AIoT 전문기업 아카라라이프는 지난 13일 서울 강남구에 위치한 자사 스마트 인테리어 공식 쇼룸에서 에스디워커 평생교육원과 스마트 인테리어 사업 활성화를 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 16일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 IoT 기반 차세대 스마트 인테리어 전문가 양성과 산업 확대를 목적으로 진행됐으며, 교육 및 실무 연구, 전문 인력 교류, 기술 개발과 지도, 마케팅 홍보, 공동 프로젝트 추진 등 다양한 분야에서 협력을 강화하기로 했다.
에스디워커 평생교육원은 현재 실무자 및 예비 실내 건축업자를 대상으로 국가공인 자격증인 ‘지능형 홈관리사’ 교육을 포함한 3개월 과정의 인테리어 전문가 교육을 운영 중이다. 이번 협약을 통해 양측은 기존 커리큘럼에 AIoT 관련 내용을 강화한 스마트 인테리어 교육 프로그램을 확대하고, 수강생들의 요구에 따라 실제 현장 적용 중심의 심화 실습 강좌 개설도 검토할 계획이다.
아카라라이프 이상헌 공동대표는 “에스디워커 평생교육원과의 협력을 통해 스마트 인테리어 분야에서 전문 인력을 양성하고 시장 성장에 기여할 수 있을 것”이라며 “체계적인 교육과 IoT 기술력을 결합해 스마트 인테리어 산업 발전에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.

Akara Life and SD Walker Lifelong Education Center Sign Business Agreement
AIoT specialized company Akaralife announced on the 16th that it signed a business agreement with SD Walker Lifelong Education Center to promote smart interior business at its official smart interior showroom located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 13th.
This agreement was made with the aim of fostering next-generation IoT-based smart interior experts and expanding the industry, and it was agreed to strengthen cooperation in various fields such as education and practical research, exchange of professional personnel, technology development and guidance, marketing promotion, and joint project promotion.
The SD Walker Lifelong Education Center is currently operating a three-month course of interior specialist training, including the nationally recognized qualification of 'Intelligent Home Manager', for practitioners and prospective interior architects. Through this agreement, the two parties plan to expand the smart interior education program by strengthening AIoT-related content in the existing curriculum, and also review opening in-depth practical training courses centered on actual field application according to the needs of the students.
Akaralife Co-CEO Lee Sang-heon said, “Through cooperation with SD Walker Lifelong Education Center, we will be able to cultivate experts in the smart interior field and contribute to market growth,” adding, “We expect to play an important role in the development of the smart interior industry by combining systematic education and IoT technology.”
