제이피아이헬스케어의 총 공모주식수는 158만주이며, 주당 공모 희망가 범위는 1만6500원 ~ 2만원이다. 회사는 7월 24일부터 30일까지 기관투자자 대상 수요예측을 진행해 공모가를 확정하고, 8월 4일과 5일 청약을 받을 예정이다. 8월 상장 예정이며, 상장주관회사는 키움증권이다.
