人材養成のための協力を継続的に強化していく方針だ。
韓国TOEIC委員会のキム・ヒジュン本部長は「今回の条約を通じて学生たちの外国語能力の強化はもちろん、実質的な就職競争力の向上に寄与できるように積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。

韩国托业委员会与庆尚国立大学签署业务协议
YBM 旗下的国内教育和评估专业组织韩国托业委员会宣布，它与庆尚国立大学签署了一项业务协议，以培养具有全球能力的人才。
此次签约仪式于6月12日在庆尚南道晋州市庆尚大学加佐校区中央图书馆举行，YBM韩国托业委员会主任金熙俊、庆尚大学国际处处长吴在信等双方相关人士出席了仪式。
通过该协议，两个组织计划共享彼此的教育资源和基础设施，并共同寻求各种支持措施，以增强学生的全球能力。
YBM韩国托业委员会自2024年起面向庆尚大学学生运营“全球领袖支持项目”，目前该项目正在为托业口语考试费用提供折扣。根据协议，常规托业考试将额外享受10%的折扣。此外，庆尚大学目前运营的托业口语认证考试中心将进行扩建，以改善考试环境。
庆尚大学将托业考试和托业口语考试应用于学校的各项制度，包括海外派遣项目、语言奖学金、交换生选拔以及毕业认证要求等。两所大学计划未来继续加强合作，共同培养具有全球竞争力的人才。
韩国托业考试委员会委员长金熙俊表示：“通过此次协议，我们将积极支持学生不仅提高外语能力，还将为他们提高实际就业竞争力做出贡献。”

Le comité coréen du TOEIC signe un accord commercial avec l'Université nationale de Gyeongsang
Le Comité coréen TOEIC, une organisation nationale spécialisée dans l'éducation et l'évaluation sous l'égide de YBM, a annoncé avoir signé un accord commercial avec l'Université nationale de Gyeongsang pour encourager les talents dotés de capacités mondiales.
La cérémonie de signature de l'accord a eu lieu le 12 juin à la bibliothèque centrale du campus Gajwa de l'Université nationale de Gyeongsang à Jinju, Gyeongsangnam-do, en présence du directeur du comité TOEIC de YBM Korea, Kim Hee-jun, du directeur des affaires internationales de l'Université nationale de Gyeongsang, Oh Jae-shin, et d'autres responsables des deux parties.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient de partager leurs ressources et infrastructures éducatives et de rechercher conjointement diverses mesures de soutien pour renforcer les capacités mondiales des étudiants.
Le comité TOEIC de YBM Corée met en œuvre le programme de soutien aux leaders mondiaux pour les étudiants de l'Université nationale de Gyeongsang depuis 2024 et propose actuellement une réduction sur les frais d'examen TOEIC Speaking. Cet accord permettra d'obtenir une réduction supplémentaire de 10 % sur les examens TOEIC classiques. Par ailleurs, le centre d'examen agréé TOEIC Speaking, actuellement en activité à l'Université nationale de Gyeongsang, sera agrandi afin d'améliorer l'environnement d'examen.
L'Université nationale Kyung Sang utilise les tests TOEIC et TOEIC Speaking dans divers systèmes, notamment pour son programme d'envoi à l'étranger, ses bourses linguistiques, la sélection des étudiants en échange et les exigences de certification. Les deux établissements prévoient de renforcer leur coopération afin de former des talents compétitifs à l'échelle mondiale.
Kim Hee-jun, directeur du comité coréen du TOEIC, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, nous aiderons activement les étudiants non seulement à améliorer leurs compétences en langues étrangères, mais aussi à contribuer à améliorer leur compétitivité professionnelle pratique. »
