ICT 전문기업 유큐브(대표 김정범)가 에티오피아 아다마 과학기술대학교에 자사 ERP 솔루션 ‘큐브아이ERP(CUBE i ERP)’를 공급하는 프로젝트를 수주했다고 26일 밝혔다.
해당 사업은 대외경제협력기금(EDCF)이 추진하는 ‘에티오피아 아다마 과학기술대학교 연구센터 건립사업’의 핵심 과제 중 하나다. 아다마 과학기술대학교 내 5개 연구센터 건립을 위해 2019년부터 추진된 이 사업은 총 사업비 약 1억 819만 2천 달러(한화 약 1,481억 원) 규모다.
유큐브는 디비아이엔씨와 공동으로 사업을 수행하며, 인적자원관리, 조달·자산관리, 문서·업무 프로세스 관리, 연구·프로젝트 관리, 재무회계, 학술지 운영, 성과보고 등 핵심 ERP 시스템을 통합 구축할 예정이다. 시스템 구축 완료 후 대학은 연구 효율성 증대와 행정 자동화를 통해 교육 및 연구 역량 강화가 가능할 것으로 전망된다.
2020년 설립된 유큐브는 공공 부문 디지털 전환(DX) 분야에서 빠른 성장세를 보이고 있다. 지난해 374억 원의 매출을 기록했으며, 올해는 매출 1천억 원 돌파를 목표로 하고 있다. 또한, 과학기술정보통신부와 정보통신산업진흥원이 주관하는 ‘2025년 글로벌 SaaS 마켓플레이스 지원사업’에 선정되어 의료관광 플랫폼 ‘유큐브메디(UCUBE Medi)’를 SaaS화하며 사업 영역을 확장 중이다.
김정범 유큐브 대표는 “이번 프로젝트는 유큐브의 첫 해외 진출 사례로서 글로벌 시장 확대의 시작점이라는 점에서 큰 의미가 있다”며 “앞으로 교육 분야를 비롯해 다양한 산업 분야로 해외 사업을 확장해 나갈 계획”이라고 말했다.

Ucube wins contract to supply ERP system to Adama University of Science and Technology in Ethiopia
ICT specialist company CUBE (CEO Kim Jeong-beom) announced on the 26th that it had won a project to supply its ERP solution 'CUBE i ERP' to Adama University of Science and Technology in Ethiopia.
This project is one of the core tasks of the 'Ethiopia Adama University of Science and Technology Research Center Construction Project' promoted by the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF). This project, which has been promoted since 2019 to establish five research centers in Adama University of Science and Technology, has a total project cost of approximately USD 108,192,000 (KRW 148.1 billion).
U-Cube will conduct business jointly with DBIENC and will integrate and build core ERP systems including human resource management, procurement and asset management, document and business process management, research and project management, financial accounting, academic journal operation, and performance reporting. After the system is built, universities are expected to be able to strengthen their education and research capabilities through increased research efficiency and administrative automation.
Founded in 2020, Ucube is rapidly growing in the public sector digital transformation (DX) sector. Last year, it recorded sales of 37.4 billion won and aims to exceed 100 billion won in sales this year. In addition, it was selected for the '2025 Global SaaS Marketplace Support Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, and is expanding its business area by converting the medical tourism platform 'Ucube Medi' into SaaS.
Kim Jung-beom, CEO of Ucube, said, “This project is very meaningful in that it is Ucube’s first overseas expansion case and the starting point for expanding into the global market,” and added, “We plan to expand our overseas business to various industries, including education, in the future.”

La société spécialisée dans les TIC CUBE (PDG Kim Jeong-beom) a annoncé le 26 qu'elle avait remporté un projet de fourniture de sa solution ERP « CUBE i ERP » à l'Université des sciences et technologies d'Adama en Éthiopie.
Ce projet est l'une des missions principales du projet de construction du centre de recherche de l'Université des sciences et technologies d'Adama en Éthiopie, soutenu par le Fonds de coopération pour le développement économique (EDCF). Ce projet, lancé en 2019 pour créer cinq centres de recherche à l'Université des sciences et technologies d'Adama, a un coût total d'environ 108 192 000 USD (148,1 milliards KRW).
U-Cube mènera des activités conjointement avec DBIENC et intégrera et développera des systèmes ERP clés, notamment la gestion des ressources humaines, la gestion des achats et des actifs, la gestion des documents et des processus métier, la gestion de la recherche et des projets, la comptabilité financière, la gestion des revues universitaires et le reporting de performance.
