중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)와 한국벤처캐피탈협회(회장 김학균, 이하 VC협회)는 6월 23일(월)부터 ‘한국 대학원생 벤처투자 경진대회’ 참가대학을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
한국 대학원생 벤처투자 경진대회는 예비 벤처투자 인력을 양성하기 위해 2024년 신설되어 올해 두 번째로 개최하는 대회로, 단순한 이론 교육을 넘어 실제 벤처캐피탈 투자과정을 모의 체험할 수 있는 실전형 대학원생 벤처투자 경진대회다. 참가팀은 국내·외 벤처투자 생태계를 반영한 체계적인 커리큘럼과 현직 전문가의 멘토링을 통해 실제 벤처캐피탈리스트의 기업분석과 투자 프로세스를 배우고 경험할 수 있다.
이번 모집을 통해 선발되는 총 10개 내외의 대학은 대학원생을 대상으로 경진대회에 참여할 벤처투자팀(5~6명)을 구성하게 되고, VC협회와 한국과학기술원(이하 KAIST)이 이들을 대상으로 벤처투자자 특별교육을 진행한다. 이후 모의 대회(10월)를 진행하여 국내대회에 진출할 6개팀을 선정하고 이들을 대상으로 2026년 1월 ‘한국 대학원생 벤처투자 경진대회’를 개최한다.
1위 수상팀에게는 글로벌 벤처투자 특별교육, 벤처투자사 인턴 기회를 제공하고, 2026년 4월 개최 예정인 ‘국제 벤처투자 경진대회(VCIC)*’ 참가자격이 주어진다. 이를 통해 참가자들은 전세계 청년 투자자들과 네트워크를 구축하고, 글로벌 벤처투자시장을 체험해 볼 수 있는 기회를 얻게 된다.
김봉덕 벤처정책관은 “고도화되고 있는 스타트업의 기술력에 맞춰 벤처투자 인력도 높은 수준의 전문성이 요구되고 있는 상황”이라며 “분야별 전문성을 갖춘 인재가 벤처투자시장에 많이 유입되고 벤처생태계의 저변을 넓힐 수 있도록 아낌없이 지원하겠다”라고 말했다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Recruiting Universities to Participate in ‘Korea Graduate Student Venture Investment Competition’
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) and the Korea Venture Capital Association (Chairman Kim Hak-gyun, hereinafter referred to as the VC Association) announced that they will be recruiting participating universities for the 'Korea Graduate Student Venture Investment Competition' starting on Monday, June 23.
The Korea Graduate Student Venture Investment Competition was established in 2024 to foster prospective venture investment personnel, and is being held for the second time this year. It is a practical graduate student venture investment competition that goes beyond simple theoretical education and allows students to simulate and experience the actual venture capital investment process. Participating teams can learn and experience the corporate analysis and investment process of actual venture capitalists through a systematic curriculum that reflects the domestic and international venture investment ecosystem and mentoring from current experts.
A total of 10 or so universities selected through this recruitment will form a venture investment team (5-6 people) to participate in the competition targeting graduate students, and the VC Association and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) will provide special venture capital education to these teams. Afterwards, a mock competition (October) will be held to select 6 teams to advance to the domestic competition, and the 'Korea Graduate Student Venture Investment Competition' will be held for these teams in January 2026.
The first place winning team will be provided with special global venture investment education, an opportunity to intern at a venture capital firm, and the right to participate in the 'Venture Capital International Competition (VCIC)*' scheduled to be held in April 2026. Through this, participants will have the opportunity to build a network with young investors from around the world and experience the global venture investment market.
Kim Bong-deok, director of venture policy, said, “As the technological prowess of startups becomes more sophisticated, a high level of expertise is also required in venture investment personnel,” and added, “We will provide full support so that more talent with expertise in each field can enter the venture investment market and expand the foundation of the venture ecosystem.”

