기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 천안시(시장 권한대행 김석필), 농협은행 충남본부(본부장 박장순, 이하 ‘농협은행’)와 ‘천안시·농협은행 기술창업기업 육성을 위한 금융지원 업무협약’을 체결했다고 20일(금) 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 세 기관이 상호 긴밀한 협업 체계를 구축해 천안지역 기술창업기업의 혁신성장을 지원하고, 지역 주도 방식의 정책금융 확산을 통한 자립적 성장 기반을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.
협약에 따라 기보는 농협은행의 특별출연금 3억원 등을 재원으로 지난해 54억원에 이어 총 174억원 규모의 특별출연 협약보증을 우대 지원한다. 기보는 ▲보증비율 상향(85%→최대100%, 3년간) ▲보증료 감면(최대0.2%p↓, 3년간) 등의 혜택을 제공함으로써, 지역 기술중소기업의 원활한 자금조달을 지원하고 창업·혁신 생태계 조성에 기여할 계획이다.
지원 대상은 기보의 기술보증 요건을 충족하는 신기술사업자 중 본점 또는 주사업장이 천안시에 1년 이상 소재한 창업 후 7년 이내 중소기업이다.
대상 기업은 최대 5억원의 운전자금을 지원받을 수 있으며, 천안시가 선정한 미래 유니콘기업 C-STAR 기업의 경우 별도 추천서를 통해 최대 10억원까지 자금 지원이 검토된다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “이번 협약으로 농협은행과 협력을 강화해 천안지역 우수기술 중소기업의 창업지원과 혁신성장 기반을 더욱 견고히 하게 됐다”며, “앞으로도 기보는 지자체 및 유관기관과의 협력을 바탕으로 맞춤형 지원을 확대하고, 지역주도 균형발전과 지역경제 활성화에 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo, Cheonan City, Nonghyup Bank Sign Business Agreement
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC) announced on Friday, the 20th that it signed a 'Cheonan City and Nonghyup Bank Financial Support Business Agreement for Fostering Technology Startups' with Cheonan City (Acting Mayor Kim Seok-pil) and Nonghyup Bank Chungnam Branch (Director Park Jang-soon, hereinafter 'Nonghyup Bank').
This agreement was promoted to support the innovative growth of technology startups in the Cheonan region by establishing a close cooperative system between the three organizations and to establish a foundation for self-reliant growth through the expansion of regional-led policy financing.
According to the agreement, Kibo will provide preferential support for a special contribution agreement guarantee worth a total of KRW 17.4 billion, following KRW 5.4 billion last year, with KRW 300 million in special contributions from Nonghyup Bank as funding. Kibo plans to support smooth financing for regional technology SMEs and contribute to the creation of a startup and innovation ecosystem by providing benefits such as ▲increased guarantee ratio (from 85% to up to 100%, for 3 years) and ▲reduction of guarantee fees (up to 0.2%p↓, for 3 years).
The support target is a small and medium-sized enterprise that has been established for less than 7 years and whose head office or main business location is located in Cheonan City for more than 1 year among new technology business operators that meet the technology guarantee requirements of Kibo.
The target companies can receive operating funds of up to 500 million won, and in the case of C-STAR companies, future unicorn companies selected by Cheonan City, funding support of up to 1 billion won will be considered through a separate letter of recommendation.
Kim Jong-ho, CEO of Kibo, said, “Through this agreement, we have strengthened cooperation with Nonghyup Bank and have solidified the foundation for innovative growth and support for startups of excellent technology-based SMEs in the Cheonan region.” He added, “Going forward, Kibo will expand customized support based on cooperation with local governments and related organizations and take the lead in regional-led balanced development and revitalization of the local economy.”

棋保、天安市・農協銀行と業務協約締結
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「棋保」）は、天安市（市場権限代行キム・ソクピル）、農協銀行忠南本部（本部長パク・チャンスン、以下「農協銀行」）と「天安市・農協銀行技術創業企業育成のための金融支援業務協約」を締結した。

韩国希望银行、天安市与农协银行签署业务协议
韩国技术金融公司（KTFC）20日（星期五）表示，与天安市（代理市长金锡弼）和农协银行忠南支行（行长朴长淳，以下简称“农协银行”）签署了《天安市·农协银行技术创业企业培育金融支援业务协议》。
此次签署协议的目的是通过建立三方紧密合作的体制，支持天安地区科技初创企业的创新成长，并通过扩大地区主导的政策性融资，奠定自主成长的基础。
根据协议，Kibo将以农协银行3亿韩元的特别出资额为资金，优先支持总额达174亿韩元的特别出资协议担保，去年已提供54亿韩元。Kibo计划通过提供▲提高担保率（三年内最高可达100%，现为85%）和▲降低担保费（三年内最高可达0.2%p↓）等优惠，支持地区科技型中小企业顺利融资，并为构建创业创新生态系统做出贡献。
支持对象为符合希望技术产业技术保障条件的新技术企业中，成立未满7年、总公司或主要营业场所位于天安市1年以上的中小企业。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTFC) a annoncé vendredi 20 qu'elle avait signé un « accord de soutien financier commercial entre la ville de Cheonan et la Nonghyup Bank pour favoriser les startups technologiques » avec la ville de Cheonan (maire par intérim Kim Seok-pil) et la succursale de Chungnam de la Nonghyup Bank (directeur Park Jang-soon, ci-après « Nonghyup Bank »).

Les entreprises cibles peuvent recevoir des fonds d'exploitation allant jusqu'à 500 millions de wons, et dans le cas des entreprises C-STAR, futures licornes sélectionnées par la ville de Cheonan, un soutien financier allant jusqu'à 1 milliard de wons sera envisagé via une lettre de recommandation distincte.
