웨어러블 재활로봇 전문기업 코스모로보틱스는 지난 11일 코스닥 기술특례 상장을 위한 기술평가를 통과했다고 16일 밝혔다. 이에 따라 회사는 한국거래소에 예비상장심사 청구를 준비하며 상장 절차에 본격 착수했다.
기술특례 상장을 위한 이번 평가는 한국거래소가 지정한 두 곳의 전문평가기관이 실시했으며, 코스모로보틱스는 기술성과 사업성 부문에서 모두 높은 점수를 받은 것으로 전해졌다.
코스모로보틱스는 의료 및 재활 분야에 특화된 웨어러블 로봇 기술을 보유한 기업으로, 대표 제품으로는 소아용 보행 재활로봇 ‘밤비니’ 시리즈와 성인용 보행 보조로봇 등이 있다. 현재 병원 납품을 비롯해 임대 및 수가 기반 사업 모델을 함께 운영하며 수익 구조를 다변화하고 있다.
회사 측은 미국, 유럽, 러시아, 인도 등 글로벌 시장을 대상으로 인증 절차 및 유통 채널 구축을 추진 중이며, 향후 정부 조달 확대 및 해외 시장 진출 전략도 병행할 계획이다. 이번 기술평가 통과로 연구개발 투자 및 사업 확장을 위한 재원 확보가 가능해질 전망이다.
코스모로보틱스의 상장 주관사는 NH투자증권과 유진투자증권이 공동으로 맡고 있다.

It is currently diversifying its revenue structure by operating a rental and fee-based business model along with hospital deliveries.
The company is currently pursuing certification procedures and establishing distribution channels for global markets such as the US, Europe, Russia, and India, and plans to pursue expansion of government procurement and overseas market entry strategies in the future. Passing this technology evaluation is expected to secure funds for R&D investment and business expansion.
NH Investment & Securities and Eugene Investment & Securities are jointly handling the listing of Cosmo Robotics.

コスモロボティクスの上場主管社はNH投資証券とユージン投資証券が共同で務めている。