韓国の大学院生ベンチャー投資競技大会は、予備のベンチャー投資人材を養成するために2024年に新設され、今年2回目で開催される大会で、単純な理論教育を超えて、実際のベンチャーキャピタル投資過程を模擬する体験できる実戦型大学院生ベンチャー投資競技大会である。カリキュラムと現職の専門家のメンタリングを通じて、実際のベンチャーキャピタリストの企業分析と投資プロセスを学び、経験することができる。
今回の募集を通じて選抜される合計10の内外の大学は、大学院生を対象に競進大会に参加するベンチャー投資チーム（5～6人）を構成することになり、VC協会と韓国科学技術院（以下KAIST）がこれらを対象にベンチャー投資特別教育を進行して以来、模擬大会を開催し、対象として2026年1月、「韓国大学院生ベンチャー投資競進大会」を開催する。
1位受賞チームには、グローバルベンチャー投資特別教育、ベンチャー投資会社インターン機会を提供し、2026年4月開催予定の「国際ベンチャー投資コンペティション（VCIC）*」参加資格が与えられる。なる。

中小企业和风险投资部（部长吴英珠，以下简称中小企业和风险投资部）和韩国风险投资协会（会长金学均，以下简称风险投资协会）宣布，他们将于 6 月 23 日星期一开始招募参与“韩国研究生风险投资大赛”的大学。

Ministère des PME et des Startups, recrute des universités pour participer au « Concours d'investissement en capital-risque pour les étudiants diplômés coréens »
Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo, ci-après dénommé le ministère des PME et des startups) et l'Association coréenne du capital-risque (président Kim Hak-gyun, ci-après dénommée l'Association du capital-risque) ont annoncé qu'ils recruteraient des universités participantes pour le « Concours d'investissement en capital-risque pour les étudiants diplômés de Corée » qui débutera le lundi 23 juin.
Créé en 2024 pour encourager les futurs investisseurs en capital-risque, le Concours coréen d'investissement en capital-risque pour étudiants diplômés est organisé pour la deuxième fois cette année. Il s'agit d'un concours pratique destiné aux étudiants diplômés qui va au-delà de la simple formation théorique et permet aux étudiants de simuler et d'expérimenter le processus réel d'investissement en capital-risque. Les équipes participantes peuvent apprendre et expérimenter l'analyse d'entreprise et le processus d'investissement de véritables capital-risqueurs grâce à un programme systématique reflétant l'écosystème national et international de l'investissement en capital-risque et à l'encadrement d'experts reconnus.
Une dizaine d'universités sélectionnées lors de ce recrutement formeront une équipe d'investissement en capital-risque (5 à 6 personnes) pour participer au concours destiné aux étudiants diplômés. L'Association de capital-risque et l'Institut coréen des sciences et technologies avancées (KAIST) dispenseront à ces équipes une formation spécialisée en capital-risque. Un concours blanc (octobre) permettra ensuite de sélectionner six équipes qualifiées pour le concours national. Le « Concours coréen d'investissement en capital-risque pour étudiants diplômés » sera organisé pour ces équipes en janvier 2026.
L'équipe gagnante bénéficiera d'une formation spéciale en matière d'investissement en capital-risque à l'échelle mondiale, d'une opportunité de stage dans une société de capital-risque et du droit de participer au « Venture Capital International Competition (VCIC)* » qui se tiendra en avril 2026. Grâce à cela, les participants auront l'opportunité de créer un réseau avec de jeunes investisseurs du monde entier et de découvrir le marché mondial de l'investissement en capital-risque.
Kim Bong-deok, directeur de la politique de capital-risque, a déclaré : « À mesure que les prouesses technologiques des startups deviennent plus sophistiquées, un niveau élevé d'expertise est également requis chez le personnel d'investissement en capital-risque », et a ajouté : « Nous fournirons un soutien complet afin que davantage de talents possédant une expertise dans chaque domaine puissent entrer sur le marché de l'investissement en capital-risque et élargir les bases de l'écosystème du capital-risque. »
