환기가전 전문기업 힘펠이 산업통상자원부가 주관하는 ‘2025년 월드클래스 플러스 사업’에 최종 선정됐다.
힘펠은 지난 10일 서울 더 플라자 호텔에서 열린 ‘2025 월드클래스 플러스 프로젝트 후보기업 선정식’에서 선정서를 받았다. 이번 사업을 통해 힘펠은 ‘자율 운전 기반 실내 환경 제어 기술 및 초고성능 청정 건강 환기 시스템’ 개발 과제를 수행할 예정이다. 특히 유럽 및 CIS(독립국가연합) 시장을 겨냥한 수출 전용 HRV(Heat Recovery Ventilator) 제품을 개발해 고효율 시스템 환기장치 분야의 기술 경쟁력을 확보하고, 해외 시장 진출을 확대할 계획이다.
‘월드클래스 플러스 프로젝트’는 기술력과 성장 가능성을 보유한 중견 또는 예비 중견기업을 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 기업으로 육성하기 위한 정부 지원 사업이다. 선정 기업에는 4년간 연구개발 자금 지원과 함께 금융, 수출, 법률 및 경영 자문 등 포괄적인 패키지형 지원이 제공된다.
이번 선정에는 매출 700억 원에서 1조 원 미만, 수출 비중 50% 미만, 연평균 1% 이상의 연구개발 투자 비율을 충족하는 10개 기업이 포함됐다. 힘펠을 비롯해 위츠, 제일연마공업, 서한이노빌리티, 덕일산업, 에이치에너지, 대원제약, 케이에스엠컴포넌트, 디에스테크노, 율촌화학 등이 선정됐다.
힘펠 관계자는 “이번 사업을 통해 전열 및 현열 겸용 구조와 유럽 인증을 갖춘 HRV 제품을 개발하여 글로벌 수요에 대응할 것”이라며 “시장 전략, 제품 현지화, 시공 및 AS 체계까지 아우르는 글로벌 사업 구조를 구축해 월드클래스 환기가전 기업으로 성장하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Himpel received the certificate of selection at the '2025 World Class Plus Project Candidate Selection Ceremony' held at The Plaza Hotel in Seoul on the 10th. Through this project, Himpel plans to carry out the development task of 'autonomous driving-based indoor environment control technology and ultra-high-performance clean health ventilation system'. In particular, it plans to develop an export-only HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) product targeting the European and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) markets, thereby securing technological competitiveness in the field of high-efficiency system ventilation devices and expanding its presence in overseas markets.
The 'World Class Plus Project' is a government-supported project to foster mid-sized or potential mid-sized companies with technological prowess and growth potential into globally competitive companies. Selected companies will be provided with a comprehensive package of support including four years of research and development funding, as well as financial, export, legal, and management consulting.
This selection includes 10 companies that meet the criteria of sales of 70 billion won to less than 1 trillion won, export ratio of less than 50%, and annual average R&D investment ratio of 1% or more. Including Himpel, Witz, Jeil Polishing Industry, Seohan Innovation, Deokil Industry, H Energy, Daewon Pharmaceutical, KSM Component, DS Techno, and Yulchon Chemical were selected.
A Himpel official said, “Through this project, we will develop HRV products with both radiant and sensible heating structures and European certification to respond to global demand,” adding, “We will establish a global business structure that encompasses market strategy, product localization, construction, and AS systems to grow into a world-class ventilation appliance company.”

換気前の専門企業のヒンペルが産業通商資源部が主管する「2025年ワールドクラスプラス事業」に最終選定された。
ヒムフェルは去る10日、ソウル・ザ・プラザホテルで開かれた「2025ワールドクラスプラスプロジェクト後ビューアップ選定式」で選定書を受けた。 HRV(Heat Recovery Ventilator)製品を開発し、高効率システム換気装置分野の技術競争力を確保し、海外市場進出を拡大する計画だ。
「ワールドクラスプラスプロジェクト」は、技術力と成長可能性を保有した中堅または予備中堅企業をグローバル競争力を備えた企業として育成するための政府支援事業である。
今回の選定には、売上700億ウォンから1兆ウォン未満、輸出比重50％未満、年平均1％以上の研究開発投資比率を満たす10社が含まれた。律村化学などが選ばれた。
ヒンフェル関係者は「今回の事業を通じて電熱及び顕熱兼用構造と欧州認証を備えたHRV製品を開発し、グローバル需要に対応するだろう」とし「市場戦略、製品ローカライゼーション、施工及びASシステムまで合わせるグローバル事業構造を構築し、ワールドクラス換気が全企業に成長する」と明らかにした。

Himpel, sélection finale du « Projet World Class Plus 2025 »
Himpel , spécialiste des appareils de ventilation, a été sélectionné pour le projet « 2025 World Class Plus » organisé par le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie.
Himpel a reçu le certificat de sélection lors de la cérémonie de sélection des candidats au projet World Class Plus 2025, qui s'est tenue à l'hôtel Plaza de Séoul le 10 octobre. Grâce à ce projet, Himpel prévoit de développer une technologie de contrôle de l'environnement intérieur basée sur la conduite autonome et un système de ventilation sanitaire ultra-performant. L'entreprise prévoit notamment de développer un VRC (ventilateur récupérateur de chaleur) destiné exclusivement à l'exportation et ciblant les marchés européens et de la CEI (Communauté des États indépendants), garantissant ainsi sa compétitivité technologique dans le domaine des systèmes de ventilation à haut rendement et étendant sa présence à l'international.
Le projet « World Class Plus » est un projet soutenu par le gouvernement visant à encourager les entreprises de taille moyenne ou en développement, dotées d'une expertise technologique et d'un potentiel de croissance, à devenir des entreprises compétitives à l'échelle mondiale. Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficieront d'un accompagnement complet comprenant quatre années de financement pour la recherche et le développement, ainsi que des conseils financiers, export, juridiques et de gestion.
Cette sélection comprend dix entreprises répondant aux critères suivants : chiffre d'affaires compris entre 70 milliards de wons et moins de 1 000 milliards de wons, taux d'exportation inférieur à 50 % et investissement annuel moyen en R&D supérieur ou égal à 1 %. Parmi elles figurent Himpel, Witz, Jeil Polishing Industry, Seohan Innovation, Deokil Industry, H Energy, Daewon Pharmaceutical, KSM Component, DS Techno et Yulchon Chemical.
Un responsable d'Himpel a déclaré : « Grâce à ce projet, nous développerons des produits HRV avec des structures de chauffage radiantes et sensibles et une certification européenne pour répondre à la demande mondiale », ajoutant : « Nous établirons une structure commerciale mondiale qui englobe la stratégie de marché, la localisation des produits, la construction et les systèmes AS pour devenir une entreprise d'appareils de ventilation de classe mondiale. »
