㈜씨지인사이드는 경기도의회가 추진하는 ‘예결산분석지원 AI 시스템’ 구축 사업을 수주했다고 18일 밝혔다.
이번 시스템은 지방의회에 적용되는 사실상 최초의 AI 에이전트(AI Agent) 사례로, 전국 243개 지방의회를 포함한 공공기관의 주목을 받고 있다. 씨지인사이드는 해당 시스템을 올해 9월까지 구축 완료할 계획이며, 이를 위해 지난 해 개발한 ‘예산결산 분석보고서 자동 생성 엔진’ 기술을 적용하고, 관련 특허도 출원한 상태다.
예결산분석지원 AI 시스템은 ▲예산결산 분석보고서 자동 생성 ▲지방재정 통계 시각화 ▲재정 관련 법령·용어 검색 ▲사용자 워크스페이스 제공 등 예산 분석 실무를 지원하는 다양한 기능을 포함한다.
경기도의회 예산정책담당관실 관계자는 “경기도 본청과 교육청을 포함한 62조 원 규모의 예산을 소수의 인력이 분석하는 구조에서, 클릭 몇 번으로 예산결산 분석보고서를 자동 생성할 수 있는 시스템이 도입된다면 분석 효율성에 큰 도움이 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.

An official from the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly Budget Policy Office said, “In a structure where a small number of people analyze a budget of 62 trillion won, including the Gyeonggi Provincial Office and the Office of Education, if a system that can automatically generate a budget settlement analysis report with a few clicks is introduced, it will be of great help in improving analysis efficiency.”

（株）シージインサイドは京畿道議会が推進する「予決算分析支援AIシステム」構築事業を受注したと18日明らかにした。
今回のシステムは、地方議会に適用される事実上最初のAIエージェント（AI Agent）の事例で、全国243の地方議会を含む公共機関の注目を集めている。シージインサイドは当該システムを今年9月まで構築完了する計画であり、このために昨年開発した「予算決算分析報告書自動生成エンジン」技術を適用し、関連特許も出願した状態だ。

京畿道議会予算政策担当官室関係者は「京畿道本庁と教育庁を含む62兆ウォン規模の予算を少数の人員が分析する仕組みで、クリック数回で予算決算分析報告書を自動生成できるシステムが導入されれば分析効率性に大きな助けになるだろう」と明らかにした。
