기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’)은 부산지역 8개 공공기관과 함께 17일(화) 부산국제금융센터(BIFC)에서 ‘2025년도 부산경제활성화지원기금(Busan ESG Fund, 이하 ‘BEF’) 전달식‘을 개최하고, 수탁기관인 (사)사회혁신연구원과 (재)부산경제진흥원에 기금을 전달했다고 밝혔다.
BEF는 2018년 부산경제 활성화와 ESG 경영 확산을 위해 부산지역 공공기관이 뜻을 모아 조성한 공동기금이다. 참여기관은 기보를 포함해 부산도시공사, 부산항만공사, 주택도시보증공사, 한국남부발전, 한국예탁결제원, 한국자산관리공사, 한국주택금융공사, 한국해양진흥공사 등 9곳이다.
이번 전달식에서는 올해 각 참여기관이 1억 3천만원씩 출연해 마련한 총 11억 7천만원의 기금이 수탁기관에 전달됐으며, 이로써 BEF의 누적 기금액은 86억 8천만원에 이른다. 해당기금은 부산지역 사회적경제기업과 중소·벤처기업을 지원하며 지역경제의 지속가능한 성장과 ESG 경영 확산에 기여하고 있다.
이번에 조성된 기금은 사회적경제 분야에서 37개 기업을 대상으로 ▲사회문제해결 소셜 스타트업 육성 ▲사회적 성과창출 프로그램 운영 ▲해외 진출 지원 ▲오픈소스 기반 사회문제해결 비즈니스 지원 등에 활용된다. 이와 함께 자립준비청년, 발달장애인, 취약계층의 자립역량 강화와 지역 일자리 연계 사업도 추진될 예정이다.
또한, 지역 중소·벤처기업 분야에서는 29개 기업을 선정해 ▲ESG 컨설팅 및 설비지원 ▲R&D 사업화자금 지원 ▲IR 피칭 경연대회 등을 지원할 예정이다. 아울러 지역 중소기업의 해외 수출 저변 확대를 위해 세계한인비즈니스 포럼과 수출상담회를 개최하고 무역사절단을 파견할 계획이다.
전달식에 참석한 이상창 기보 이사는 “기보는 공공기관과의 협업을 통한 BEF 사업 추진으로 부산지역 벤처·스타트업의 혁신성장을 뒷받침하고 있다”며, “앞으로도 축적된 기술금융 노하우를 지역경제 활성화 사업들과 적극 연계해 지역 기반의 상생 경제 생태계 조성에 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.

9 public institutions including Kibo, Busan Economic Activation Support Fund delivered

The fund supports social economy enterprises and small and medium-sized venture enterprises in the Busan area, contributing to the sustainable growth of the local economy and the spread of ESG management.
The fund raised this time will be used for ▲ fostering social startups that solve social problems ▲ operating social performance creation programs ▲ supporting overseas expansion ▲ supporting open source-based social problem-solving businesses, etc. for 37 companies in the social economy sector. In addition, projects to strengthen the self-reliance capacity of young people preparing for independence, people with developmental disabilities, and vulnerable groups and to link local jobs will also be promoted.
In addition, in the local SME and venture business sector, 29 companies will be selected to receive ▲ESG consulting and facility support ▲R&D commercialization funding support ▲IR pitching competitions, etc. In addition, in order to expand the overseas export base of local SMEs, the World Korean Business Forum and export consultation meetings will be held and a trade delegation will be dispatched.
Kibo Director Lee Sang-chang, who attended the ceremony, said, “Kibo is supporting the innovative growth of venture and startups in the Busan area by promoting the BEF project through collaboration with public institutions,” and “We will continue to actively link the accumulated technology finance know-how with local economic revitalization projects to take the lead in creating a regional-based, mutually beneficial economic ecosystem.”

釜山经济活力支援基金等9个公共机构到位
技术保证基金（以下简称“KIBO”）与釜山地区8家公共机构于17日（周二）在釜山国际金融中心（BIFC）举行了“2025釜山经济激活支援基金（釜山ESG基金，以下简称“BEF”）交付仪式”，并宣布已将资金交付给受托机构社会革新研究院和釜山经济振兴院。

本次募集的资金将用于▲培育解决社会问题的社会初创企业▲运营社会绩效创造项目▲支持海外扩张▲支持面向社会经济领域37家企业的开源型社会问题解决业务等。此外，还将推进旨在加强准备自立的年轻人、发育障碍人士和弱势群体的自立能力以及与当地就业岗位挂钩的项目。
此外，在本土中小企业及风险企业领域，还将选拔29家企业，提供▲ESG咨询及设施支援▲R&D事业化资金支援▲IR路演大赛等。此外，为扩大本土中小企业的海外出口基础，还将举办世界韩国企业论坛及出口咨询会，派遣贸易代表团。

Lors de cette cérémonie de transfert, un total de 1,17 milliard de wons (KRW), préparé par chaque organisation participante ayant contribué à hauteur de 130 millions de wons (KRW) cette année, a été transféré à l'organisme fiduciaire, portant le montant total des contributions du BEF à 8,68 milliards de wons (KRW). Le fonds soutient les entreprises de l'économie sociale et les PME de la région de Busan, contribuant ainsi à la croissance durable de l'économie locale et à la diffusion de la gestion ESG.
Les fonds collectés cette fois-ci serviront à : ▲ soutenir les startups sociales qui résolvent des problèmes sociaux ; ▲ mettre en œuvre des programmes de création de performances sociales ; ▲ soutenir l'expansion à l'étranger ; ▲ soutenir les entreprises de résolution de problèmes sociaux basées sur l'open source, etc. pour 37 entreprises du secteur de l'économie sociale. En outre, des projets visant à renforcer l'autonomie des jeunes en voie d'indépendance, des personnes handicapées mentales et des groupes vulnérables, ainsi qu'à créer des liens avec les emplois locaux, seront également promus.
En outre, dans le secteur local des PME et des entreprises à capital-risque, 29 entreprises seront sélectionnées pour recevoir ▲un soutien en matière de conseil et d'installations ESG ▲un soutien financier à la commercialisation de la R&D ▲des concours de pitching IR, etc. En outre, afin d'élargir la base d'exportation à l'étranger des PME locales, le Forum mondial des entreprises coréennes et des réunions de consultation sur les exportations seront organisés et une délégation commerciale sera envoyée.
