중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)는 6월 25일(수)부터 7월 25일(금)까지 ‘중소기업 R&D 우수성과 50선’ 참여기업을 공개 모집한다고 밝혔다.
‘중소기업 R&D 우수성과 50선’은 중소기업 R&D를 통해 탁월한 성과를 이룬 중소기업을 발굴하고 널리 알려 기업들의 지속적인 성과창출을 유도하기 위해 운영하는 사업으로서, 올해로 세 번째를 맞이한다.
중소기업 R&D 우수성과 50선의 모집대상은 최근 5년(‘20.1.1~’24.12.31) 내 중기부 소관 중소기업 R&D를 성공적으로 완료(보통, 우수)하거나 수행 중인 기업에서, ①우수한 기술력으로 과제매출액 증가, 높은 매출액 증가율 등 경제적·기술적 성장성이 뛰어난 기업 30개사, ②반도체·디스플레이 등 전략기술 및 에너지·환경 분야에서 글로벌 수준의 기술력을 보유한 기업 10개사, ③우수한 기술력으로 위기를 기회로 만든 기업 5개사, ④혁신을 통해 공공·사회문제를 해결하는 기업 5개사다.
선정된 모든 기업들에는 금융, R&D 등 다양한 지원분야 혜택을 받을 수 있는 기회를 부여한다.
우수성과 50선에 선정된 기업들은 지속적인 성과창출을 위해 전담은행의(IBK, 하나) 저금리 사업화 자금 금리감면(2%p↓)과 중소기업기술정보진흥원의 투자 역량강화 프로그램의 참여 우대혜택을 받을 수 있다.
아울러, 해외 유명 전시회 및 학회 참가 지원 등 기업의 글로벌 진출을 지원받고, IBK 기업은행 일자리 포털(i-ONE JOB) 입점 지원, 후속 R&D 참여 시 우대 등 다양한 혜택을 제공한다.
마지막으로 선정기업들에게는 우수 성과기업으로서의 자긍심을 높이기 위해 중기부 장관 표창을 수여하고 우수성과 50선 선정기업임을 나타내는 현판을 기업에 제공한다.
‘24년에는 336개사가 신청하여 6.7대 1의 경쟁률을 기록했고, 이는 ‘23년 신청기업 170개사 대비 97.6% 증가한 수치로서 해를 거듭할수록 사업에 대한 기업들의 관심이 높아지고 있음을 짐작할 수 있다.
‘24년에 선정된 ㈜에스씨는 상용화기술개발사업을 통한 성과를 바탕으로 국내 시장 점유율 12%와 과제매출액 704억원을 달성하였고, 기술보증기금과 중소벤처기업진흥공단, IBK 기업은행에서 총 43억원의 투자를 유치하여 ‘26년까지 국내시장의 15% 이상을 점유하는 국내 TOP3 자동차 전선사로 성장할 목표를 꿈꾸고 있는 우수한 중소기업이다.
㈜이노스페이스는 창업성장기술개발사업을 통해 국내 최초로 하이브리드 로켓 추진기관 개발을 완료하여 상용화한 뒤 2023년 한빛-TLV 비행시험에 성공했다. 2024년 7월 코스닥 상장을 한 뒤 2025년 하반기 소형위성 발사체의 첫 상업발사를 실시 예정이며 이를 통해 글로벌 우주 모빌리티 기업으로 도약할 것으로 예상되는 전략기술 기업이다.
주식회사 비트센싱은 창업성장기술개발사업을 통해 기존 인지 센서의한계점을 보완하는 ADAS/자율주행용 고성능 레이더를 개발, 630억원의 투자를 유치한 업체로서, 이탈리아, 중앙아시아의 지능형 교통체계(ITS) 구축사업에 참여하였고, ‘25년에는 인도 진출 및 룩셈부르크 법인을 설립하여 글로벌 ITS를 선도하는 기업이 될 것으로 예상되는 우수기업이다.
박용순 기술혁신정책관은 “중소기업 R&D를 통한 성과와 혁신은 중소기업의 미래를 결정짓는 핵심요인으로서, 중기부는 우수한 기술력이 기술사업화로 연결되는 등 기술생태계를 조성하는데 정책적 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 밝혔다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Recruiting Participating Companies for '50 Excellent R&D Achievements of Small and Medium Enterprises'
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) announced that it will be publicly recruiting participating companies for the 'Top 50 R&D Excellence of SMEs' from Wednesday, June 25 to Friday, July 25.
The '50 Best R&D Achievements by SMEs' is a project that is run to discover and publicize SMEs that have achieved outstanding results through SME R&D and encourage companies to continuously create results. This year marks the third year of the project.
The target of the 50 Best SME R&D Achievements is companies that have successfully completed (average, excellent) or are currently conducting SME R&D projects under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups within the past five years ('20.1. 1 – '24.12. 31), namely: ① 30 companies with excellent economic and technological growth potential, such as increased project sales and high sales growth rate due to excellent technological prowess, ② 10 companies with global-level technological prowess in strategic technologies such as semiconductors and displays and energy and environment, ③ 5 companies that have turned crises into opportunities with excellent technological prowess, and ④ 5 companies that solve public and social problems through innovation.
All selected companies will be given the opportunity to receive benefits in various support areas, including finance and R&D.
