김종호 기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’) 이사장은 25일(수) 광주광역시 광산구에 위치한 냉장고용 부품 제조기업 ㈜광원이엔지(대표이사 정웅용)를 방문해 영업현장 간담회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 간담회는 기술 기반 중소·벤처기업의 현장 애로사항을 청취하고, 우수기술기업의 R&D·투자 촉진을 위한 제도개선 및 정책건의 방안을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히, 기보의 녹색금융 지원을 통해 기업들이 추진한 저탄소 전환과 기술혁신 성과를 점검하고, 향후 맞춤형 지원 확대 방안도 함께 모색했다.
기보는 ㈜광원이엔지의 기술력과 혁신 성장성을 높이 평가해 스마트공장 우대보증, Death-Valley 극복을 위한 알바트로스 보증, 기계 도입을 위한 시설자금 보증 등 기술 사업화 전주기를 아우르는 맞춤형 보증 프로그램을 지원해왔다. 또한, 녹색성장을 뒷받침하기 위해 탄소가치평가보증을 지원하고, 지난해 기보가 처음으로 도입한 녹색자산유동화증권(G-ABS) 편입기업으로 선정해 직접금융을 통한 자금조달 기회도 제공했다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 정웅용 대표와 함께 생산 현장을 둘러본 뒤 “기보는 중소·벤처기업이 녹색산업 전환과 기술혁신을 동시에 추진할 수 있도록 종합적인 지원체계를 강화해 왔다”며, “올해는 녹색분야 특화보증 신상품을 도입하고, 중소·벤처기업 전용 M&A 플랫폼을 구축해 기업 성장사다리를 더욱 촘촘하게 만들고 있다”고 밝혔다. 이어 “앞으로도 대외환경 변화에 기업들이 보다 선제적으로 대응할 수 있도록 현장의 목소리를 적극 반영한 정책지원을 확대하고, 공공기관으로서 민간 주도 혁신의 마중물 역할을 다하겠다”고 덧붙였다.
한편, 현장 간담회 이후 김종호 이사장은 충청·호남지역 기보 직원들과 함께 열린 토론의 시간을 가졌다. 특히 세대 간의 자유로운 소통 분위기 속에서 경영환경 변화에 대응하기 위한 조직의 발전방향 등을 집중 논의했다. 이 자리에서 김종호 이사장은 국민에게 신뢰받는 공공기관이 되기 위해서는 모든 임직원이 높은 윤리의식과 청렴한 자세를 유지해야 한다고 강조했다. 참석한 직원들은 현장에서 마주한 고민을 폭넓게 공유하며, 기보가 지향하는 열린 혁신과 조직문화의 방향성에 대해 공감할 수 있는 좋은 기회였다고 전했다.

Kim Jong-ho, Chairman of the Technology Guarantee Fund (hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”), announced that on Wednesday the 25th, he visited Gwangwon Engineering Co., Ltd. (CEO Woong-yong Jeong), a refrigerator parts manufacturing company located in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, and held a business site meeting.
This meeting was arranged to listen to the difficulties faced by technology-based SMEs and venture companies on the ground and discuss institutional improvement and policy suggestions to promote R&D and investment by excellent technology companies. In particular, the low-carbon transition and technological innovation achievements promoted by companies through the support of Kibo’s green finance were reviewed, and plans for expanding customized support in the future were also explored.
Kibo has highly evaluated the technological prowess and innovative growth potential of Kwangwon Engineering Co., Ltd. and has supported customized guarantee programs covering the entire technology commercialization cycle, such as preferential guarantees for smart factories, albatross guarantees for overcoming the Death Valley, and facility fund guarantees for machine introduction. In addition, to support green growth, it has supported carbon valuation guarantees and selected the company as a member of the Green Asset Securities (G-ABS), which Kibo first introduced last year, providing opportunities for direct financing.
After touring the production site with CEO Jeong Woong-yong, Kibo Chairman Kim Jong-ho said, “Kibo has been strengthening its comprehensive support system so that SMEs and venture companies can simultaneously pursue green industry transition and technological innovation,” and “This year, we are introducing a new green sector-specific guarantee product and establishing an M&A platform exclusively for SMEs and venture companies to further solidify the corporate growth ladder.” He added, “In the future, we will actively expand policy support that reflects the voices of the field so that companies can respond more preemptively to changes in the external environment, and as a public institution, we will fulfill our role as a catalyst for private-sector-led innovation.”
Meanwhile, after the on-site meeting, Chairman Kim Jong-ho had an open discussion with Kibo employees in the Chungcheong and Honam regions. In particular, they discussed the direction of organizational development to respond to changes in the management environment in an atmosphere of free communication between generations. At this meeting, Chairman Kim Jong-ho emphasized that in order to become a public institution trusted by the public, all executives and employees must maintain a high level of ethical awareness and integrity. The employees in attendance shared their concerns they encountered on-site and said that it was a good opportunity to empathize with Kibo’s goal of open innovation and organizational culture.

技术保证基金（以下简称“KIBO”）理事长金钟浩表示，他于25日（周三）访问了位于光州广域市光山区的冰箱零部件制造公司光原工程株式会社（代表：郑雄勇），并举行了业务现场会谈。
本次会议旨在倾听科技型中小企业和创业公司在基层实际面临的困境，探讨促进优秀科技企业研发和投资的制度完善和政策建议。会议特别回顾了企业在基博绿色金融支持下推进的低碳转型和技术创新成果，并探讨了未来扩大定制化支持的方案。

Kim Jong-ho, président du Fonds de garantie technologique (ci-après dénommé « KIBO »), a annoncé que le mercredi 25, il a visité Gwangwon Engineering Co., Ltd. (PDG Woong-yong Jeong), une entreprise de fabrication de pièces de réfrigérateur située à Gwangsan-gu, dans la ville métropolitaine de Gwangju, et a tenu une réunion sur le site d'affaires.
Cette réunion avait pour objectif d'écouter les difficultés rencontrées par les PME et les entreprises technologiques sur le terrain, ainsi que d'échanger sur les améliorations institutionnelles et les suggestions politiques visant à promouvoir la R&D et l'investissement des entreprises technologiques d'excellence. Les réalisations en matière de transition bas carbone et d'innovation technologique promues par les entreprises grâce au financement vert de Kibo ont notamment été examinées, et des projets d'extension du soutien personnalisé ont également été explorés.

Après la réunion sur place, le président Kim Jong-ho a eu un échange ouvert avec les employés de Kibo des régions de Chungcheong et de Honam. Ils ont notamment abordé l'orientation du développement organisationnel pour répondre aux changements du cadre managérial, dans un climat de libre communication intergénérationnelle. Lors de cette réunion, le président Kim Jong-ho a souligné que pour devenir une institution publique digne de confiance, tous les dirigeants et employés doivent maintenir un niveau élevé de conscience éthique et d'intégrité.