Companies selected as the top 50 companies for excellence can receive reduced interest rates (2%p↓) on low-interest commercialization funds from dedicated banks (IBK, Hana) and preferential participation in the investment capacity enhancement program of the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology and Information of Small and Medium Businesses to ensure continuous performance creation.
In addition, we provide various benefits such as support for companies' global expansion, such as participation in famous overseas exhibitions and academic conferences, support for entry into the IBK Industrial Bank of Korea job portal (i-ONE JOB), and preferential treatment when participating in follow-up R&D.
Lastly, to enhance the pride of the selected companies as excellent performing companies, the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award is given and a plaque is provided to the company indicating that it has been selected as one of the top 50 excellent performing companies.
In 2024, 336 companies applied, recording a competition rate of 6.7 to 1. This is a 97.6% increase compared to the 170 companies that applied in 2023, which shows that companies' interest in the business is increasing year by year.
'SC Co., Ltd., selected in 2024, achieved a 12% domestic market share and KRW 70.4 billion in project sales based on performance through commercialization technology development projects, and is an excellent small and medium-sized enterprise that dreams of growing into one of the top 3 domestic automotive wire companies occupying more than 15% of the domestic market by 2026 by attracting a total investment of KRW 4.3 billion from the Technology Guarantee Fund, the Small and Medium Business Administration, and IBK Industrial Bank of Korea.
Innospace Co., Ltd. completed the development of a hybrid rocket propulsion system for the first time in Korea through the Startup Growth Technology Development Project, commercialized it, and succeeded in the Hanbit-TLV flight test in 2023. It is a strategic technology company that is expected to leap forward as a global space mobility company through its first commercial launch of a small satellite launch vehicle in the second half of 2025 after being listed on KOSDAQ in July 2024.
Bitsensing Co., Ltd. is an excellent company that has attracted 63 billion won in investment through the Startup Growth Technology Development Project for developing high-performance radar for ADAS/autonomous driving that complements the limitations of existing cognitive sensors. It has participated in the construction of intelligent transport systems (ITS) in Italy and Central Asia, and is expected to become a leading global ITS company by advancing into India and establishing a Luxembourg corporation in 2025.
Park Yong-soon, Director General of Technology Innovation Policy, said, “Performance and innovation through R&D by SMEs are key factors that determine the future of SMEs, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups will not spare policy support to create a technology ecosystem that connects excellent technological capabilities to technology commercialization.”

選ばれたすべての企業には、金融、R&Dなど多様な支援分野の恩恵を受ける機会を付与する。
優秀性と50選に選ばれた企業は、持続的な成果創出のために専担銀行の(IBK、一つ)低金利事業化資金金利減免(2%p↓)と中小企業技術情報振興院の投資能力強化プログラムの参加優遇恩恵を受けることができる。
また、海外有名展示会及び学会参加支援など企業のグローバル進出を支援され、IBK企業銀行雇用ポータル(i-ONE JOB)入店支援、後続のR&D参加時優遇など多様な恩恵を提供する。
最後に、選定企業には優秀成果企業としての誇りを高めるために中期部長官表彰を授与し、優秀性と50選選企業であることを示す現版を企業に提供する。

Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo, ci-après dénommé le ministère des PME et des startups) a annoncé qu'il recruterait publiquement des entreprises participantes pour le « Top 50 R&D Excellence of SMEs » du mercredi 25 juin au vendredi 25 juillet.
Le projet « 50 meilleures réalisations en R&D des PME » vise à découvrir et à faire connaître les PME qui ont obtenu des résultats exceptionnels grâce à la R&D et à les encourager à poursuivre sur cette lancée. Cette année marque la troisième édition du projet.
Français Les 50 meilleures réalisations de R&D des PME sont ciblées par les entreprises qui ont mené à bien (moyen, excellent) ou mènent actuellement des projets de R&D des PME sous la tutelle du ministère des PME et des Startups au cours des cinq dernières années (20.1.1 – 24.12.31), à savoir : ① 30 entreprises avec un excellent potentiel de croissance économique et technologique, comme une augmentation des ventes de projets et un taux de croissance des ventes élevé en raison d'excellentes prouesses technologiques, ② 10 entreprises avec des prouesses technologiques de niveau mondial dans des technologies stratégiques telles que les semi-conducteurs et les écrans et l'énergie et l'environnement, ③ 5 entreprises qui ont transformé les crises en opportunités avec d'excellentes prouesses technologiques, et ④ 5 entreprises qui résolvent les problèmes publics et sociaux grâce à l'innovation.
Toutes les entreprises sélectionnées auront la possibilité de bénéficier d’avantages dans divers domaines de soutien, notamment en matière de finances et de R&D.
Les entreprises sélectionnées parmi les 50 meilleures entreprises pour l'excellence peuvent bénéficier de taux d'intérêt réduits (2%p↓) sur les fonds de commercialisation à faible taux d'intérêt auprès de banques spécialisées (IBK, Hana) et d'une participation préférentielle au programme d'amélioration des capacités d'investissement de l'Institut coréen pour l'avancement de la technologie et de l'information des petites et moyennes entreprises afin de garantir une création continue de performances.
En outre, nous offrons divers avantages tels que le soutien à l'expansion mondiale des entreprises, comme la participation à des expositions et conférences universitaires célèbres à l'étranger, le soutien à l'entrée sur le portail d'emploi de la Banque industrielle IBK de Corée (i-ONE JOB) et un traitement préférentiel lors de la participation à la R&D de suivi.
